4 G internet connection is not giving expected speed and its giving a speed of 2Mbps i. e 2 g

I have taken the 4G airtel connection for my office use at home seeing the advertisements in the television. Connection was provided to me immediately however the required speed quoted in my plan is 20 Mbps however the internet connection speed is 2 Mbps. Hi Airtel Team, I had a data balance of around 750MB for my airtel no [protected] till 19th August. 19th August was the last date of the data pack validity. I tried online recharge for the data pack on 18th August and it failed. Today I tried the recharge ( after validity period) then the recharge was successful. But I did not get the balance 750mb carried forward. I have tried to recharge before due date and it failed. So I request Airtel to please carry forward the data of around 750MB (which is huge) .

    I would like to inform you that I had recharged my mobile no-[protected] with Rs.153/-as a data pack with 500 MB valid for 21 days on 15/08/2015, but an additional 500 MB will be added later and also the validity will extend from 21 days to 28 days.But on 18/08/2015, I found that my main balance has gone down to Rs 4/- from 180/-.I called up the customer care executive but unfortunately I have not received any positive reply from their end. My question here arises that I have not received another 500MB.How is it possible to believe that I have used 1 GB with in two and a half working days. So my earnest request is to please provide my extra 500MB or my initial main A/C balance, from your end. Hoping for a positive response . Regards, Payal Sanyal(Naskar)

        This is an ongoing issue with my Airtel prepaid mobile. I have been an Airtel customer for the last 7 years. The only reason I believed the company is because of the their service. since last three years, I am in Kolkata and Kharagpur which falls under west bengal and kolkata Mobile Circle, I have been literally harassed by the company. I have been using Airtel's 3G data service which has gone pathetically worst and more importantly, Airtel now doesnt even bother to log a complain and put any effort to resolve the issue. I thought of doing mobile number porting however it is so easy in india to literally loot the customer and not accountable for the fault by the such organizations. This is my last effort which probably might ring some bell to their ears. After this, before I leave Airtel, I will certainly take this issue to the court.           Airtel Digital TV subscriber number: [protected] As per Airtel Digital TV web site http://www.airtel.in/hdchannels/, Hollywood HD package contains 5 channels including Star Movies Select HD channel, which is disconnected from my service from 17th August. When I complained to customer service, I am asked to pay an additional Rs.51 every month whereas I have already subscribed to Hollywood HD that includes Star Movies Select HD channel. Please enable the channel immediately without additional charges as I am subscribed to Hollywood HD package already.

            18.08.2015 sir I have a connection of digital tv vide customer ID No. [protected] installed at my premises. My registered Mobile No. is [protected]. I am drawing your attention regarding a complaint made by me for dropping signals 10 to 15 days ago. Your engineer visited my premises and told us that LMV is not working properly and he rectified the problem. Within few days namely after 2-3 days the same problem occurred again (namely no signal). I have complained about this and the engineer who visited my premises told me that your STB is not working properly and it needs to be replaced, and I had replaced the STB by paying another 200 to him. Now the same problem occurred and once again I had complained about this vide complaint No. 46183366. An engineer came again and asked us that the Dish should be relocated and I have to pay 400 for relocation of DISH. He had told me that 250 is relocation charges, 100 for joint connector (while I have enquired with your customer care the joint connector cost is 25). Now my grievance is, why I should pay again and again for the same fault i.e. no signal. Is not the duty of the engineer to check properly everything relating the same issue namely no signal. Why I should force to pay almost 1000/- (350+200+400). Should it not be the responsibility of service provider to provide break free signals with all its equipments (DISH+LMV+STB etc) to my TV. Kindly do the needful in this regard and if it is not possible, kindly arrange to take back your STB immediately. I have an offer from DISH TV service provider, I am ready to pay them. They are providing lifetime warrantee on STB. Secondly, your engineer have no courtesy to listen my grievance patiently. They always is in a hurry. I am talking to him and he is asking “tell me YES OR NO” whether I am ready to pay 400 for relocation or not? Hope anyone will understand my problem and take immediate steps. Thirdly I have received a message from your side that the problem has been resolved though it was not.

              Hi Team, I bought new Airtel 4g sim [protected] at Airtel showroom Ascendas tech park csir road Tharamani chennai on 10 August 2015 paying rs 350 for 1 gb data and 150 rs talk time. The executive over there told me that the sim ll be activated by next day eve. But it got activated by 13th August to get activated. Later after activation I inserted the SIM card in my Apple iPad. The Internet was not connecting in that error saying "Data is not subscribed Internet couldn't connect" when I was at particular area near Pazhavanthangal railway station. After that I took the iPad to Nanganallur/ ascendas tech park, Internet is connecting fine. I raised a complaint on 14th August 15 regarding the connectivity of Internet of the above issue with reference number Rprov[protected] also the executive told me that the issue ll be cleared by 72 hours (I.e by Sunday 16th August). I called again help line on Sunday he told the issue ll be cleared by Tuesday eve 18th August 15. Also he didn't give a reference number for the same. Again by Tuesday eve at 9.30 pm I called helpline regarding the above issue, mr Gowtham executive told me that the issue raised by me on Friday got closed, the frustrated part is they have closed the issue due I didn't pick the call on [protected] number which I m using in iPad which couldn't receive calls also even after informing them to call my alternate number that is [protected]. Also for this talk he told me he ll be connecting my call to senior officials and after a min he told that senior officials are busy attending other calls so they ll be giving a call back by 1 hour atleast by 11pm max. Also he gave me a new reference number[protected]. He assured me that I ll get a call back by 11pm regarding the same issue. But it's been Wednesday 19th August 2015 morning but still issue remains the same. The core purpose of buying a new SIM card of Airtel services is not satisfied. Again I called the helpline by 2 Pm on 19th August 2015, Executive over there told me that the issue has been closed which was raised on friday, I was so frustrated after hearing this so i asked to transfer the call to higher official. Then Higher Official Selva Rani Picked up the call and told me that Issue is open still and was not closed which was raised on friday. These Airtel ppl are always giving false status to everyone and she assured that i ll get a call by eve 7 Pm max on 19th august. So I am waiting for it. But I have no belief that they ll call me back and resolve my issue. I am so frustrated by this Airtel SIM services, worst customer service I ever saw, creating new reference number on every call made to helpline and no updates given on previous reference ids. No follow-ups done on issues created. The core purpose of buying airtel services is not done. So please help me in refund of the 350 rs which I have paid at time of buying this SIM card.

                Hi there, I applied for new broadband connection in Chennai on Aug 11, 2015, after making sure that their port is available in my area, Thirugnanasambandhar Street, Ramnagar, Madipakkam then the other day I have submitted the documents and Rs.1000 for the connection then I got the TNPC number is TNPC 281970. Since it was urgent for me, I insisted for a connection at the earliest and the person in-charge promised that I would get a connection in 3 days max. After 3 days there was no communication from the Airtel executive and the his number is [protected]. I was waited till Aug 17, 2015 for the connection but I didn't get it any updates from him and moreover he is not responding for my calls. I've made a call to[protected] then they I've taken the complaint and they told me that I'll get a call from Airtel within 24 hours but I didn't get any call from them this is so ridiculous. 1) It is very irresponsible on their part not to take an initiative and call me and say that there is a problem and the connection may be delayed. Had I not visited their center, they would have never called me to update the status. 3) When a customer comes in asking for a service, they should maintain a service request. In this issue, i have been called him for more than forty times and they not at all responding to me. From their view, I am just customer. For me, the internet connection was most important to save my job.

                I've made so many complaints regarding this by making call to the number[protected] and I called to this number more than 50 times at the end no use. The below are the complaint numbers:

                Today, I got the call from this number[protected] she confirmed that your network is not available in my area for giving this info you have taken 20 days. The below details regarding that call

                Jeeva, (Person who spoke with me) from T.nagar - Chennai.

                The person who initially contacted me regarding this his name is Robin and he called from this number +91-[protected], he sent another person to collect the documents and money on 11th Aug, 2015 his number is +91-[protected]. Later on I tried to reach Robin he never answered my call.

                You wasted my valuable time. I never recommend anyone to get your network. I thought that Airtel a huge network in India but my opinion is Airtel A micro network in India don't think that if you lost one customer nothing lose for you.

                Now, I don't know what shall I do for getting my money and documents back.

                Airtel the worst network in India.

                I got 4g data card on 5th sep, 2015 from Airtel executive who came and collect document and Rs2300 on the same day he told within 2 days your device will be activated. After 3days I called this number [protected] he told your device will be activate shortly. I am waiting still the device not been activated. I didn't get any update from there side and moreover he is not responding my call he purposely not attending my number.. I've send mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com then they I've taken the complaint and they told me that I'll get a call from Airtel within 24 hours but I didn't get any call from them this is so ridiculous. I asked the address of that person office but he didn't tell just cut my call and make my number in blocked list. I have been called more than fifty times they not at all responding.                     Sir This is with regards to my airtel number [protected]..I spoke to customer care n informed them that am out of job so I need sometime to make the payment ...they said outstanding was around 2600..so I put it in safe custody for three months..told will make part payments n cover up..now I get threatening call from your recovery team stating I owe 20000..n I hv to mk that payment or hey will do something ...I will go to police consumer court .take care of this

                    I gt a call from ur recovery people n they said my usage charges will b waived n I hv to pay around 2700..so I gave a cheque n the payment was taken..but still the waiver is nt passed n my service is barred...wen I call customer care n SPK to supervisors they treated me very badly n told me that they dont know anything n I hv to deal with the recovery guys as. They are the ones who took the payment ...n we have nothing to do with this n we wont restore service..I have not received any communication from you also..can someone tel wat to do

                          I applied for MNP conversion from Aircel to Airtel(Mobile No:[protected]) on 8.8.2015.On 17.08.2015 i got a message saying that porting will be done at 22.54. PM on the same day.The next day i changed my SIM and put on the new Airtel MNP SIM.until now there is no signal.Rules is that no service period should be between 12-5.00 AM.But they dont obey these rules.I have called their customer care from another number and they keep repeating that the signal will appear soon..but how soon?

                            Hi, We are not able to make or receive calls in our area. This is happening in my area from past 3 months. Everyone using airtel is affected. I have raised the complaints with the company three times and still issue is not resolved. They close the request without even consulting the customer. I asked where i can lodge this complaint then customer care executive from Airtel told " you can go to police station" This is totally wrong; they are stealing money right under our noses & now we are asking why you did it; they are telling go to police station; this is not acceptable.                                 I have already applied for porting my number [protected] from airtel prepaid(wb) to postpaid for ncr region. The airtel customer executive called me up and then after talking for quite a few days, one person turned up at my address and took all the details from me along with a sum of rupees of 250. He also handed me a receipt of the same.

                                He added that the activation would occur within two working days. Already a week had passed by. Since, i called them up once from my friend's number, so they are calling and irritating him, although they have my contact number.

                                Being irritated, i called them up from my number and asked them to call me up on mine. But to my amusement, they called up his number the next day and informed him about something which was never been decided between the company and me.

                                I hold the employees accountable. And i am very irritated. The serial number of my customer relationship form is dlpe 996423.

                                  Someone cheat me of Rs.5000/- through vodafone billdesk pos[protected]. dt-13.08.15 ( Stilling my debit card & OTP sent my mob no. ).

                                  I had complain to Police station. Also contacting to punjab, UP police .

                                  I am seeking from Vodafone the details of that billdesk no. but they did not respond.

                                    Airtel Broadband connection was given along with a lifetime warranty. Now the router is not functioning properly from past few months. I have made many complaints and the technician has confirmed that the router has gone bad. Since then, all complaints and tickets are being closed by Airtel without resolving the matter. Neither the company is replacing the router not repairing it with an excuse that the lifetime warranty is no more valid. Though when i took the connection, it was promised. Many complaints have been made but the ticket gets closed on its own stating the issue is resolved. Also, the IVR service is pathetic as most of the time one cannot get through the IVR, if lucky enough, the call gets disconnected. The company is cheating it's legacy customers. How can the company sell a product with a promise and later declare it is not applicable. This is purely a case of breach of agreement.                                       I ([protected]) received a phone call from airtel with respect to porting my number from vodafone to airtel by offering me a plan 999. This plan included ( screenshot of the sms received is attached below): 2500 minutes local/std 1000 sms 4 gb - 4G data Unlimited 2 G Airtel- airtel 20p/sec Airtel - other 30p/sec I was in touch with Mr. Arun ([protected]). Somebody from airtel had come to collect the porting charges Rs. 250 and issued me a new sim card. After that my address verification, telephonic verification had been completed. My number was ported on 5th August 2015 midnight. To my surprise i was given a special plan of 199. After call the customer care multiple time I was informed that my selected plan will be activated within 5 days. Today its 19th August 2015, 15 DAYS have passed, I have called customer care multiple times but no body could help me, I have visited airtel store and even they could not help me . On the top of it Mr. Arun ([protected]) has switched off his number, which makes me hang in between. I am charged according to the plan I didnt approve. Please note I am highly dissapointed with this porting procedure, where no body could help me with my complaint. I have been writing mails and all I receive back that this plan is not available and kindly give us more details. I HOPE THAT YOU WILL ACTIVATE MY DESIRED PLAN ASAP
