Balance is diducted while data plan is exists

No customer service

Iam an user of airtel 4g dongle. Since I've had few queries regarding the connection and usage I've been trying to connect with the airtel customer care service. I've tried all the possible customer care numbers and haven't got any kind of response for the 4g connection. I've been trying this for a month and still not able to connect. I am a Airtel custome for a long time now . But they always cheats customers and makes money. they even started 4G network but they aren't even capable of providing decent 2G service. highest speed 10-12 KBPS ... that would have been ok if it was constant speed.. but most of the time it's 4-5 KBPS with full tower connectivity .. I am from Tripura and Airtel service here sucks when it comes to internet connectivity...

Not got proper validity on 3g recharge
