[Resolved] Airtel — wrong deduction international roaming | |||
Dear authority Balance deducted : 99 Reason : international roaming I have not made any international roaming recharge still the balance got deducted from my account Every time i recharge this happens My whole family and all in office are using airtel since last couple of years. I live in Saudi Arabia, I am trying to use my aim, although balance is there, but can't call or msg. And my bank MSG's are not coming. I have contacted customer care by call also but no use. Plz help me resolve this issue, neither hdfc bank or sbi bank MSG's are coming. They are saying the aim is out of service due to lack of balance.
