Airtel — [urgent] my 5 year old prepaid number issued to someone else.

Dear airtel executive,
I am a very old customer of your esteemed organization. I was using my prepaid airtel number from 5 years, but due to some very personal reason and circumstances, which include me shifting to other states for a while, i wasn't able to use my number for some time. When i tried using it again, i discovered it is not just working but has been issued to someone else. It came as a shock to me because following is the places i was using my number at
- government documents (Pancard, passport etc)
- bank
- school
- college
- friends
- profesional links
- social media (Facebook, instagram etc)
- websites and software registration (Godaddy)
- ecommerce and payment gateways (Flipkart, amazon, paytm etc)

And countless other places.

That number is like my identity, i am in a huge trouble, so i humbly request you to resolve my issue and provide me with a solution, as soon as possible.
If this will not get resolved, my privacy and countless other things will get at risk.

I hope you understand and will come up with a solution so that i can have my number back.

When I tried using it again, I discovered it is not just working but has been issued to someone else. It came as a shock to me because following is the places I was using my number at
