I ha taken a new dth connection online on 3th june this year
I waited for so many days. No one called me for installation. Then again i called multiple times to their customer care. No on e helped. Finally i raised a request for cancellation. Then someone called and said they will install, i said them to proceed with cancellation as it was already 9 days after i bought it and no one came for installation.

They accepted it and promised me that they will give a refund in 7 working days. It has been 23 days now, i have been calling them 3 to 4 times on a daily basis to get my money back. No luck.
Such pathetic service they have.

No update till now .No refund till now .It has been one month since this process is been going on . I have never seen such worst customer service, Not sure how many times i should call and ask for money . How much time it is need to process a refund of just rs. 1590 ? Ridiculous

Aur ye problem pichle 6 month se h bahut bar complaint kr chuka hu phir koi solution nai mila h. Even meko no. Change krne ki hidayat de rhe h
Recharge 194 unlimited call, but money deducted from main balance.
8 Months and Counting NO Justice and NO Intercom service

I had compliant N number of times. Also complained with appellate.

I have recharged @94 rupees but wasn't able to get my account. Kindly request to refund that particular amount to my account which I mentioned below the number.

    I live in Saudi Arabia, I am trying to use my aim, although balance is there, but can't call or msg. And my bank MSG's are not coming. I have contacted customer care by call also but no use. Plz help me resolve this issue, neither hdfc bank or sbi bank MSG's are coming. They are saying the aim is out of service due to lack of balance.

      Airtel prepaid service providers are the liers and looters of first order. Sends fake messages to take user's money and don't provide the service. They sent me message to recharge with rs. 349 which will give me 28 gb 3g/4g data which i didn't get eventually and now says that the benefit is only for 4g sim-cards. My money is gone.
      They are just using this trick to convert users from 3g to 4g.
      Please help me to get my money back.

        After making calls, the flash msg of offers showed 648 pack with unlimited free calls and 1.5gb/day for 70 days.
        After 28 days the offer got changed to 28 days and they started charging for the services.
        When called the customer support, they are asking for sms which showed 70 day validity, which will not be present because offer was sent on flash msg which gets deleted upon reading.
        It's a scam to show an offer on flash msgs and not provide those benefits.

            I have registered for airtel protection plan in june-2017.

            Case #1: few days later, while going for a mooring walk, due to the smoothness of the mobile - i have lost the control of the mobile and it dropped from the hand; which is resulted in small screen damage. I have applied for a claim and the claim got rejected saying "its due to improper handling and not an accidental damage"

            Thought o[censored]sing phone with same condition as it was in work condition and i renewed my airtel protection plan again for july-2017, which is valid till 01-aug-2017.

            Case #2: while walking down the floor, my legs stuck each-other and toppled down the stairs, which resulted in mobile popped out from the pocket and hit the stairs. Which led to more damage to screen and reduced response from the touch screen. I have applied for the claim on 22-jul-2017 (Got an email saying claim has been submitted), but a day later (23-jul-17) received an email from airtel saying - your request has been closed with no justification.

            On 24-jul-17 morning i have called to 121 (Customer care) and the executive informed like the airtel protection plan is no longer applicable for prepaid and hence the claim is not considered. And he mentioned he can fund the amount of 78 inr paid for the plan for july-2017.

            This is cheating the people with miss-leading adds and accepting the money when we register. Later if we try to claim the damage, then with a response the plan is no-longer applicable, we will refund. Suppose if i haven't claimed for july-2017, then there is no information reading the airtel protection plan changes and the money i have is waste and airtel cheated the common people.

            At the end i struggled to get the register a complaint for further investigation and the number is cascp[protected]. And the supervisor assured a call back in 24hrs.
            The attached is the screenshot taken from airtel web-site, it indicates the plan is still applicable on my phone and can claim now. But if claim, then they will close the claim.

            Could you please help me and other people by taking the necessary action on this.

              I took up an airtel broadband connection in jan 2017. The airtel rep who approached us collected 6900 ruppees in the form of a cheque for the first 3 months. This amount was debited from our bank account but airtel claimed to have no record of this payment and continued to charge us monthly. They wanted proof of debit from the bank in the form of a debit certificate. I have got this and submitted this to airtel as well.

              Now it's july 24th 2017. I still haven't got back my money. Airtel's strategy is to raise a complaint number and promise to resolve it in 72 hours. When that period expires, i'll get a mail from another employee saying it will be resolved in 72 hours. This has been going on for months. Airtel is aware that we have our lives and jobs to live and we won't have enough time or resources to go behind them.

              And this is happening at the highest level of consumer escalation with airtel with their so called 'appellate' (Email : appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com).

              Here are the reference numbers they have opened and re-opened for the same issue over the months with no resolution:

              I wonder how many more citizens of this country are being looted by them.

I got this prepaid no. in Assam with great difficulty with I'd proof of driving licence from a shop at dry fish market Jagiroad, Assam. It is really sad to know about my number.

                    I have recharged my airtel prepaid no [protected] through airtel online recharge service on 23-july 2017 for rs. 148 in which i have been opted for 2 gb internet and unlimited local calls for 28 days. I have been credited only with the internet package but when i make a call i have receiving a message saying that i don't have sufficient balance. Request you to get either allow to calls for unlimited calls as mentioned in the net for 28 days with 2gb internet package or refund the amount.

On 22nd also some other service was activated and debited rs.35 to my accounts. This is causing loss and irritation. Please ensure that such thing not happen again.                             Just coz of good offers i converted my 3g sim number - [protected] to 4g..after 1 month i recharged on this number availing offer 244 rs - 1gb/day for 70 days.. and nowni get to know that only 3g connections are coming no 4g..wtf is that...i converted the sim months ago still no 4g service is activated... what is with airtel.. in this really competitive environment no valuw for customers money.. i was using jio.. i only. recharged on airtel for 2 reasons.. jio 1gb was not sufficient and airtel offer was nice... and now i cant even use that offer.. help me ASAP airtel.. i am so tired o[censored] guys

                              I had done 345 recharge unlimited local/std in kolkata but when i came to mumbai, i can't call. Customer care said that it will not work in roaming cycle, what the hell, they should tell all this terms and condition at the time of recharge. I had done this recharge through myairtel app, there was no where written this stuff. They had cheated my money by hidden clause here, i am using airtel for more than 10 years now i had to see this for god sake i am going to port in different vendor, can't accept this cheater anymore.

                                A call from airtel today that they are saying that my internet pack is ends today. My internet pack is ends on august 8th 2017 but they are cheating me that the pack ends today on 23rd july. This is not first time. This is second time.. I am asking that why they are cheating. And the downloading speed is very slow only using chrome. I don't know why this happening. I already complaint about this to airtel two times they reply always me with a same message that you we are sorry you are using slow internet connection we are in construction to prove speed of connection in future

                                  I have contacted airtel customer care several times for this issue it's almost 10 days and my issue is not solved i. E i am getting 10kbps only 3g speed which is very low before 10 days speed is fine i also contacted through email i am getting same email i. E we are planning to expand our future networking

                                  But my network strength is excellent this is server issue my friend airtel sim is giving good speed while taking to your representative they say problem will be solve on 19 of july but problem is same

                                  I really pissed off when i am calling they asking same same information they are saying set it to lte mode or set to 1 slot ¿¿i have done everything or they are obtaining my pin code i. E 246149 i have checked in open network which shows signal is quite excellent

                                  So just want to say it's more than 10 days so please resolve my issue or i have to port in another sim and i will never buy airtel in my life although airtel will never came in loss by 1 customer but for me service matters so just resolve my issue and being a consumer i will definitely file a case because your representative are giving fake excuses and promises

Recharge was unsuccessful for which money deducted from my account. I reported it customer care, they insisted to wait for 10 working i. E., till[protected]. I didn't get my money refunded till now. Please look in to the issue and refund my money as soon as possible.
