I didn't expect this from airtel,
I am subodh kumar sahoo and
[protected] is my number, on august 13 2017 i had recharged my number with 899, it was an offer on my number for 84 days which had been given 2gb data/day with unlimited call (Tnc apply)
I had checked this offer on my number best offer by ussd code *121# and also called to the customer care to assure about this offer, one of your customer service executive assured me and told me that this is a best offer on my number and if i recharge with 899 on or before 14 august 2017 and if my handset and sim is 4g then i will get the above benefit, i was known about my phone and sim were 4g but for the assurance i asked him that my phone and sim were 4g or not, he told me that i m using nokia 3 it's a 4g handset and my sim was 4g activated and i will get the benefit of 84 days on recharge of 899
After that i decided to recharge it and open my airtel payment bank and the 899 offer was also shown there in my number best offer like the screen shot i have taken.
After recharged with 899 i got the message
"recharge done on[protected]:42pm, mrp:rs899.00, gst 18% payable by company/distributor/retailer, transid[protected]. Open 100fci bank ac get 10%cb*t&c"
"unlimited all local + std calls +3.5gb/day on 4g handsets and 6gb for other handsets for 28 days. T&c apply."
And when i checked the data balance it's showing 6gb data valid till 9th september 2017, i was got panic by seeing this and called to customer care one of the agent laudge my complaint by giving "thank you for contacting us. Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile [protected] has been resolved to your satisfaction. Your ref. No. Is cbnrv[protected] registered on 13-aug-2017 13:09" reference number,
But i didn't get any confirmation / call / message for the serviece request status.
So i decided to call again and i had made a call on 31 august, and on 2nd september, and your agent told me that i have got the offer benefit and it's weaver date is november 11
But on 9th september my offer benefit was weaver and my main balance were deducted, i decided to laudge a complaint but one of the senior executive/team leader checked the offer history and told me that this offer had never given to my number then how could i get the benefit,
After a long conversation he agree to laudge a complaint on wrong information given, and he told me that after listen the audio recording, they call. Me back..
Here is my question if you are not capable to give any offer benefit to the customer then you gives assurity and cheated us.
I was using 2 jio sim but when i seen the 899 offer on my number i thought to recharge it but my friends pull me not to go through airtel, because airtel has so many terms and conditions, but i know that airtel net speed is better than jio so i decided to go through airtel, but it was my big mistake to chose airtel, you are cheated on us.
I only known that aircel is a fraud company, but now i realized airtel is also like aircel...
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
every time it says Payment failed ' Dont worry ...amount and coupon will be refunded in 2 working days'
and after this amount was not deducting from my wallet.
this was happening from last 2 months..
