I have registered for airtel secure plan for rs. 79 pm. On 14 aug i have raised a claim since then, airtel is just delaying the process. Initially, they said that my documents were not uploaded, although i have uploaded many times, the same documents are visible on 3rd party insurance partner's website, but airtel is denying that documents are not uploaded.
I have bought the phone along with a laptop so the entire amount goes above a lakh, hence again a silly excuse and lame reason that you haven't billed separately. I am tired of calling and chasing airtel for the claim. I have been emailing ceo, managing directors and all still no action.
Just for sympathy they will call only once, and after that no call if the customer cannot pick up. Fed of their lame excused and irresponsible behavior. Initially i have been committed for 21 days, which got over week back, still, am waiting for help.
Finally, a person connected and said i need to provide a document saying that i m the rightful owner, i asked that person to send me email id and he agreed to send me required details but that person vanished and m still waiting for the call. I am ideal to sit in front of the phone and see when your call comes.
I ill be waiting for a week, after that, i am compelled to seek a legal solution.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
being a Customer or User it should be our responsibility too to Check that are we running out of data pack or not...
We Can't blame a Company for Our faults..
