Hi team,

I have received a message from your team that i have an offer applicable for 399 with unlimited internet and calls for 84 days validity. I just not able to find the same in airtel app, so i called customer care and spoke regarding this. They are telling me i dont have that offer applicable for me. Then why it is coming to me no answer, and they are not ready to connect the call with customer care also.

Am using this sim from past seven offer, really fed up now and dont want to continue with this. If am recharged that amount without confirmation it was a big loss for me.

    I came in airtel store in t nagar to convert my postpaid number to prepaid twice but each time they said there is some network problem. I am a very old customer of airtel and never faced such problem anywhere in india. Executive here are not willing to collect the documents. I am working and can't come in weekdays. Now they are saying to come tomorrow. Please resolve the issue asap.

After changing few plans the bill amount alawys cost upto Rs1000. consistantly calling Airtel Store for bill planes but no reply. The systems and operations in Airtel Store is far worst every time I visit. Please take action

              Sub: sim registration failed

              I'm the airtel customer since 15 years and hold the airtel number of [protected] for the long time,
              My sim is on the working condition only every day receiving the messages from the friends and others.

              Now the issue is past 10 days my sim card not works ie. Sim card registration failed.

              I have contacted the airtel customer care and they replied my sim card is no shows/ deactivated for nil usage deletion 12-july-2017.

              Im everyday getting messages and transaction details and my personal messages then how they can say for nil usage and deactivate.

              Kindly resolve the issue and retain the same number and activate my number as earliest possible.

                  Network except airtel most of the times, further i am not getting messages from various banks, irctc, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 1 july 2017 and i have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and i never get any response.                     My name is sanjiv and using airtel postpaid mobile no. We received the bill of last month rs. 900.73 but when we are going to pay this exact amount via airtel payment website this amount is not valid. They are asking for rs 901. Why. This way if they are taking rs. 0.27 from each consumer then you can calculate how much money they are taking extra from consumers.

                    My question is is there any value of rs. 0.27 in indian economy. If yes they why we should pay extra rs. 0.27.

                    Hope you can provide us appropriate answer of my above query.

                      I recharges my sim with 399 scheme a few days ago and i have not been given any kind of beneffits at all

                      Also on my other sim i had recharged wit h 349 scheme and again there i did not get any benefits at all
                      And this is an issue as earlier it had recharged but now it has deducted money from my account and still not credited any benefits to any of my schemes

                        I have airtel postpaid number [protected] which i had been using for last 7 years. My name mentioned on bill is narender singh instead of narinder singh. I submitted photostat copies of documents showing my name on them at time of getting connection. If they enter wrong data then its not my fault.

                        I also uploaded the required proof ie copy of aadhar card as required by customer care executive and got a response message telling...

                        I recharged my airtel number [protected] of Rs. 148 as per the given instructions by airtel customer care email. But i got only 2GB data instead of 1GB/day. I have attached the screenshot of that mail. Please refund my amount because its not my mistake. If you will not refund my amount I shall surely port my sim to jio.

                          I have an issue in airtel my number is [protected] this was disconnected on may 26th 2017 without knowing my knowledge as well as i have cleared my pending due bill amount also there was no pending fee. And they are telling me my number is not airtel service provider it seems, but i was receiving incoming call past 6 months from airtel, its in tata docomo they are telling. The person who spoke to me (Venu [protected]) very rude he had spoken, please help out on this issue. At any cost i need my number, now its not in active.

                            His is true. Airtel dth is the worst service i ever used in my life. They have utter disregard for the customers. I have registered a complaint one week back and called the customer care 4 or 5 times and what they do is raise a complaint each time and say it will be resolved in 24 hours. The funniest thing is when ever i call them, after 24 hours still having this issue (Error code 6 even after recharge) the customer center executive says the previous complaint case is closed (Not resolved the issue) and they are raising a new complaint number. I dont know what to say.

                              Hello sir,

                              I had received a call from ms. Ayesha ([protected]) airtel regarding mnp offers and i was convinced on the plan which she explained to me. So i have applied vf postpaid to airtel postpaid mnp, processed with the upc on 5th jul. I have provided upc to her and she sent me the new sim card by post on 7th jul. I have cleared my bill payments in vf, intact i paid extra payments to avoid any delays. On 19th jul i have received a msg from vf stating that porting request vx127197 dated 19th jul has been approved and the signal got disconnected. The same day i have received a msg from airtel stating that once mobile displays no network need to insert the new sim and call 59059 to varify. Once i inserted the sim there was no signal so the next day morning i have contacted ms. Ayesha. But she was not aware of the process, she asked me to wait for 20th. The issue was not resolved on 21st as well. I asked her to escalate the issue to her manager but she didn't pass the call to anyone nor given any number. Previously i have ported this number from aircel to vf and the process was so smooth and highly professional. Airtel claims as india's no one network, even the first experience is so unpleasant.

                                I got refund cheque from airtel for my broadband application, but i do not have any bank account with the name given in cheque, what will i do with that cheque?

                                The first thing is if you initiate refund from your side for feasiblity issue you should refund the amount in the bank bank account from where you got the payment and not with cheque. If it is with cheque then at least ask customer about his bank details or name on cheque.

                                I am just asking customer care either refund the amount in account from which you got the payment or take this cheque back and give me with the name i have bank account (I am ready to submit all the required proofs with that name)

                                    This is an utter non-sense service provided for an airtel secure customer. Whats the use of subscribing to airtel secure if you can't secure my handset for accidental damages? Don't fool people by luring them to buy your nonsense plan. My device was accidentally damaged and want airtel to reimburse me for this.
