I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to i was standing in my drying...

I have changed my company and my company was kind enough to allow me to take company number along with. I had visited their peninsula, lower parel arc and have submitted all the required documents long back. I have also received new sim card from them, but my new sim card is yet not started.

I did a recharge of 399 for 1 gb/day for 84 days for my airtel number on 2nd september 2017. But got a message of 3 gb/day for 28 days. I don't need 3 gb for a day. If i had to recharge for 28 days. I'd have recharged for some other offer. This was a total wastage of money. Why did it happen?? Either i want my money back or want 1 gb/day for 84 days.

I have been using my airtel number for the past 8 years and since a year or more, i cannot send text messages and this is extremely irritating and may cause a problem in case of an emergency. 1-but the speed they mentioned was not provided ever.
2- the quality was never good
3- connection breakdown is the biggest issue
