I have been overcharged for my previous month postpaid bill amount. More over my bill amount is different in the text message being received to that of the one displayed in the portal. Airtel is cheating its customer.

Besides this issue, i have a current plan of 425 local+std wherein i have used only 209 min but ts been shown as overusage. Don't understand what these people really mean when i have balance minutes left and its been shown as overusage in the portal and being overcharged.

Kindly look into the matter.
Early response would be appreciated..

Didn't expect such things from airtel.
Attaching screenshots of my usage graph as per the portal for better understanding.

    I don't even know what is this thing never subscribed for it, yet 5 rupees was being deducted from my account daily. I feel like cheated by airtel to loot money from me happened before also like subscriptions that we don't have an idea about. These people know very well on how to cheat customers and they don't hesitate to do it without any shame. Have been using airtel for more than 7 years and had many experiences like unsubscribed callertunes and other stuff that i can't recall. Regrets choosing airtel for my service.

      As i'm the post paid customer in airtel since 2012, i'm very much irritated on this service.
      As per the offer given to my number.. I need to get 26gb data every month. But from 2 months they are suffering me with their issues,, and i have been complaining them so many times but the response is very poor.
      Every time i'm raising complaint to their higher team, but the response is very poor. And this month i sent so many mails regarding my issue,, till now there is even no reply to my mails..
      So please provide me some proper justice with this disgusting network.

        From last two billing cycle my bill always created wrongly. My bill plan is 649 but last month bill is 1700+ and this month bill is 4600+ why are they creat is type of bill.
        And most important i am suffering from network problem from last 1 yr and i was complain about it many time but there is no solution about it right now. When was i call to customer care of airtel they always says that sir we are register your complain and it will be resolve in 3-4 working day but there is no action at all. Airtel is only making money. They have no heart for customers.
        So plz take action to this king of company

        My balance is reduced by Rs 10/- today which is Rs. 230.60 without using net services. Please recover my balance Rs 241.60 on my mobile.Otherwise I would cancel airtel service and shift to another services on my
        mobile if this persistently continues.

          Airtel is just cheating the customers with fake ads,

          They called me and says subscribe airtel secure for damage and liquid damage they didn't tell about damage classes

          No body intentionally break their phones how the company rejects claim by saying improper handling,

          Company says every thing is improper handling and
          There is a language communication problem with telugu customers

          How can they apply for claim with improper knowledge should provide telugu customer care executives

          Airtel secure rejects claims by the name of insurance company, this is totally manipulation to collect money from people which company loss due to jio network

            Complian regarding my mnp from airtel postpaid i had requested many for the mnp every time rejected my mnp. Even i paid my times advance bill again they rejected tell to pay again bill its happening from 2 months without any reason. My number [protected]. Its 13 sept 2017. Again my sim rejceted. I am requesting from 26 july 2017 and again and visiting airtel store civil lines allahabad. And did not geting any reason for rejection

              Since 11th sep'2013, i've called in the customer care thrice but they are yet to resolve the issue.

              Issue description: prepaid recharge was done on 14th of august with rs899 inr with the offerings like unlimited voice calling to any n/w, 210gb data and unlimited roaming incoming free etc. For 84 days. However, all these offers have stopped working after 28days.

              Condition:offers are applicable on 4g sim and handsets only, which i do have.

              They also promised to credit back the amount that are getting deducted from my main account balance - i am yet to get them back and there is not further updated being provided to me yet.

                On 01 sep 2017 reacharge of 100/- rs was done to other airtel number with wrong cvv of saved debit card with my airtel app. And lodged a complaint on the date of 03 sep 2017 i got acknowledge receipt of my complaint, my reference no. Is pr[protected]. One of the customer care executive talk to me and asked for screenshots to mail with give mailid [protected]@in. Airtel.com. But still no response. I want immediate proper response take a action for this type of irresponsible behavior for such quality less services. With desirable refund

                      This is to informed you that i am facing issue with sms services from last friday (7th sep 2017) ; i have changed my sim from your airtel shop which is located at thane station - west mumbai & sim has been activated on friday (7th sep 17) morning; sms service should be activated within 24 hours as committed by your staff mr. Vikram at the store however this is bring in to your attention that it is not activated till date.

                      I am doing follow up on daily basis with your customer care & making calls to them daily basis & getting generic answer from them is that "i have to wait we have escalated the query. I am failed to understand what kind of pathetic services is this.

                      Till date i have made almost 7-8 calls & all the time spoken with seniors authority & they all had given generic answer that"i have to wait; does that customer fault that they have connected with your services.

                      Yesterday evening your customer care seniors has again committed that it will be resolved by today morning before 1200 (Date: 13/9/2017) however this issue is still unresolved & after that also i made up call today's morning on this no. [protected] & they told me that again i have to wait till friday (15th sep 17).

                      Because of such pathetic services from your side i am unable to do all my pending otp related work which is hugh loss for me.

                      This type of services tells about how the inefficiency of airtel staff & they don't care about their customer.

                      Now i left with only one option to go in to consumer court & file case against airtel.

                      Expecting immediate revert on this.

                          Hi team,
                          My mobile no is [protected] and i have done mobile portability yesterday.
                          Changed from vodafone to airtel but now i realize i shouldn't have done this, such a poor net work i really didn't expect this from air tel last night from 8:20 to 11:15 pm the download speed was 0.03 mbps! Can any one believe. I am not going to recommend air tel to any of my friends and family members. Though i get full signal at my home the data point shows as 2g and if fact not even 2 g speed. Such a poor network at my residence and more over my residence is at the heart of the city "purasaiwakkam". Thank god, i didn't change the other 5 no's of my family member to air tel, i was about to do so..

                          Reliance jio is always best followed by vodafone.

                          Air-tel is worse than idea..

                          Request you to check and rectify this issue else give me a solution for me to get back to vodafone immediately, i can wait for another 3 month for me to do mnp.

                            In 12th august, internet was not working on my airtel number despite full connectivity. I suffered a lot because of it. But the problem was solved by network team after my continuous calls to the customer care.
                            But from 12th september exactly after whole month, the same problem arose and making me disturbed again. Customer care have again proven to be ineffective and giving their unhelpful suggestions. I need instant solution to my problem.

                                On 01 sep 2017 at around 8pm while on call there was loss of signal on my phone. Post that struggled to get signal even on manual setting and later got to know from customer care that my number was put on safe custody as per request.
                                On being inquired the source of the request as i has not placed any such request either through call, message or mail.
                                I have been chasing the team for the details of the requester based on which the action was taken as its clearly the case of impersonation and the action needs to be taken against the requester.
                                Despite repeated follow ups on mail and through call, the issue is yet to be addressed and resolved.

                                  I am an airtel postpaid user i have filed a complaint at airtel customer support for massive call drop at my residence locality on date 23.07.2017 with reference number 78023417 and again i complained about same on 05.08.2017 with reference number 78408382. Both the complaints are at hold till now even after two months no improvement in network quality has been observed. Network is so worse that i am not able to talk properly to any other mobile network at my home location for even a 30 seconds. Please to something about it since operator is not in any mood of improving their network quality.

                                    Some airtel offices in kohima are charging rs. 50 - 200 for aadhaar linking. This is a daylight robbery. Since i know that its suppose to be free of cost, so i went to link my aadhaar card but and i refused to pay i was told that the line is down. It seems the line is up only for those people that pays money. I mean, how can i pay for something that is free of charge? Please suggest some ways to tackle this situation.

                                        For availing airtel broadband connection for my residence i have approached the airtel showroom in trichy. After certain queries about my location and submission of aadhar, pan photocopies, i have paid rs.1000/- (One thousand only) through my atm card on 4th may 2017 to airtel. Later their executive called me saying that there are some technical issues and wiring issues which common people can't understand. I have contacted the showroom where i paid rs.1000/- for a refund request. They replied that i will get my money back after 3 months. Now its sepetember 13, 2017 which is beyond the time limit as they said. I want to know the reason why they have not refunded it back and what about the interest of my money which is simply stagnant in other's place for no purpose. I need my money back.

                                        Airtel customer care is still contacting me for broadband connection which they cannot provide in my area. I wonder what a great communication they have within themselves, instead of disturbing a customer those many times for a work which can't be done, can't they do something useful. Airtel should be ashamed for such poor communication team.
