Dear sir,

I have an airtel no. [protected] which i took on feb 2013. I am in abroad for past 4 months and kept this sim on a spare mobile phone and switched on. However, i was not using this sim for outgoing calls.

Today i found the sim is not registering to any mobile network. When i tried calling the number, it says the number does not exist.

This is my primary mobile number in india. Please check and reactivate.

    Hi,

    This is regarding the iphone 6s that i gave for repairing in 'airtel secure'. A person took my phone on 12th of july 2017. First the person who took my phone, misused it and the action was taken after i bumped on consumer complaint forum.

    After that they said that it will take 7-10 days for the phone to get repaired and i'll get my phone after 10 days. That means that i should have received my phone by this sunday 23rd july 2017. Let say that everyone must be relaxing on sunday as you guys work so much on weekdays!!! Then why my phone wasn't delivered by monday, 24th july 2017?

    Now after i called the company, they said that they sent the phone for repairing on 21st july 2017. Till then who had my phone and why did that person kept it aside when i was been given a verbal confirmation that i'll receive my phone in 10 days?

    How many times should i make complaints and write emails and call multiple times to you people for my phone? If you guys can't work then why do you open these services? I'm without my phone for more than 2 weeks. Is that joke to you?

    Before all this, you all made us call you for more than a month to take the phone for repairing where we always heard that "madam i'll get back to you in 48 hours." this is the canned reply we always expect whenever we call to the airtel customer care.

    Airtel is the pathetic company i've ever seen. This is complete shamelessness that even after complaining so much, you guys take no responsibility and make us write uncountable complaints because of the issues that you people are creating.

    Learn to set expectations right. "misusing the phone, then keeping the phone for show off and then doing nothing" is what we all have expectations from you all now.

    I should switch to some other network. At-least they treat their customers with respect and does all the work on expected time and in-fact before the time that they said.

    Now, would anyone tell me the exactly where my phone is and why is it taking so long? Also, i want to know when i'll get back my phone... That's my phone and not your to keep it. Stop keeping others property.

    Also, you guys tell me to contact you at '[protected]@in. Airtel.com', so when i did, why i didn't get any reply?

    First thing, i want my money back for what the ola company has charged me because the airtel's employee misused my phone and secondly compensate for all the inconvenience i've been through because of all this drama for more than a month.

    I haven't received my phone yet. Where is it? and why there's no reply from any of you????? I'LL SUE YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU ALL HAVE DONE WITH ME AND MY PHONE FROM PAST 2 MONTHS. Give my phone back. Seriously, I'll suggest everyone to not trust airtel and their employees ever again.

    I WANT MY PHONE BACK WITH ALL THE COMPENSATION.

    For everyone who can go through my complaint:
    I gave my phone for repairing where one of their employees misused my phone data by booking cabs, accessing my whatsapp, facebook, gmail (read all my emails), instagram, and everything. These people invaded my privacy. I trusted airtel as I thought that it's a reputed company but they have hired thieves. After all that, it's been 3 weeks and they have kept my phone with them and not replying back at all. DO NOT TRUST AIRTEL WITH YOUR PHONE.

    You tell me to contact at [protected]@in.airtel.com. Doesn't it look like a canned response? When I call, the canned reply is 'madam we will get back to you in 48hours' and when I raise a complaint here, I get a reply that 'You can also get in touch with us at [protected]@in.airtel.com '. But in both the cases, you guiys never respond. I wrote a mail to the email address that you have given, then why there's no response. This is highly frustrating. I can never get a proper resolution from Airtel customer care. This is very shameful!

    I cannot provide my phone number in a public platform. I have no trust on you guys. You people have misused my phone and invaded my privacy. How can I trust anyone of you by giving phone number here? What's the proof that my number won't be misused by any of the employee?

    I made a huge mistake by giving my phone for repairing to you people. I'll suggest everyone not to trust Airtel employee in terms of safety of privacy!

    I need a quick resolution on this. I have been frustrated with this Airtel service from more than 2 months now. Even your representatives have pathetic knowledge on anything.

      I have mailed my complaint (Withdrawal of service) to concern company (Airtel) on many occassion but the same have not been resolved so far..in my complaint i brought to their notice that as per commitment of your representative, my bill was to charged half of the my plan amount for the six month that is upto july 2017. Since they did not fulfilled their commitment, it was requested that please close my service on[protected] from today i. E. 19.06.2017 itself... But the same has not yet been resolved...

        I have received an e. Mail from airtel, asking me to link my aadhar no with the mobile no. Accordingly i carried my aadhar card to your airtel shop at west pradhikshana road, (Near bus stand), at karur, tamilnadu.
        At 12.30 pm today.
        When i approached the show room staff for aadhar linking, he was very ignorant and asked me to come on some other day. (He also said. 6 months time is available for the aadhar linking). I am working in central govt organization and availed 1 day leave to complete the above job. But the attitude of your staff has highly hurt me, besides not done the job.

          Hello,

          This is harish. I have an airtel broadband connection with landline no:[protected] recently installed and i paid for 6 months. I am facing the connection problems from day 2. I gave many complaints but couldn't resolve. So after 4 months i asked them to disconnect the connection and issue the refund for remaining 2 months. They have disconnected the connection and didn't issue the refund. I keep on calling them and they were saying we have forwarded to the concerned team and will issue the refund. Even the nodal team and appellate team also said the same for 10-15 days. Final after 10 days they have called me and saying as per the arp plan we won't issue the refund. I asked them where it is mentioned and it was not there in the terms and conditions they have given and the representative who has installed the connection also said if there is any problem we will charge on prorate basis and issue the refund. Every point is on my side and there is no justification for them and they agreed it was a miscommunication from their side and still they are not issuing my refund.

          Please help in getting my refund and sue that frauds.

            My registered fixed line number[protected]. I have paid rs.450 for keeping my connection barred for 3 months. Even though i get calls from airtel customer care asking for paying the amount. Once i spoke with the head office and they replied that i would get fee waiver and the mistake is on their side. Still after that i get calls for paying the amount.

                Dear sir,

                I had recharged 3 recharges through airtel.in my account. Today

                1) for rs 15 txn id[protected] which was processed successfully

                2) for rs 55 txn id[protected] which failed and was declined.

                3) for rs 61 txn id[protected] which failed and was declined.

                So when i called up customer care and told them to process my recharge they told me that the recharge has been declined by airtel payments bank but the amount of rs 55 and rs 61 was deducted from my airtel bank account but my mobile prepaid balance was not been credited by the above given amount.

                The supervisor ms. Gitanjali dhobale told me that the amount will be refunded to you account within 10 days. My question to airtel authorities is that due to the technical fault from airtel end why it is that i am suffering and that i am not been able to call. The executive then tells me that you recharge again that means due to the fault of your technical things i have to recharge again.

                Isn't it something undigested.

                Please do something so that i get me money back so that i could recharge it soon and i am able to talk.

                          I was call at customer care of airtel dth service approx dated 26/07/2017 at 11.45 am. Regarding change of my monthly base pack. My customee id is [protected]. After calling i told him please chane my current my plan 99 to south indian pack but your customer care executive firstly she says me that she doesn't know how to do that after taking long time she replied i can not change my current plan to south indian plan because of i am leaving at maharashtra and i all ready purchase rest of india plan. After that issue i told him i have two airtel connection and i want to merged it. She replied me she also don't knowing how that work. She suggested me that talk with senior executives. And says that thank you for calling airtel and ready to drop my call without resolving my issue. I told she that i want to talk with your senior. She agree and put my call on hold for 30 minutes. Its take to longer time. After waiting long time senior executives talk with me and resolve my issue.
                          I request you please give your executive properly training and knowledge of your company product also ask him use soft language with customers.

                            My airtel number [protected] is operational at a56, surya nagar ghaziabad 201010. There are no signals at this place. A complaint was lodged on 11th july 17
                            Got many calls from your cervice centre to visit my place. Then suddenly i get a message that i can't be connected. If the signals are poor or nil, how can i be contacted? I conveyed to your representative on 198 that there should be no billing for the period i could not use the services. I am told that i don't have options but to pay and that too in a most rude way. The voice recording may be checked for this.
                            Airtel has at least proved to me that it is a company with least sensitivity towards its customers problems. I am porting out if my problem is not solved within next 24 hours.

                                Iam a telenor customer, some tele callers have called me and said to postpaid my network from telnor to airtel postpaid, they said that first month of your postpaid plan is free with unlimited calling, after the first month you can convert from airtel postpaid to prepaid, so i accepted their offer, they gave me a new simcard and im in the first month of that airtel postpaid, now the airtel customer care have said that there is no such type of offer, you have to pay that bill. So i need a serious action among that tele callers and on airtel network

                                  I am facing problem regarding airtel 399 pack.in the month of april i was recharge with the same amount and i was easily use this pack but when this pack validity close. I check my offer through offer dialling the number there is mentioning 399 offer is available for your number and also i confirmed this offer through my airtel apps after recharge this amount, in my phone internet not run because suddenly the pack is applicable only for 4 g handset as well as 4g sim.
                                  My com[plain is why customer care department not intimate me that this offer is now not for 3g handset and 3g phone and also why indicate this offer on my number as well as in my airtel apps

                                    Being a airtel customer for more then 10 years, the sim card was deactivated within 90 days, it a request to activate the sim card, because it an old number, and the number has been registered in banks and many other things. Now the sim card is been recycled and is in a shop! I[censored] understand that the number is very important and i[censored] can priorties this complaint so that the sim card is not issued to someone else.

                                      I had done a recharge of 349 today. The recharge clearly stated that it would give free std and local calls. But as it seems, it is only giving internet for 28 days and not free calls. This was not expected from a reputed company of airtel. Below is the attached image of the recharge they promise to provide. I want my money back from them asap.

                                        My number is DND registered but still getting unsolicited calls and sms. I got a call from this number [protected]. call dated[protected] time 4:49 pm. at first they were asking me about my sbi credit card details etc. when i didn't want to give, then she started speaking all rubbish. Then start giving bad words and threatening me.
