Hi, I have applied for Airtel fixed landline connection (Booking No: TNPC385285) on 28-July-2015 to the number [protected]. Still now there is no response from Airtel. I have called the executive, but there is no proper response.I called Customer care and got details as they didn't submit the application still. I am really disappointed by airtel and their service. We think they did personal expense in our cash. The Executive and Manager are planned and going the business to get the amount from people for connection and using for their personal use. Why Airtel giving dealership to these type of Agents?. I need an immediate answer and amount.

    I tried porting my number from airtel prepaid (Up) to airtel prepaid and postpaid 6 times. Not a single success. They have customer care but they don't care. We can't contact them and they say they will resolve issue in 2 hrs. What a joke. They will not help even in 2 weeks. They have the best network but worst service. They should sell their company to vodafone who at least have good customer care.

      I have raised two complaints with Airtel (3 days back), But no reply. reference no. is PR[protected] reference no. is PR[protected] very bad service, due to this i want to change my number and my family members number to other network(total 4).           The filtering for recharge is not as per mobile number provided. In website they are providing different data for full talktime recharges, but if we do, they are telling that is not applicable for your number. When we contact customer care, they are telling only through mobile you can check and recharge, then why do they want to use a website for recharge????????? They are indirectly grabbing the money from us telling the name of technical issue Such a website challenges for fastest network, but why cant they do challenge for not giving such money grabbing methods like this... very bad.. they are costing us so much and when we ask they are telling it is because of problem in website.. because later they will tell offers in website is not related to your number.

            I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 7 years (4-5 years as post paid and last 2 years as prepaid number. Actually I converted to prepaid number as I was traveling out side India. I was keeping my number by recharging or using active and it was active till May-June 2015. Recently when I inserted the sim it showed inactive. I visited to one of aitel relationship center in Pune (MH) to activate the number with all the proofs (ID and address proof) I came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, DEMAT, PAN detail, Aadhaar account. For me it not possible to get updated all these details in such short notice as these need physical visit located in different cities. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, OTP, URN) still goes to this number and I am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 7-8 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service I did not expect Airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks Arvind Kumar

                    Hi, My name is Amol Gayakwad, I have purchased new sim of Airtel a month back approximately. From last 15-20 days I am complaining that there is no/less coverage to my place to customer care. They are simply assuring me that within 2-3 days it will be resolved. I stay in Kalewadi one of most crowdy area in Pune still facing such issue with such big brand. Today height is they have told me that your complaint will be resolved in few hours but still nothing happened yet. And someone among-st them told me that there is no 4g lauched in Pune yet. Isn't it outrage. Anyone please do needful. I am feeling like either customer care people are full or they are trying to make me full.

                      On dated 12th or 13th of august: I got a call from Airtel personal (name-neha, contact. num.: [protected])to port my airtel himachal number [protected] to airtel Delhi. she offer me some schemes like My plan, as well. then she ask me to submit the id proof and passport size photo and also ask for Unique Porting ID. I submit the Photo and Identity Proofs online by e-mail and also forward the sms o[censored]nique porting id. they told me to deliver new sim of Airtel by 19th of August, but still i am Waiting for the New SIM and they have already stopped the services of my old SIM. and now the situation is that the Contact number of Miss. Neha is going Switched off. and no one is giving me the exact status. another person in contact With Mobile number: [protected]( i don't know his name ) is now not responding. last week on friday (i.e.28th aug) he was asking me to deliver the sim but due to some work i was in himachal and ask him to deliver by monday. he didn't pick my phone monday i.e., 31st august. today 1st august also he is not responding on phone. please help me on this. i sthios a case of fraud or something else. please do the needful ASAP.                       I have got a response that Airtel Personals are Working to fix My Complain. At least someone is there in Bharti Airtel Ltd. who is responding. Almost one month gone in this process now and I am still unable to get my new SIM. Once again I have Received a call from New personal(Mr Lokesh Contact No.:[protected]) From Airtel Bharti on Dated 02.09.2015. He assured me to Resolved the issue Very Soon. He was calling From Bharti Airtel Office Faridabaad. He assured to deliver the SIM through Courier by 04.09.2015. After that he is not responding on Phone, may be he has blacklist my Mobile No. Even he didn't give me Docket detail of Courier so that I will be able to track the status of Courier.

                      Again after that reply from Airtel Personals 11 days gone but still I have not received my SIM. and also no more reply from any other personals Fro Airtel.

                        I have been using my number in Vodafone & then ported to airtel for a better plan (for around 3 years now). My 80% usage is in roaming condition right from day 1. Initially I used to get bills around[protected] rs then it moved to[protected]. But all of a sudden in the past six months I have got haphazard bills like 3900, 4200, 6000, 6500 & so on with the same amount o[censored]sage I experience. I feel this records are fake & the bills generated are not genuine. A severe action needs to be taken for vague post paid bills. I have paid all the bills just because my number is circulated everywhere and don't want it to be deactivated.

                          I am holding Airtel mobile sim since 2004 and past one year I have an issue with the number and serveral complaints given and not received any solution so far. Everytime when I give complaint they will create the complaints their own and not the complaint what I am giving and later message will receive problem solved. ref.60901920 and 64449774. both ref.numbers they have created their own complaint reason, not what I have given. and there are few more complaints I have given directly to their airtel shops(Indira Nagar(Bangalore) too(even written complaints in their register), but no positive responses. My issue is when ever my mobile number is busy, diconnet, and not reachable caller gets a message INVALID NUMBER instead of BUSY or not reachable from mobile service. Everytime when I gives the complaints will clearly tell them to call me and test the issue and work it accordingly. But they never ever does that and simply solve the issue with what they created issue their own instead of real issue of a customer. Hoping I will get some positive response on this issue.                             I have recharged my airtel number with RC296 online but as per the data mentioned on Airtel website i have to get 3000 local mobile minutes but instead of this i got 3000 A2A minutes. the proof is as shown in image it clearly mentions customers will get 3000 local mobile minutes, and they have no where mentioned On-net or A2A (Airtel to Airtel). Does airtel faking recharge vouchers to customers? These are my complaint numbers. no response from airtel customer care afterwards.                             See Sadhu charan this is problem with you on september 2nd i have sent the following mail to you on airtel.[protected]@airtel.com there is no reply from your side the problem is not resolved, I am waiting for your mail in gmail but you posted here that as there is no response the problem is resolved, it shows how you airtel people are bluffing customers. I have the proof in gmail with me, I have sent you the following message... check this out and check your mail correctly, why you provide the complaint number if you cant check the details with them?

                            I have recharged my airtel number with RC296 online but as per the data mentioned on Airtel website i have to get 3000 local mobile minutes but instead of this i got 3000 A2A minutes. the proof is as shown in image it clearly mentions customers will get 3000 local mobile minutes, and they have no where mentioned On-net or A2A (Airtel to Airtel). Does airtel faking recharge vouchers to customers? These are my complaint numbers. no response from airtel customer care afterwards.                             This was complaint registered on consumer complaints form as per your request my alternate number is [protected] and airtel account number means, i cant get it if it is my mobile number it is [protected].

                            Resolve the issue and never say resolved from your side atleast you cant call back and take up the problem, it shows how negligent you airtel people are on customers.. even when i spoke to customer care some representative Anil, They have not given employee id, was not even ready to take complaint, what else do you want I attached the clear image showing the issue from your side, but you are so reluctant at least you cant even gvthe call, no reply to the mail and here posted that the issue is resolved. First of all speak with customers and know whether issue is resolved or not.

                              A total and complete lack of Consistent data connectivity observed in my airtel sim. Frequent disconnecting of 3G data services in between the usage causing me to lose work and this behavior is observe in places with full range. I have registered multiple complaints, and not only has this issue been resolved but its gotten worse. Now I hardly ever get 3G data and also this inconsistent behavior is found in 2G connections as well. Also I am unable to get any data in places where I used to without much problerm. The service from the company regarding the same can only be said as poor to abolutely atrocious, the less said about it the better.

                                Raised a request for MNP on August 14 for a new postpaid corporate connection (8880527XXX Bangalore). Received wrong SIM card once and a sim with some technical issue later, then I had to rush to a store only to replace that sim with a new one for some additional charge. My old sim doesn't work and airtel doesn't seem to be responsible enough to port my number to their network. I am without a working connection from past week. Worst experience ever, even before becoming a customer.

                                    Hi, I have taken a Airtel Broadband connection with all correct and clear necessary documents. But when I got a confirmation call and a copy of bill, I saw that my surname was incorrectly displayed. I tried to reach out the customer care but no proper response as usual. Then I wrote a mail to the customer care saying that the incorrect data has been entered. To my surprise, the response which I got was that I have to submit the documents again. This is a pure stupidity as the company have made negligent data entry and for that customer has to suffer. I immediately sent a reply on this but the customer service is so poor that they dont even keep track of who attended which complaint. After waiting for few days, I emailed to the appellate and to my surprise the appellate team is vague that they respond with the answers like some time is needed and all. Airtel services are really getting poorer day by day and customer support is worst. Need to rethink of my services.

                                      In Andhra Pradesh, they have the recharge of Rs. 296/- for which they are displaying we are going to get 3000 local mobile minutes offer but to surprise once you recharge you are going to get local Airtel to Airtel mobile minutes. I recharged the same and even customer care peolple are reckless they are not even ready to register the complaint. I first spoke with Mr. Anil Kumar from airtel customer care. I have send a mail to them but no reply my complaint numbers are Call : [protected] I got through mail : PR[protected] Either update properly in Web site or stop cheating the customers faking some stupid offers.

                                        Sir, I have ported my airtel postpaid number [protected] into BSNL about one month ago after full and final bill, but I am getting an alert message and call from Airtel that Rd. 2166.66 has to pay. I am shocked and surprise, So I visited Airtel store who told me it's showing outstanding amount of data use. I am again surprised because I had plan that is 1gb with 3g speed for a month and if I used this data this will be converted in 2g speed unlimited. So thus outstanding amount is wrong.
