I am a himachal pradesh user with mobile number [protected] named shiva.
I made a call between 7p. M. To 8p. M. On monday 11 september 2017. I want to complaint about your executive named sapna kumari. She hanged up my call, i was asking about arc details but she said thankyoh for calling into airtel and then hanged up.
Is this the way to talk to your customer. I am totally disappointed with this kind of respons from ms. Sapna kumari. I request you to take some serious action against your executive.

    I don't want to tell the whole story...

    I just want to say, i was receiving very bad service from ranchi, jharkhand airtel dth.

    And due to that i am going to change my airtel dth operator to different operator company.

    This is the complaint for service of ranchi airtel dth.

    Details: service engineer-
    Jagat - mob. No. [protected].

    Engineer checked my box and told me to change it as it was not working. So i said ok change and till now no response...
    Always telling that coming and not comes...

    Main person at service centre call me and talk to me and say that he will be sending engineer whithin two hrs but does not sents.

      I have 80 GB data left but speed of airtel is very slow we cant use even 200mb in 1 day.

      Also sometime call also not connecting while in travelling call cant connected.

      This issue is for my whole family.

      when i use dongle of airtel in that speed is litte good but not as like 4G speed

        My airtel payments account is blocked for account no [protected] for the last three months and i am not able to re-genarate my mpin by providing the personal details required from me, hence please arrange for resetting my mpin or call me back immediately as i need to reload money in my account as the same has been blocked by the company and i am unable to reload money nor rechrage any of my accounts.

          Airtel is just running a big scam, my handset display got broken accidently and airtel has rejected claim and giving the reason that you should have manupulated the statement and made a strong statement due to which we would have approved your claim.

          I have already escaled issue to gopal vittal but all vein as this is how their shops usually run

            Dear team,

            It is with a heavy heart that i register this complaint. I would like to inform you that i have been an esteemed customer of the post paid connection of airtel for past 2 years.
            My number is[protected]
            I would like you to know that due to unfair billing of airtel i changed my connection to postpaid.
            In this process of porting i paid about 8000/- approximately to airtel and got my number changed.
            But even after that i would like you to know that i am being asked of another 3000/- with no documentation to support it. This is no less than extortion.
            My porting request should have been stalled in the first place rather than asking the outstanding dues now.
            Also, the customer representative who called from the number [protected] had a very condenscending tone and threatened with going for any further discussion. And the name will be manisha (Though i m not sure). The call happened at 16:30 11th september, 2017.
            The airtel staff has also been doing the same to my father.
            They have not send any mail regarding this.

              I have submitted my documents 5 days before for new broadband connection, i don't see any calls or any information on that.. I paid 500 + 200 rs for new connection.. Today i see one account got added in my airtel app but the person name is different.. It really frustrating.. Hate the airtel service most... It's not 1st time..
              Before also it happens... Airtel is loosing the credibility... I want my money back and launch the complaint against the person who collected my documents.. His name is abhishek and no - [protected]... It's hard to trust any more to airtel for any services.. Poor connectivity and poor services..

                I have airtel post postpaid connection in bangalore. Airtel has very vry bad 4g speed. I have called customer so many times no solution. Please see the attached screen shot of complaint.

                Airtel is biggest cheater they only advertising wrong information saying india fastest network. They officially tested by ookla, but on same i am getting less than 0.5 mbps which way lower than trai limit (Minimum 2mbps) see attached screen shots

                I am porting to another operator fed with airtel.

                  I am using airtel prepaid mobile services for the past 15 years. But since last two years, me and people of my locality are suffering from bad signal strength of airtel 4g network. Most of the times signals are absent which irritates and we are unable to continue our talks even in emergency situations. There is a call drop too at everytime.

                  Airtel being a big telecom player need to take initiative and support the customers who are facing such technical issues. Even most of the poeple in my locality have been migrated to other service providers.

                  Please look into this serious matter and do the quick response and rectify the same as soon as possible.

                    Hi,

                    My airtel no. Was [protected] registered under the name of isha kumthekar.

                    Because of inconsistent network connection i have requested for the disconnection of my airtel 4g wifi on 11th april 2017. I have called the airtel call centre atleast 5 times to make sure of number disconnection and after calling so many times i kept getting calls from airtel about the outstanding amount for 5 months period after 11th april disconnection request. Since last 4 months i am getting regular threat calls form your recovery agencies. They called and harassed me for bill amount that is disputed by me. Last time i complained about the same to airtel call centre they assured me that our accounts and billing team will call in next 24 hours and disconnect the number. But still nothing happened on the billing front. No communication from any airtel team only calls kept on coming from a very rude recovery agency.

                    All the time they are apologising that for some reason the disconnection request was not processed and it is not disconnected. This made me wait and not launch a complaint on mail.

                    I have never said that i won't pay money for what i have used but if i have requested for a disconnection on 11th april and after getting a call from the billing department (3 times) saying that your amount will be waved off and you don't have to entertain anyone who is calling you other than airtel employees. I neither received any number of the the disconnection process nor any mails or sms's. I got only my outstanding payment mails and sms's. You can always check my recordings as well for clear perspective.

                    Now, after 3 months (Since april) in june i started getting calls from a delhi based advocate office (Sr. Advocate divakar joshi - [protected]) threatening me of legal ramifications for the outstanding amount for my airtel 4g wifi account and they are harassing me that if i won't pay 70% amount of the generated bill then they will arrest me. I want to ask you on what basis you will arrest me? I am very stressed by this kind of recovery threats for the unjust amount and i need you to put an end to this harassment asap.

                    Below are their numbers who are harassing me by calling every single day:

                    Delhi court senior advocate - [protected]

                    Also, i haven't received any legal notice or intimation from airtel about the procedures. (Which your sr. Advocate has threatened me about.)

                    I have called and asked the call centre if i should go to nearest office and close this. Since they said that's not necessary i never went.

                    Also, attached herewith are my usage screenshots from 11th april 2017.

                    If you are going to take this lightly then i know my civil rights and will use them as a harassed consumer. If you don't revert within 24 hours i am taking this online and making this reach to as many people as possible.

                    Hope someone responsible addresses this immediately.

                      Hi team,

                      I have lost hope on airtel by chasing them on an issue from more than a year. I am paying them for all the services including 4g but i have never gotten any 4g connection/network in my device through my airtel number. I have raised this issue to airtel more than 100 times and they just gave me a fake baseless promise each and every time. I am really pissed of the service they are providing and either want to port my number to some other network or asking for a compensation from airtel.

                      I am here is the witness of airtel's pathetic service and the fake advertisements. I also have collected all the evidence to drag them to the court.

                      Again, i am requesting everyone to thing thousands of time before choosing airtel.

                      My landline as well as Wi-Fi are not working. The landline is not receiving calls nor is it calling. The wi-fi is also not working.
                      I bought new 3g 4g sim, with 84gb for 84 days and unlimited calling. But today is complete 30 days and my data showing 0mb, Net stoped

                        I requested porting from vodafone to airtel for number [protected], gave my documents to the agent in airtel company. I never received sim from them and it says that my number has been activated and verified. This is a scam, they might use my number for anti-social purposes, they are not picking my phone now.                         Payment Failed: Your recent transaction for Airtel Mobile Number: [protected], Amount- Rs. 2804 and Txn ID[protected] has failed.
                        But payment not returned till now. Mailed to Airtel but not response till now.
                        The mobile network of Airtel is degrading day by day and I am neither able to connect a call to anyone nor able to answer any call as the sound quality is fluctuating due to poor network
                        Complaint for setup box signal error.
                        Why visit charge for technician.
                        Why Customer care employe not right answer. No any answer no mail reply no call back
                        It's one of the bad network...

                        3g coverage is very bad in voice clearance.

                          Sir i am using in 4g mobile. 3g/4g network no coverage sir.
                          Net speed is slow. Any time is 2 point tower use. The problem fixed in 20 days. Need help sir, sir my complaint is 3g/4g data network problem and voice call the connecting for some distabance. This is my problem. Any way is fixed in after twenty days. Anyway the problem resolved in immediately sir. Please help you sir.

                            Dear sir/ma'am

                            I am a postpaid connection of airtel. Today, 11/9/2017 i received one messaeg that hot chillies aervice has been activated for a chrage of rs 99. I called the customer care, she said we have no concern regarding this. This service is not provided by us. I ask her to show me the time and the detail when i have started this service. She was unable to do this. I just deactivated the service. And she did within a second. I asked her how can you pay money from my account to anyone without my concern. She was unable to reply. This is clearly a theft. I request you to we should punish the team and others as we do with a thief.

                            This is a trick, because most of the people do not know how to complaint or take money back from these thieves. If per day they deduct money from 100000 costomer and 50000 customers didint ask for this this. They can easily get rs 5000000 (Fiflty lakh) easily. And this happens.

                            Take a strict action against these thieves for this type of theft.

I captured video and asked the bill for rs.20 he refused and scolded and he says what ever u can do u do.

                                Dear airtel team

                                I'm unable to recharge to my prepaid mobile no [protected] under bihar jarkhand circle. When ever i try to recharge online (Airtel website, airtel app, paytm) it says transaction failed.

                                I have even tried recharging offline even that is failed.

                                With zero balance and no recharge i'm facing a lot of trouble. I have tried speaking to customer care about this and there is no action taken.

                                Just now I requested for upgrade of Airtel sim.. as I requested I got a message that the sim will be activated shortly. But still the new 4G sim didn't got activated. Even the old sim didn't got disconnected.. Please solve the issue...

                                  I am durga prasad. I am using airtel broadband connection (Ac no: [protected]). I shifted my house in last month aug 30 2017. So i had given request to relocate my broadband connection on same day.
                                  My new new house is very near to my old house (Just 250 mts). When i given request, customer care person said there is feasibility at my new house and same day one person called and he said, i am coming sir and i will relocation the connection. But he didn't come. Today some one called from customer care, he said there is no feasibility at my new house area. Why there said first there is feasibility.
                                  Why are you playing with cutomer. If you don't have that much capability, don't give the new connection to customer. If i apply for new connection for same location they ready to give new connection, but relocation is not possible. I diddn't see such type of game with operator.
                                  It is very shame to airtel as big company, they are not able provide relocation connection for 250 mts in metro city.

                                      Airtel company recharge is not reliable because i had taken recharge with 399rs with ul validity is 84 days but my out going is stopped in 28 day.
                                      This type of fraud work is going on from your copmany each month so that it is not accepted and i can take action against you in consumer court bcoz even before this, it has happened to me.

                                        My name is jahangir alam, mob no. [protected]... I have recharge rs 399 on 4 th aug 2017 and the offer was included 1gb internet per day and all india calling free for 84 days.... But after 28 days my internet was stopped and i was asked for converting the sim into 4g. I did that within 2 days. After that i was calling to airtel customer care at 198 several time... Thay told me the next date.... From when i will get the service again for another 56 days.... But till now i did not get the remaining data.....
                                        I want to know how will i get my data back and why the customer care executives harassed me and misguided again and again????
                                        I attached the conversation with the customer care executives who misguided me again and again....
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Complaints are many so i have compiled in points
                                        1- 121 is given to talk to customer care but you cannot reach to it
                                        2- they talk about 4g, but their 3g internet is poor of all
                                        3- unauthorized deduction of money from account
                                        4- customer care representatives dont know how to talk to customer
