Dear sir,
I have recharged my airtel prepaid no [protected] through airtel online recharge service on 23-july 2017 for rs. 148 in which i have been opted for 2 gb internet and unlimited local calls for 28 days. I have been credited only with the internet package but when i make a call i have receiving a message saying that i don't have sufficient balance. The transaction id for the above recharge is[protected]. Request you to get either allow to calls for unlimited calls as mentioned in the net for 28 days with 2gb internet package or refund the amount.

    On 24.07.2017 at 2.40am sports video pack has been activated on my mobile number [protected] with out any request and debited rs.90 from my prepaid amount balance. On 22nd also some other service was activated and debited rs.35 to my accounts. This is causing loss and irritation. Please ensure that such thing not happen again. As a strong promoter of airtel, i feel hurt for this.

      Actually i thought i have a problem with my mobile but i have problem with my airtel sim and it shows no service only emergency calls, i dont receive calls nor i cant dial calls, please tell me a solution very urgently... Should i take a new sim or need to go and complaint to the airtel nearby showroom.? I would really seeking for and urgency help, try to resolve the solution!

        No network in my and my wife's phone since 15 days .. in Hyderabad, Pathetic customer support said there were no issue and asked me and my wife to change mobiles and check. When I asked how 2 different phones can have same problem at the same time, then only he generated complaint number.not resolved till

          Just coz of good offers i converted my 3g sim number - [protected] to 4g..after 1 month i recharged on this number availing offer 244 rs - 1gb/day for 70 days.. and nowni get to know that only 3g connections are coming no 4g..wtf is that...i converted the sim months ago still no 4g service is activated... what is with airtel.. in this really competitive environment no valuw for customers money.. i was using jio.. i only. recharged on airtel for 2 reasons.. jio 1gb was not sufficient and airtel offer was nice... and now i cant even use that offer.. help me ASAP airtel.. i am so tired o[censored] guys

            I had done 345 recharge unlimited local/std in kolkata but when i came to mumbai, i can't call. Customer care said that it will not work in roaming cycle, what the hell, they should tell all this terms and condition at the time of recharge. I had done this recharge through myairtel app, there was no where written this stuff. They had cheated my money by hidden clause here, i am using airtel for more than 10 years now i had to see this for god sake i am going to port in different vendor, can't accept this cheater anymore.

              A call from airtel today that they are saying that my internet pack is ends today. My internet pack is ends on august 8th 2017 but they are cheating me that the pack ends today on 23rd july. This is not first time. This is second time.. I am asking that why they are cheating. And the downloading speed is very slow only using chrome. I don't know why this happening.                 I have contacted airtel customer care several times for this issue it's almost 10 days and my issue is not solved i. E i am getting 10kbps only 3g speed which is very low before 10 days speed is fine i also contacted through email i am getting same email i. E we are planning to expand our future networking

                But my network strength is excellent this is server issue my friend airtel sim is giving good speed while taking to your representative they say problem will be solve on 19 of july but problem is same

                I really pissed off when i am calling they asking same same information they are saying set it to lte mode or set to 1 slot ¿¿i have done everything or they are obtaining my pin code i. E 246149 i have checked in open network which shows signal is quite excellent

                So just want to say it's more than 10 days so please resolve my issue or i have to port in another sim and i will never buy airtel in my life although airtel will never came in loss by 1 customer but for me service matters so just resolve my issue and being a consumer i will definitely file a case because your representative are giving fake excuses and promises

                        Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹1000 on 20/07/2016. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So i have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 1 year now and still i am not getting my refund amount.

Now they are again asking to the same by disconnecting my line... Actually i am in uae now, thus they are asking some 900 rupees to reconnect the connection.                             This is no wonder or surprise that airtel service is worst and poorest in the entire country.

                            I usually recharge my data package every month which i suppore to get 1gb data with 4g speed for 30 days. I'm clear that airtel always runs fake promises as usual.

                            Airtel do not know what is 4g speed but starts to claiming bs ads that don't work no where.

                            As i said i recharged the plan and i started using it, then i realised my 4g speed is slow. So i just started testing 4g speed using their own partnered company called ookla. Guest what the speed of airtel 4g was... 0.11 mb (Which is not even half mb)...
                            That is slow shameful part of airtel that they always keep making fake promises.

                            Please note that airtel might give you plenty of reasons if that happens to anybody but try this... Recharge same 4g data for rs. 9/- and check the speed.

                            It's just that airtel do not want to give or lose their money in any manner.

                            Airtel always finds a con way to cheap consumers... And now airtel is crying out loud when they realised the better customer support and no cheating is a good idea.

                            Ps: no wonder airtel is drowning...

                              I want to take a new airtel hotspot connection. But i am not able to get it from airtel stores. Since i am from a different state and currently staying in chennai and i don't have any local address proof in my name, they are not providing me the connection. Can't it be provided with permanent address proof like aadhar etc?
                              I am struggling from last one month and not able get the connection.
                              Also i tried to buy online from airtel site and they said local address is mandatory.
                              In this era of globalisation, i don't know why they are playing these stupid game.
                              At least now days they can use aadhar as base and process accordingly.

                                I have raised complaints 3 times regarding network issue but the technician just closes the request without doing anything.

                                Bsnl provides excellent network coverage in the same area, but in case of airtel network received is only 2 out of 5 levels and that too keeps on fluctuating leading to call drops and breaking voice.

                                This problem has started since last 3 months, before which the network was fine.

                                Desired resolution is that airtel solve this issue and their technicians stop committing fraud by automatically closing the request everytime. They never visit the address where problem has occurred. They call and ask if i am still facing the problem and even if i say yes, they would close the request.

                                If airtel fails to resolve this i would go to consumer court and port my 2 postpaid numbers to other telecom operator.

                                      I had recharged my number with 349 data pack the offer was 28gb (1gb/day) +unlimited calling for 28 days but it stopped working after 2 days. Do something quickly regarding this because it's leaving a wrong image of your company. Customers problems should be solved quickly so tha we can take advantage of of the sevices provided. I had called several times to customer care but noone picked the call so please solve this problem quickly.

                                        I wonder to see the msg from airtel executive asking for pan number. He has issued me 3 sims taking 3 copies of my aadhar card. Bad part is none of three sims r activated nd he is asking for pan number now. He is only messaging me, not even taking my call. I have tried around - 100 times to connect with him but he is not responding to my calls. I m afraid as he can misuse my aadhar card copy nd pan number.
