I had requested for new airtel broadband and DTH connections around 3 weeks back. Details are as below Broadband account no. - [protected] DTH cust id - [protected] When I requested for these, I was told it will be installed within 3 days. Airtel executive also made an effort to come home and collect the cash. After a week I got a call from airtel office saying they cannot install DTH connections since they are scared of some local cable operator. The amount paid has not yet been refunded. I've also been calling airtel office regarding the broadband connection and have been getting the same reply that there is a problem with the DP box and will be resolved soon. Today when I called the office I was told that I won't be getting a broadband connection due to technical issues in the DP box. Whenever I called the customer care, I was told that I would get a call back from the team regarding the issue. These happened 7-8 times, but I never received a call. Airtel executives only try to acquire new customers to complete their targets. They only collect the amount and the documents and do not inform you of any problems.

    Hello airtel,

    1- Airtel billing system is incorrectly charging monthly rent every month
    2- I explained to Airtel every time and requested to correct my billing from next month but AIRTEL failed to provide any resolution yet.

    3- Refer SR 19286197 and see AIRTEL is accepting billing mistake but saying AIRTEL SYSTEM is not allowing to pass the waiver against wrong charges.

    4- Every month i have been asked to call AIRTEL and ask for waiver for wrong billing which is never ending process.

    5- Why CUSTOMER should call everymonth for AIRTEL FAULTY BILLING SYSTEM.

      Complant Reff no : "CBNRD[protected]" I'm Karun from kerala. I used airtel since 2009 with this same number. From these period i dnt have faced any prblm from ur side. But last week i faced a prblm. That is last day i got a offer that was if i recharge with 248/- rupees then i get "1.5 GB 3G". So i kindly recharge the above offer. After recharge i got 1 GB 3G but i can't get balance data. The balance data will credit to my 2G account. But the offer say that the data amount will credit on 3G account but i did n't get. Then i call airtel customer care but i cant get satisfied replay. Finally i call with senior executive of airtel customer care. The same thing is happend there i can't get satisfied replays. Finally i call to "[protected]" for assistance. Then call was take a lady and she was spoke very irritating me... My complant refference number is given below : "CBNRD[protected]" Kindly take a valubale action for this cheeting offer...

        In order to experience 4G that Airtel claims is "superfast" I had recently changed my sim to a 4G enabled sim. After checking in the 4G website of Airtel if my phone is 4G enabled, I reactivated 1GB 3G data from the website on 27th Sept 2015. Initially it worked fine but after sometime I was only getting 2G connectivity. Like customer care suggested, I took out and reinserted my sim, switched off/on my phone, tried messaging 3G to 121, but nothing worked. After few calls I am told that sorry madam but your recharge was of 2G and we cannot do anything (cannot do anything is the only solution customer care ever gives!). I mentioned that I had done the recharge from website which was about 4G and it clearly mentioned 1GB 3G data. Also, this is not the first time I did a 3G recharge. Airtel should understand that customers who are calling and wasting their time have a genuine problem. May be it is just Rs 298 for them (which I can also easily afford) but this is about a person being wronged!

          I was using Airtel Dish tv in Chennai for close to 4 years. Now I have moved to Bangalore and so raised a request with Airtel for movement of Dish connection as well. Connection was removed from Chennai properly. Now I have been waiting for 5 days for Airtel to assign a Service person to come and install it here in Bangalore. Multiple complaints have been raised with Customer Care and still no response. Reference Numbers : 46333561 / 46330761 / 46241527

            Hi, I have been requesting for airtel broadband upgrade. the sales guy came and took my documents and cheque for Rs.1000 and gave a CFE No TBLR 6979373 on 20th August 2015 and the cheque has been encashed. The installation has not been done yet.. and when i call the installation team they say they dont have any work order received . I am tired of follow ups. Please help me here.

              I am not satisfied with airtel services... customer care too sucks... i got my recharge done at 8:40 and in a fraction of second it turned out to be zero...and in another few seconds my balance went nil along with the net pack... i tried calling customer care bt there was no response finally when my call was answered they put my call on hold... i want u to take strict action against it as being a student we get limited money for these things and then it turns out like this... highly dissatisfied, ...

                      Airtel boasts of providing the best coverage are and one of the fastest 3G data networks which is quite misleading. I live and operate in the Delhi-NCR area where one would expect no problems in the data network. Quite contrary to that, whenever I go out and move around in the malls and nearby areas, the data network is really unreliable and slow. It keeps getting disconnected frequently when moving from one area to another inside the city itself (All within the expanse of the city and not in the outskirts). From the past two days (August 26th, August 27th 2015) the problem has just worsened. I keep getting promotional messages from Airtel to get an upgrade to their 4G sim while offering such abysmal 3G service. With their new fastest 4G connection challenge promotions, I get even more irked that on one hand they are not even providing proper 3G connections to their existing consumers and on the other hand they are making these misleading, far-fetched claims in their promotions. Please look into this matter.

                        Please provide as much information as possible...on 23august2015 I activated an internet pack of rs.97 as a message from airtel for 1gb 2g internet valid for 28days.BUt after that I received only 200mb valid for only 10days.I called customer care and was told I'll get the rest in one hour but still today on 27august 2015 I didn't get that.And when I called customer care again and asked about my problem they didn't gave any responses and hung up my call..I know that's not a big issue but that was my budget for an entire month for internet. .plse help

                          I had a karanataka sim which i was using in Punjab for last month. Airtel has made the no. a free no. and it is coming as invalid no., though I was using it daily and had balance of more than 100 Rs, net pack and roaming pack. Now, they have asked me to get a new sim but they are not sure if I'll get the same no. I need same no.

                            Sir, I am CHEATED by Airtel. My AIRTEL Number: [protected] (It’s a New Connection; taken on this month) According to the IVR message, I've recharged Rs 11 to get rate cutter offer (35 paisa/ min for Local and STD for 30 days). I m being played this IVR message while dialling each and every calls I made. But I didn’t get the promised offer instead of that I got 35 paisa/ min STD for 7 days. While I contacted to the customer care the Associate and the Sr. Associate (Mr. Shiva) informed me that I am not eligible for the above said offer. I have registered a complaint regarding this; SR#[protected] Then I have emailed to the Nodal officer and the Appellate Authority of Airtel They contacted me and had given 48 hours TAT. The TAT is over. I did not get the promised offer. I request you to do the needful Please get me the promised offer form AIRTEL__35 paisa/ min for Local and STD for 30 days, as soon as possible.                               Airtel! Here I go with my problem. I ported from vodafone(pre-paid) to airtel(post paid), thinking that you guys provide better service and offers.                                 Dear Sir, I applied for Airtel 4G MNP from Aircel to Airtel. The representative Mr. A. Sheikh (Phone [protected]) visited my premises on 8.08.2015 and gave a sim bearing no.[protected]U. The representative left with the filled form, UPC Code, and a fees of Rs. 370 and promised that the MNP process would be completed in a week. The old connection with Aircel got terminated yesterday. However, i am unable to register to your network using the new SIM. I tried calling your customer care executive at 121 and he states that the SIM number entered in profile is different from the SIM delivered to me. Please change SIM number to[protected]U and activate my mobile no. [protected]. As a result of this error from your end, I am stuck without network now. When I call the agent who delivered the sim, they keep saying they have sent an email to your customer care for change in SIM number but still no response from your end. As it is my official number, I hope to receive the response on urgent basis. I am stuck without network for the past 2 days. It is an horrible experience for a first time customer in your network who is going to provide you with a postpaid income on regular basis to be treated in this fashion.                                   Hello, i had already complained my issue to airtel many times but it didnt take matter urgently with my balance deduction issue of rs 220. No any genuine airtel people contacted to me, insted of that some fake people in behalf of airtel is calling, and demanding the atm card details such as card no, validity, pin etc for refunding the amount after complaining many times, i am esclarting this matter to the higher authority and honorauble court. where i will proof this matter, so lastly if airtel can take this matter urgently and priority basis, the its ok, otherwise i am moving this issue to the higher authority and will write in RTI also. thank you

Hi, This email is being sent with greatest of pain dealing with the unprofessional nature of Airtel Customer care executives and unresolved issues that are raised. I am in Professional services business myself and I have never lead such an unprofessional team that deals with customers the way I am dealt with. I am a postpaid customer of Airtel with number [protected]. I have being making calls and visiting Airtel certers in Vijayawada and Chennai to get the following issues resolved: 1. False/Wrong charges: I requested roaming in the month of May 2015 for 2 of the child numbers ([protected] and [protected]) attached to my primary number [protected]. I called 121 in the first week of June to deactivate roaming for both of them effective from June 17/19 cycle. It was not done. I noticed it and went to Airtel office in Vijayawada to complain. They asked me to call 121 and complain. I did that on Aug 04, 2015 to deactivate as per my original request in June 1st week. I got a complaint number as well[protected]. Nothing was done and I got a bill for the same in August also. In total, for two months, for both the numbers I was charged (75*2*2=300 + Taxes). I want that to be returned to me. 2. Signal Issues: I have severe signal issues while in roaming in Chennai. I complained a lot of times about it to Airtel. Nothing is done. Its been few months since I have been facing this in Chennai (I work in Chennai). I gave specific areas (Siruseri - SIPCOT IT Park, Padur and Karapakkam in CHennai). No improvement. On top of this, 3. Billing issues: I have always faced CALL DROPS. If a call drops due to signal, I am charged for a full minute, when the call was probably for a few seconds!!! Customer care guys cite Airtel policy of 'charging by minute' and not by second. Due to this, my bill is always inflated despite being within the allotted quote of local/STD/SMS and Data. 4. Roaming: When the country is moving towards one region of service, Airtel sends a notice that from this month onwards, the roaming charges will be 99 and not 75. I see ads from Airtel about challenging Airtel on 4G speed (its hilarious to see this kind of propaganda when people don't even have signals!!! How will anyone check speed when there is no signal at all). FIRST FIX YOUR NETWORK COVERAGE BEFORE PUTTING ADS SUCH AS THIS. YOU ARE MAKING YOURSELF A LAUGHING STOCK!!! How much and how long will you take money (through your inefficiencies) from customers like this? As a customer, I am really disappointed with the way you are running your business and the kind of people who are front ending your company.                                       Hi,

                                      For the past three weeks i am trying hard to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. I have submitted the proofs three weeks back in velachery ARC(Counter no.2). After that i got a call from airtel representative saying my signature is not matching. Last saturday (22 August) i have submitted the proofs (with correct signature) in ARC velachery (Counter no.2). They said it will be activated in 48 hours. But till now i did not get any response from the ARC as well as airtel customer care.

                                      Let me know if this is not possible so that i can go with some other service provider. I have been a customer with airtel with past 7 years and is the service that you provide to a long term customer? Very dissatisfied with the velachery ARC and the pathetic airtel service workflow.

                                        Unauthorized Charges has been incurred on my Airtel no [protected] in July month I was informed that, 1500 local/std/roaming mins, 600 local/national sms and 2gb data on 2 g network then after speed will reduce without charge. I have given 900rs as an security and same was informed to me during verification for 275rs monthly rental plan.
