Hello sir,
I had received a call from ms. Ayesha ([protected]) airtel regarding mnp offers and i was convinced on the plan which she explained to me. So i have applied vf postpaid to airtel postpaid mnp, processed with the upc on 5th jul. I have provided upc to her and she sent me the new sim card by post on 7th jul. I have cleared my bill payments in vf, intact i paid extra payments to avoid any delays. On 19th jul i have received a msg from vf stating that porting request vx127197 dated 19th jul has been approved and the signal got disconnected. The same day i have received a msg from airtel stating that once mobile displays no network need to insert the new sim and call 59059 to varify. Once i inserted the sim there was no signal so the next day morning i have contacted ms. Ayesha. But she was not aware of the process, she asked me to wait for 20th. The issue was not resolved on 21st as well. I asked her to escalate the issue to her manager but she didn't pass the call to anyone nor given any number. Previously i have ported this number from aircel to vf and the process was so smooth and highly professional. Airtel claims as india's no one network, even the first experience is so unpleasant.
