Deductions for services not subscribed to are being made from my account for instance 10vid, 1 subscription service and many more which i could not expain! To the extent that i loaded n500 & n200 credit yeterday 11th september 2017 it was instantly wiped out with just balance of n70! If i want to make international calls it will says the line is bared from making such calls including sending sms abroad! Right now i can't load any credit as a result of this development that has been on for some time now! It will be highly appreciated i[censored]rgent steps could be made to correct this act which is capable of staining the image of the organization!
Your early response and actions would be highly appreciated please!

    I have 2 airtel numbers. [protected] which i stopped using and [protected] which i am currently using. I was doing a promotion of rs 399 on [protected] using airtel app and it was done for [protected] which was definitely an issue of app. I am the owner of both the numbers but airtel customer is not transferring the money from [protected] to [protected]. I have not been using [protected] for almost 2 months now which can also be verified.
    I am not even asking for refund just the transfer to the number which i am using.
    Request your assistance.

      I have done recharge of rs.100 on september 11 th 2017 using airtel.in. On the same day, i get unsuccessful recharge message. But, it does not reflect in my account yet.

      And also, the amount rs 100 does not return back to my bank account. I have given my transaction id as below.

        I am having corporate airtel sim card (Ph. No. [protected]) on my old company name from hyderabad. I recently shifted to noida. I opted to transfer of ownership to my name and submitted necessary documents, accordingly address verification also completed by airtel further i received message from airtel on 9th sep 2017 for televerification but they have deactivated my sim and i couldn't able to do the televerification. I called to customer care, they suggested to go for new sim card from airtel store but they are reluctant to provide me sim card. Such a pathetic service by airtel.

          I am a airtel customer but i am not satisfied.
          Your employees are not good because not provided actual information related to job.
          I started a new online work i deposited already 1, 999 charges but not provided online job. Take a extra charge are take 2, 340 deposit force every day. And not refund money and not a provided job. So sir please provided online work nothing money.
          Please sir i requested not extra charge take. Give a online work properly few days.

            Very good afternoon.

            I am airtel mobile postpaid customer. Recently, i have submitted a request to change from post paid to pre paid at air tel store, dwarakanagar..

            It is more than 3 days lapsed, till now my airtel prepaid mobile number is not activated. No response from your customer care (59059) and airtel store at diamond park visakhapatnam. The people of customer care telling that there is technical problem, so please visit air tel store. Air tel store people they are telling, the customer care (59059) have to solve the problem. Then who will solve my problem.

            Very very very very very poor and bad service from air tel. I have never expected this type of treatment to a valued customer. My family members and relatives all are using air tel only.

            As there is a lot of competition in telecom industry, i can immediately change my number to any other network. But this will not serve the purpose. As a valued customer, just i want to express my experience with your field staff who are incompetent to solve the small problem since 3 days.

              I recharged my phone and got 70 days UL Calling and 1 gb data daily, Net was slow but however I managed, but just after completion of 1 month, there is no net availability...I have tried to register my complaint on 198 but failed because it is not as easy as looks. What to do now, should I recharge again for net?

                I got a message that recharge of 309rs gives a benefit of 28 gb and unlimited calls for 28 days from airtel portal itself. After i recharged my number with 309rs i didn't receive any free gb and instead the money was deducted from the main balance on the usage of internet.

                When i contacted the customer care they said that the plan is changed and there is no gb offered. This is so fraudulent. First i get this offer from the company and after paying the offer is changed. And the customer care personnel said they will contact me in 1 hour but did not.

                I lost my sim on June 15 th 2017. I got my ebill generated till September 5th 2017 . My mobile number [protected]...I kindly request u to block the sim.

                  Someone used my debit card details to recharge his airtel money account. Need help to block that account to avoid use of my money. I had sent mail to you two days before case id: 742609. They asked some details to block that account and i replied to them with the details which they asked. I did not get reply for that mail yet. Delay in ur reply looks like you are motivating forgery persons to continue their actions and make him to use my money for misuse.

                      I have been shifted from idea to airtel through portability
                      After getting benefit plan compare to idea from their call centre
                      People along with my add on number.

                      For my prime number unlimited calls roaming, sms,
                      25 gb net for rs 499 plan

                      For my add on number unlimited calls, roaming, sms, 1gb
                      Broad band for rs 299/-

                      Now they send bills for each seperately rs 499/- each with out
                      Adding to prime number. When i approach they said different plans
                      For both my numbers.

                      They given wrong commitments, plans but not giving actually.

                      Pls check and resolve it as soon as possible.

                        I am an airtel prepaid network user. My phone number is [protected]. An online recharge of inr 1198 was done on this number on the 14th of august this year. The services to be provided according to the plan were unlimited all calls and data of 2.5 gb /day for 84 days. The unlimited all calls facility was deactivated today on the 11th of september, 2017. Repeated trials were made to contact the customer care personnel and executive on the airtel customer care number 121 but with no success following which i went to the airtel customer care centre at 5pm on the same day where a complaint was lodged. A message regarding the redressal of the problem was received at 5:43 3pm with the reference number cogcl[protected] but the same problem prevailed.
                        This problem is hampering my work and is highly unexpected of a reputed company like airtel. Would kindly request you to look into the problem. Non-redressal would force me to take the case to the appropriate forum.
                        The attached images are of the message received regarding redressal and the of services of the particular tariff plan.

                          Hi i took airtel family plan by porting 5 mobile numbers of my family members to have better network at a reasonable price option a month back. Initially it took me more than 15 days for the porting process with every second day the airtel people would come to my place for some or other issues related to porting at their end, they even charged me 300 rs per number as porting charges for which till now i haven't received any receipt also.
                          To add to this problem airtel porting option is so pathetic that their systems were never updated with what's happening with our mobile numbers and would call for all stupid queries.
                          Once the numbers got [ported the disaster started happening there was no network on either of the number to even make calls so forget about internet and any other service. The network of the airtel was never available when you needed the most.
                          For this issue i made complaints to customer care everyday but till today no one from airtel bother to call and resolve my issue neither thay have done anything about it.
                          Now i have to wait for 3 months to pass to port back my number from airtel. Its a big request to airtel to stop making wrong and false advertisements on the television promising 20 things when you cant even provide basic service of making calls from your network. (I have to buy one more number from a different service provider to start my calls and internet services)
                          After using no network from airtel they send me a bill of rs.1150/-against my no network usage.
                          Is airtel gone pay for my the new number which i took from other service provider?? Why should i pay for the services which i never used?? Does anyone bother from airtel to resolve this matter??
                          Request to everyone who are planning to port their numbers to airtel... Dont do it!!!
                          Worst network... Worst service provider... Need to be sued for mental harassment.

                            Hello sir,
                            I am facing heavily call drop and network drop in airtel.

                            These problems is happening in sector 45 faridabad and also in noida sector 94, kalindi kunj, badarpur, saritavihar.

                            I am using airtel postpaid for 5 years and paying full bill every month. I complained many time to airtel but no action has been taken. I have a complain ref number #79175542 which is open since 10 days. No action, no update on this problem till now.

                              I am unable to use 4g internet from last 2 months on my airtel no. Only h+ to h fluctuation is going on & i am unable to access internet. Service engineer has visited the site he has checked the handset & network. Both are fine. Even i can access 4g of other service provider on my handset. Customer care even told me to replace sim card and even change the same. Still problem is not getting resolve. Every month they are charging around rs1050. And i am unable use the services. I have complained several time so many service request generated. No action taken till date.

                                  I lost my mobile having airtel number [protected]. I am from. J&k and during my visit to home i lost my mobile. I was expecting it to be misplaced but now i feel like it's stolen. I am back to chandigarh and want to block sim from here as i can't go back home. I called customer care number and they are saying i have to go back to jk for sim blocking. They gave me two numbers for jk airtel both of them are not working. Please help me block the number as it can cause security related problems.

                                    On 11.09.17 exactly at mid night 11.59pm i stopped my mobile data and started using wifi in my house. Again at 12.15 am i checked the usage of and it is showing 329 mb as used against my 1 gb data. How can this be possible.
                                    Kindly check and do the needfull.

                                      I am a new customer of airtel mobile. As a welcome gift they gave me 1 gb data free for 3 days. As i'm happy with their service i decided to continue their service. So as per today evening 4.22 pm' s sms of airtel regarding "congrats on your new 4g handset! Exclusive offer on rs399, 1gb everyday+ unlimited all local+std calls, 84days. T&c apply. Benefit only on 4g handset + 4g sim" i immediately recharge my airtel sim with 399/- rs. As per sms i uses 4 g moto e3 power handset & airtel 4g sim i must get the offer for 84 days. Right na?
                                      But after recharging they said that the offer is not meant for me so i got only 28 days validity. How it's possible? Is my money has no value? If that offer is not for me then why they send an sms to me regarding this.
                                      Please help me to solve my problem and do needful for making my money valuable.
                                      Either i got 84 days validity or i will get my money back
