Is making me abusive calls since 19 jul 17 . i dont know how he got my number. But his behaviour it so abusive. I asked him not to call me again but he is still calling me. He called at least 150 times since yesterday & still not stopping
Please provide me complete information of this number. I tried to get rid of him by blocking but now he is threatening me to spread my number to others to disturb me

    There is a persistent problem of call dropping, no signal and no internet connection in our school premises in bal bharati public school parwana road pitam pura new delhi 110034. The school is having more than 200 connecitons for staff members and everybody is facing similar problem of call dropping and no connectivity. Please resolve the matter at the earliest

      Complaint about: airtel mobile bill (399 rs family plan); two numbers connected under it.
      Airtel has charged isd calls in my mobile bill. No isd calls were made from my numbers but they had very well presented the charges with fraudulent call details. They have given details of the isd calls in itemized bill, but those all are fake as no such calls were made from my numbers. I have been extra charged for 3 isd call (360 rs). I never do any isd calls from my numbers.

      I called there customer care on 14th july and the representative assured me to reverse the charges, saying that 200 will be reverted immediately and the rest will be reversed after 48hrs, as 200rs is maximum reversal limit for 1day (As per him). But nothing happened even after 72hrs. After which i again called customer care but this time they blatantly denied that no such reversal commitment was given from there side and also no such reversal will be done.

        Date on which imy brother (Ajay) purchased this plan - 18th june 2017 (Damage cover till up to inr 40, 000)
        My mobile got damaged (Screen broke) and then i raised a claim on 5th july.

        Claim got rejected saying improper handling.
        As per their add, same thing happened with my mobile, mobile slept from my hand when i slipped from stair case and got damaged.in their ad, they say don't worry your mobile is secure with airtel and in real practical scenario they reject it saying "improper handling". They are cheating their customer showing fake ads and doing fake promises.
        Now when i called their customer care they saying this plan has been closed for prepaid. I have recording of phone calls with customer care guys. As per them this plan is closed for prepaid but still i am getting messages and calls from airtel to pay the premium.
        This is real frustrating and mental torture.

        It's around a week since I posted on twitter where I got same comment that you have mentioned here (we are looking into the issue and bla bla bla) but I have not received any update till date.

        Any update on this? As per our last conversation, you I was supposed to get update within 48 hours. But now its more than 48 hours but I did not get any update.

        I posted the same at twitter and got a call saying Airtel can not do anything. Clam is rejected by partner company with reason improper handling. I want definition of improper handling and what all scenarios that comes under improper handling. What kind of damage they cover.
        Mine case is exactly copy of what you show in Ad.
        I need clear clarification or else I will have to register a complaint in Court.
        STOP PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS EMOTION. I can not blame One Assist who is their partner but I have relation with Airtel and I can go to any limit for justice.

        1. Definition and criteria of "Improper handling" [reason under which claim has been rejected.
        2. What kind of damages does Air-tel cover
        3. Did you reviewed your Ads which you are showing on TV to cheat us.

        I need above clarification and final closure note so that I can proceed with further actions that I have planned.

        My internet connection is working but landline is dead. There is no dial tone. I can not call 121 as the phone is not working.

          I have been provided hd connected set top box and it was working for about a year. Now i faced a problem ie. Very frequently the display is off and unable to view the pgms. I raised a complaint with the service center vix. Milky way cell tech, chennai -600034. And their service personnel came and told the problem is in the remote and changed the remote free cost. On 17-82016. Even after changing the remote i cam across the same problem and the service from abvove center inspected and told that the problem is in set top box only and the set top box to be replaced. He also told that the since it is warranty period, and as the new set box is not available the same will be replaced as soon as the stock arrived. He also told that he will book complaint for this and keep a watch for the new stock. Now even after a long period say about 3 months the set top box not yet replaced. Since the warranty period is nearing by august 16 th, 2016 it is requested to replace the set top box immediately as the problem exists. Cus. Id. [protected]

            I bought my SIM three days ago. And recharged 445 they have informed me that daily 1gb data but I didn't received todays 1 gb data yet. So please inform me about what's going on. I contacted nearby Airtel mini store but they didn't respond properly.

              Dear sir,

              It has been more than 28 days from 22nd june 2017 to til date, my debit credit issue has not been resolved.

              Even after submitting all documents for verification they asked for bank statement which i have made transition on airtel money account, that bank statement i have submitted which doesn't make any sense that i should submit my bank statement for verification.

              After all, i am tired now to call customer care executive and senior supervisors and listen their excuses, i don't understand what is issue that it takes a month of time to activate the account. Hope u can understand i have transferred amount to airtel money do pay my utilities and bills which are due from from that time to till now.

              Every alternate day i am calling to customer support and they are taking 48 hrs of time. Last time i had conversation with senior executive on 17 july at, they promised me within 48 hrs team will resolve the issue, but again i have called on 19th july their statement remains unchanged that within 48 hrs they will resolve the issue.

              I want to say one more thing till the time, not even a single time any executive had tried to contact and update that what is the status of my case.

              Requesting a feedback call back from your side on my registered mobile no - [protected].

              And a humble request to resolve the issue asap on priority basis.

              For linking Aadhar the Airtel office in tiruchengode asking money they are forced me to pay ruppee 100 and saying that it's for Airtel pay balance that is Airtel money bank without paying there is no other option to link.
              Airtel claims to be the best 4g speed provider in the telecom industry. But they don't even have a 4g network to support that. I've paid for 4g internet but all I get is a 2g network.

                    Complaint regarding airetell broadband connection number [protected]
                    We were using above mentioned number since last 4-5 years and paying hefty amount every month. When data limit crossed before due date, airtell block our connection, and even if pay before due date, they never start our package for next month.
                    We have informed airtell through message at their website, regarding closure of this number. Then we received daily 2-3 phone call for continuation request for the same. As we have no use now, but they pressurized us and gave us option, that till date our bill balance is zero and now onwards they will give us plan for 170 pm and with 10gb data.
                    We agreed, but after 7-8 days, airtell persons calling us and harassing us daily by calling 4-5 times to pay now 3300/- due bill amount.
                    Kindly look into the matter and sort out the same, otherwise we have no option left to go to consumer forum and press. Now a days other competitors are giving better plans at very reasonable rates. Must consider this for your good customer, those were having very long relations with you, other wise money is not the problem, you will get multifold bad name in the market. This is just a sharing my views as i was also working as gm marketing (All india).

T&c apply" my handset is a 4g lenovo veb k5 handset, the airtel sim is slot no 1, but as per air tel application i downloaded in my phone showing network only h+, and i'm trying money time talk to customers care officer but option not available, after confirming about the plan details i got the sim, kindly update and do the needful,...

                            I was a bsnl customer earlier. Due to misleading advertisements i was lured to change over my connection to airtel 4g. Since the date of activation i am not getting proper connectivity. 50% of the time there is message "no service" rest of the time there is no 3g/4g signal.
                            I had complained to your office at beltola survey, guwahati 28 on27/6/2017 with the complaint nosr77269718. I was advised to wait for 48 hrs. To get a solution to the problem. Iwaited several days but nothing was done to solve the problem. I then spoke to your call centre twice and got the same answer. No action was taken again. Subsequently i spoke to call caentre superviser thrice and go the same answer 'it will be sorte out in next 24 hours. But again nothing was done. I got fed up and stopped following up. After a few days received a message that the problem is sorted out and the complaint is closed.
                            Iam surprised how a reputed company like yours lure the customer, mislead and try to cheat. This is taken very seriously as iam also a member in a regulatory body.
                            I dont expect any service from you as your motives are known. Will take this issue to a logical conclusion. Meanwhile iam switching over to another service provider. But follw up this case.
