Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹700 on june 29th 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one.

I had activated postpaid sim for kalyan from mumbai. But there is a network problem in my area (Kalyan), against the same i had logged complaint vide reference no.77648029/77778089, dated 10/07/2017.

They confirm that it will be resolved by 14/07/17 & again dated 14/07/17 they inform that we are in process.

As on date the problem is not solved. Kindly look into this matter....

While i have no direct reason to complaint, i would like to share my experience with airtel broadband, specifically interacting with sales executives and how they steal each others customers in airtel broadband. Airtel broadband may like to tighten their processes internally so that their sales executives play fair.

I raised a request for airtel broadband, and mr. X called me. I was in touch with that person for over 3 weeks....

First of all, it took 20 days to port from another network to airtel. Then i had issues with going from 3g to 4g activation for about 7 days. After going to the store, airtel fixed it for me in sweet 7 days to where i went back and forth like 20 times. And now i am not receiving sms. No otp, no sms from any bank. Not able to setup anything. Kudos to airtel for being open network!...

I am facing the network problem in bangalore city and i have raised about 10 + complaints so far. I tried reaching the support team, csr team, nodal team, appellate team but no proper resolution (And now don't know whom to contact next ;- (). It's been almost 3 months now and still the problem exists....
