While trying to recharge throu airtel payment bank my wife's federal bank account was debited and complaint lodged on their website.

Today early morning wuspected calls received to refund of prepaid amount of rs.253 and asking for the atm card and otp details.

Calls received early morning at 5.30 am from the following numbers

    Hi sir.
    Greeting have a day.

    I am using airtel 4g ([protected]) last one year. And last 10 days (From 8th september 2017 to till date) my internet not working and i have called to customer care more than 50 times. And they have given me complain number 4 time. Every time they said it will take 2-3 days. But all time they closed my complain without given any solution. They told me 4 time our technician will come to your and will solve your issue. But nobody come to me yet. And they closed complain all time without any solution. Even no bill pending last 1 year. All bill submitted on time they are totally ignoring me.

    Sir i am small services provide. I am freelancer. I working from home as a website designer. I get all work by online. I have very small income (400 inr-500 inr) to this work and i do not have any other source for income. And form last 10 day i did not get work and i have lost my 4 clients because i were not able to respond than and deliver work on time as problem of internet services. And i am not able to buy any other resources because of less income. Nothing getting for earning last 10 days and lost clients and reputation. Sir what will i do if i lost my all client and work. Please help me sir.
    I have taken this device to chandigarh. On september 2016. And they told this devices will work in all india with 4g network.

    Nothing solution. they called me 5 time after this complain. but ZERO/LOOL result. I do not know Entire Airtel have no guys those know how to fix that issue. I thing Airtel staff making me me fool. They are ignoring me totally.

      The below email in on august 23 stating airtel will resolve the issue in 24 hours.

      The below email is on august 24 saying the same thing the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.

      Basis our discussion on [protected], i would like to inform you that your complaint with reference number is 86686222 attended and resolved.

      Hence, i would like to inform you that regarding speed issue we had create order for 40mbps speed plan "airtel-ul-zoom 1299 140gb (40mbps/1 mbps) combo plan" order booked with order number:[protected] and order id:53814023 with modem change to vector technology and same will be completed within 20 days. And also i would like to inform you that if any charges will deducted for modem change we will waived off the amount for your account.

      The above email says i will be replaced with new modem and the technology will be replaced.

      Below email says that my issue is again escalated.

      Now the replacement of router and modem and new technology is gone they say again the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.

      On sep 6 i got an other email stating that my modem is placed with order and it is delayed.

      Finally after one month of struggle i was asked to purchase a new router by myself.

        So many discussion have been with your team member but not a single support till now.

              This is to bring to your kind notice the issue being faced from airtel mohali – after dealing so long with local airtel force i have no option left other than to write to you. We hope this email o[censored]s shall bring some results.
              We are owner of world tech tower (1 lakh sq ft) at plot c203 phase 8 b mohali, punjab. We have rented one of our floors (12000 sq ft) to a company software unlimited indian pvt ltd. They gave a po of 50 mbps to mr. Rakesh thakur one of sales executive on aug 8, 2017. Commitment was to give installation on or before aug 31, 2017. The company has 160 employees and have to move to our premises on sep 1, 2017. Company has not been able to move to our premises. There are huge financial losses. Company has escalated it to local senior airtel officials like anoop, manu sood, kulasekar but no one is responding back. Company is subsidiary of a us company – loss of that company and our loss is huge. Client is paying us 8.5 lakh per month.
              We are also loosing other clients as this company has been talking to other that internet connectivity is an issue at our property. Ours is a very renowned upcoming property and with such issues we are not able to move ahead our business.
              On top of it employees of airtel are not even responding. As a sales guy we understand that one should go and meet clients and update on situation. The people here are so irresponsible and there commitment means nothing. They are bringing bad name to airtel.
              Kindly look into this and see if we can get this po done by sep 20, 2017 at least. This is very serious matter that needs your utmost attention.

                This is my worst experience with airtel last month i got airtel broad band connection on 25/8/17 install in our office. I choose 1099rs (Tax extra), 90gb, 40mbps speed.
                Yesterday i hv paid 1052 bill but still i got 6.59 speed. I had complaint in airtel. But engineer said airtel provide on that speed.
                If i am not getting 40mps speed then i discontinue with airtel. I'll never ever connection with airtel.

                    I have recharged my aiterl dth with a package offered for 6 months on 27th august 2017.

                    After 18 days of recharge, still i am unable to see any of the channels. I am calling the customer care, they are daily providing me the reference no for complaint with an assurance that it will got resolved by 5:30 tomorrow but that never worked.

                    Please find the reference numbers for the same:

                      I have done a recharge of rs500 a month ago on my number [protected]. My balance got deducted with rs35 on every seventh day. I got to know this when i recently called someone and saw my balance to be 275rs. Airtel have deducted rs225 from my mobile for a subscription of games club which i didn't even subscribe. I called customer care where i talked to the senior executive and he told me now no money will be deducted as no subscriptions will be done on your number sorry for your lose. I don't need sorry i need my 225rs back as i didn't do anything. For no reason you cannot deduct money and then say sorry. I need my money back please help me out with this.

                        Today, (14.09.2017) i had been to air tel, anna nagar, chennai branch customer care centre near blue star and santhosh store. The staff i think by name mr. Vignesh and ms. Tamil selvi in the centre are chatting without bothering about the customer. It is not known the staff are taking too much time to attend the customer. One more lady staff in the office had not attended any of the customer and always engaged in her mobile. It is requested to review the camera above thier and appropriate action may be taken to avoid the same in future.

                          I had recently applied for a port from airtel to idea. The representative from airtel called me to ask the reason for port. I told about the network problem in my area. The representative assured that my network will be excellent soon and requested me to stay in airtel and appealed me to recharge. I accepted to stay with airtel and did a recharge of 300 rupees as full talk time.
                          But the next day my network was cut off. When enquired with sim dealer i got to know that i have been ported to idea.
                          Is this what is the reward for trusting airtel?
                          I request airtel to refund my 300 rupees to my same paytm number.

                              Sir, my customer id is [protected] and on 03 sep 2017 i made a recharge of rs 5500/-through my paytm wallet on seeing your advertisement of getting all channels including hd channels on my tv for a duration of one year. However the channels were not activated and after repeated complaints an airtel representative visited my residence on 07 sep 2017. This person's name was nikhil and he seemed to be a novice, after giving flimsy excuses, he assured me that the channels would get activated within 24 hours. This however never materialized and since then we have been making repeated telephonic complaints but on deaf ears. I am therefore addressing this problem to consumer complaints with the hope that remedial measures are taken forthwith and i start getting all channels including hd channels for a period of one year as has been quoted in your advertisement and for which i have already made payments to airtel.                                 Dear airtel,

                                My mobile number is [protected]. My wife was using this number. She lost the mobile 3 months back so i blocked my sim card by calling the airtel customer care.

                                Yesterday i went to an airtel store located in perambur (No 198, paper mills road, perambur, chennai - 600011, near venus bus stand). They gave me a new sim with the same mobile number ([protected]) for rs.25 and they said that the sim card will be activated after 6 hours. But till now the sim card has not been activated and when i called the customer care, they told the details have not been uploaded. But i gave my aadhar card proof for the sim. This clearly shows the lethargic work of the airtel team in the perambur branch. So, kindly help me in activating my mobile number.

                                  Dear sir, i am sanjib kr prasad now i am in roaming network. On 09.09.2017 i have recharge rs.55/- as roaming pack which validity was 28 days, but on 13.09.2017 it has stopped working. Then i call to your customer care executive on date.10.09.2017 in the morning and tell about it. He suggest me to recharges only one pack i, e rs.149/- or rs.249/- as roaming pack (Rs.55/-) validity remaining till 07.10.2017 you can enjoy roaming pack. On 14.09.17 i recharge rs.149/- and problem remain same and my outgoing call has been charged from my main balance. Now i am not interest to stay in airtel network as i have not got proper guide. It is very unfortunate to me that i am a airtel customer since long time.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    It is a worst commitment from airtel to get your mobile secure through airtel secure plan.
                                    I covered my mobile through airtel secure and my mobile was damaged on 02.09.17, i intimated the same on 03.09.17 but even after the rigorous follow up, still i have not received any satisfactory reply even after 11 days. My phone is also not picked yet.

                                    I have given almost 25-30 calls to airtel and one assist but noone is responding on this.

                                    Now i feel that how can a service provider can make the people fool to commit these type of services.

                                    Pathetic.. I am not closing this issue here and taking a legal action against the company to give false commitments to their consumer.

                                      I am already port airtel no [protected] to vodafone that time i have total bill amount of airtel but today got call from customer department they told me your last two months bill pending. I didn't know why again bill if already paid.. This is harassment of customer.. I am using other services also of airtel. But airtel not provided good service... If your company continue these type of behaviour i am definitely close all services of airtel and going to use others. Airtel only advertising products but not giving good service like network, data packs, recharge, as well as harassment the customer. If my issue not solve immediately i will complaint against airtel.
