I have raised a complaint with airtel that the internet signal is very poor in my house and we have 3 airtel numbers all facing the same issue.

1. They gave me some jazz to do internet setting again on phone (Which i knew is crap, coz, not all phone can have setting issue, and this issue is only inside my house, internet works fine as soon as i step out)
2. They registered a complaint on 16 june, on which they did nothing for weeks, after i called and shouted at customer care, asked them to bring their manager on call, and he asked network team to look into the issue.
3. After 2 -3 days an engineer visited my house with a device and saw the signal is really poor. He made a note and told the tower is very near and someone will come and fix the signal strength in next 4 days.
4. Till now, it's been 1.5 month no one has visited and they have put the ticket on hold. When i call them they said entire area is facing the same issue, where i just step out and the internet works fine.

This is not the first time airtel is providing wrong info to the customers, they have taken us for granted and i want some strict action against them

Hello Team, I received a call from your broadband team, and I told them this issue is with my Phone ( mobile) and not broadband. They told me someone from mobile team will reach me, but no one has contacted me till now.
This is the standard response I am getting Everytime, I don't need a robot to read a script, I have all your call recodings and the FAKE promises your team did. Airtel has the worst customer service ever.

        There is a very poor signal network for airtel mobile customers in govt. General and chest hospital, irramnuma, erragadda, hyderabad-38 (Ts) due to which all the airtel mobile customers (General public, employees of the hospital, patients and patients' attendants) are facing much inconvenience in making and attending important official and personal calls and most of the calls are dropping out while connecting the calls and attending the calls. Several complaints have already made in this issue, but signal network not rectified. Please rectify the airtel mobile signal network in the said hospital urgently.

          Very poor signal network to my airtel mobiles (4) in my house and facing much problem since 5 years at h. No.11-81/2, between ayyappaswamy temple and church, urella road, ganesh nagar colony, chevella vil and mandal rr dist telangana. Complaints already made but problem not rectified. Please rectify the airtel mobile signal network urgently.

            I have two mobiles having airtel network connectivity. I am facing network problems for the last 4-5 months. Initially, I thought it will get OK automatically. But it did not. People always complain that when they call, they receive a message "phone is out of coverage area" or they find my phone busy. When I call someone, it does not get connected and if it connects, my call cuts inbetween or I do not hear the voice clearly from the other side because mobile network connectivity comes and goes. Most of the time, connectivity is ZERO. I complained to Airtel on 24.07.2017 Reference No. COGCL[protected]. Airtel sent me a message "Airtel Mobile par network connectivity is sambandhit asthayi samasya ka samadhan kar diya gaya hai. Seva phir se shuru karne ke liye mobile ko switch OFF aur ON kijiye". I followed the instructions but it did not work. Again on 25th July 2017, I complained Reference NO.CCDRP[protected]. The same day, I got the same message as above. Again I followed the instructions but it did not work. I do not understand why I am keeping these mobile phones if I cannot receive a call nor I can call when I am sitting in my house. Hence I am forced to complain on this forum. I need a solution for my problem.

                  I am a oci holder and registered for 2 prepaid lines on 24 july 2017. Shwetha the staff took full payment of inr 260 for 2 lines and promised to activate the lines within 24hours. She also verified all my documents.

                  I waited for 24hours but nothing happened. I called airtel customer care centre and they told me the outlet has not activated the lines and i have to go to the store again.

                  For the 2nd time i went and made a complaint. Shwetha promised to activate the line by evening and nothing happened. # up with all their excuses. No responsibility.

                  Airtel must take action on their dealers who are not responsible. The outlet manager mukesh and staff shwetha are not answering my calls.

                    All in my name. Out of whic one is used by me and the other 2 by my wife and father... I requested the customer service representative whose name was ghulam and the other one suraj to link the number to aadhar since i was present with the adhaar and otp would be called on phone immediately as it was difficult to get their phones as we all 3 are working... However they bluntly refused to do it... I seriously dont understand the logic of giving the pain to customer making him travel all the way to the store just for an otp... Which eventually i was ready to give on the spot... But no they were hell bent on getting those 2phones which possessed the sim... I don't know how many airtel customers have gone through this kind of situation... Customer service is to make things simplified for customers here the case is vice versa kindly look into the matter asap... This kind of behaviour has put me in dilemma... Hope you ll do the necessary.

                        Hello team,
                        I am writing this to lodge a complaint against the inaccurate service of the myairtel app and bring to your notice the problem with it. It doesn't show me my usage properly and that doesn't help me in tracking my data usage or call usage.. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app. Still nothing. If it's a deliberate attempt to make your customers end up paying extra bills. Then it's pretty sad. Please fix this issue. Also i don't receive the bills on time on my registered email. Id. Check into that as well.

                          From day 1 I am not able to surf internet with 4G speed.
                          I never get internet connection going smoothly.
                          Due to super slow speed, I am only able to use 50-60MB from 1GB daily limit. I have raised many complaints but issue is still there.

                            I have converted my sim from 3g to 4g on saturday. Data worked fine on saturday and sunday, but from monday data is not working. I have checked the settings as explained on airtel website. I have changed preferred network type to preferred lte, still there is no data working. I have recharged my number with 349 (Data+talktime) plan. It's all getting wasted. I am also unable to receive any sms. I have sent an email about this complaint; still i did not receive any response.
                            In a nutshell, please look into below queries asap

                            1. Data not working in spite of converting card to 3g to 4g and using airtel pack of 349
                            2. Cannot receive sms

                                  I have an airtel no. [protected] which i took on feb 2013. I am in abroad for past 4 months and kept this sim on a spare mobile phone and switched on. However, i was not using this sim for outgoing calls.

                                  Today i found the sim is not registering to any mobile network. When i tried calling the number, it says the number does not exist.

                                  This is my primary mobile number in india. Please check and reactivate.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is regarding the iphone 6s that i gave for repairing in 'airtel secure'. A person took my phone on 12th of july 2017. First the person who took my phone, misused it and the action was taken after i bumped on consumer complaint forum.

                                    After that they said that it will take 7-10 days for the phone to get repaired and i'll get my phone after 10 days. That means that i should have received my phone by this sunday 23rd july 2017. Let say that everyone must be relaxing on sunday as you guys work so much on weekdays!!! Then why my phone wasn't delivered by monday, 24th july 2017?

                                    Now after i called the company, they said that they sent the phone for repairing on 21st july 2017. Till then who had my phone and why did that person kept it aside when i was been given a verbal confirmation that i'll receive my phone in 10 days?

                                    How many times should i make complaints and write emails and call multiple times to you people for my phone? If you guys can't work then why do you open these services? I'm without my phone for more than 2 weeks. Is that joke to you?

                                    Before all this, you all made us call you for more than a month to take the phone for repairing where we always heard that "madam i'll get back to you in 48 hours." this is the canned reply we always expect whenever we call to the airtel customer care.

                                    Airtel is the pathetic company i've ever seen. This is complete shamelessness that even after complaining so much, you guys take no responsibility and make us write uncountable complaints because of the issues that you people are creating.

                                    Learn to set expectations right. "misusing the phone, then keeping the phone for show off and then doing nothing" is what we all have expectations from you all now.

                                    I should switch to some other network. At-least they treat their customers with respect and does all the work on expected time and in-fact before the time that they said.

                                    Now, would anyone tell me the exactly where my phone is and why is it taking so long? Also, i want to know when i'll get back my phone... That's my phone and not your to keep it. Stop keeping others property.

                                    Also, you guys tell me to contact you at '[protected]@in. Airtel.com', so when i did, why i didn't get any reply?

                                    First thing, i want my money back for what the ola company has charged me because the airtel's employee misused my phone and secondly compensate for all the inconvenience i've been through because of all this drama for more than a month.

                                    I haven't received my phone yet. Where is it? and why there's no reply from any of you????? I'LL SUE YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU ALL HAVE DONE WITH ME AND MY PHONE FROM PAST 2 MONTHS. Give my phone back. Seriously, I'll suggest everyone to not trust airtel and their employees ever again.

                                    I WANT MY PHONE BACK WITH ALL THE COMPENSATION.

                                    For everyone who can go through my complaint:
                                    I gave my phone for repairing where one of their employees misused my phone data by booking cabs, accessing my whatsapp, facebook, gmail (read all my emails), instagram, and everything. These people invaded my privacy. I trusted airtel as I thought that it's a reputed company but they have hired thieves. After all that, it's been 3 weeks and they have kept my phone with them and not replying back at all. DO NOT TRUST AIRTEL WITH YOUR PHONE.

                                    You tell me to contact at [protected]@in.airtel.com. Doesn't it look like a canned response? When I call, the canned reply is 'madam we will get back to you in 48hours' and when I raise a complaint here, I get a reply that 'You can also get in touch with us at [protected]@in.airtel.com '. But in both the cases, you guiys never respond. I wrote a mail to the email address that you have given, then why there's no response. This is highly frustrating. I can never get a proper resolution from Airtel customer care. This is very shameful!

                                    I cannot provide my phone number in a public platform. I have no trust on you guys. You people have misused my phone and invaded my privacy. How can I trust anyone of you by giving phone number here? What's the proof that my number won't be misused by any of the employee?

                                    I made a huge mistake by giving my phone for repairing to you people. I'll suggest everyone not to trust Airtel employee in terms of safety of privacy!

                                    I need a quick resolution on this. I have been frustrated with this Airtel service from more than 2 months now. Even your representatives have pathetic knowledge on anything.

                                      I have mailed my complaint (Withdrawal of service) to concern company (Airtel) on many occassion but the same have not been resolved so far..in my complaint i brought to their notice that as per commitment of your representative, my bill was to charged half of the my plan amount for the six month that is upto july 2017. Since they did not fulfilled their commitment, it was requested that please close my service on[protected] from today i. E. 19.06.2017 itself... But the same has not yet been resolved...

                                        I have received an e. Mail from airtel, asking me to link my aadhar no with the mobile no. Accordingly i carried my aadhar card to your airtel shop at west pradhikshana road, (Near bus stand), at karur, tamilnadu.
                                        At 12.30 pm today.
                                        When i approached the show room staff for aadhar linking, he was very ignorant and asked me to come on some other day. (He also said. 6 months time is available for the aadhar linking). I am working in central govt organization and availed 1 day leave to complete the above job. But the attitude of your staff has highly hurt me, besides not done the job.
                                        Hope you will take necessary action.
