I opted for airtel broadband 3 months back it was going good for couple of weeks then the problem started internet gets dropped i raised a complaint which was resolved in 2-3 days then it was working fine with few disconnection issues again after a month i had same problem for which they told me that it's cable and dp box fault which was resolved after 6 days for which they gave some waive.
After couple of weeks again i got same issue...

Today means on dated 15/07/2017, i recharged on my mobile rs 246 that to be after see the offer in message but after recharge i have unable to got that offer, they provide me only a normal pack of 900mb data only where 1 gb data is on rs 96 only. So after a long conversation with the customer care executive finally i refuse to got my actual offer. I think, i lost my all money and i think there is no way to got my actual offer or my money...

Please kindly know a bill amount is 2300 i am already paid 1500.00 but i dont get bill details my airtel no. [protected]. Then mr. Rohit saxena form airtel call my alternate no. Ans he said which bank paid bill and debit card no. He said debit card no. Why is necessary. Please look this matter. And proper reply.

Regarding refund issue

I paid money for new broad band connection and no feasibility in our location. So we applied for refund.. Then i got a cheque with mistaken in name.. So am unable to claim cheque amount.. So we request u for change the name in cheque and send again..

I did a recharge of rs. 1000 to a wrong number by mistake through patym, the patym team asked me to speak to the airtel customer care executive but when i tried to the contact them at 121, 198, [protected] etc. There was no option of speaking to the executive i literally tried very number provided on google but no response.. Not even a single zonal /nodal officer cared to answer the calls.. Highly disappointed by airtel service......

Yesterday, i logged into airtel website to pay my dth charges. Account showed my monthly package is 677. I therefore paidpaid my monthly charges online via airtel website. Immediately my dth got activated.

My number is [protected], i had came a call from mnp department in which they offered me an offer of (1gb data /day and unlimited calling for 70days)
Because of that i cancelled the port in in other operator.
But when offer was not activated i called in customer care my call had been transferred to senior executive supervisor vaibhav atak, i requested him to arrange call back from mnp team, but refused to take complaint and...

Very poor voice quality, frequent call drop and no data or at 2g. Complaint made to everyone appellate authority. Response is it is best possible network from them. Unsatisfactory and feeling cheated. Unable to take calls from my home and also make any call. Complaint lodged 15 days before after that i emailed to everyone for early resolution. First my issue is that i called more than 10 times to airtel to resolve my issue and every time they said senior manager is busy and he cannot take your call. This happens to me more than 5 times. Finally, i got in touch with him after trying for more than 20 days and he promised that my issue will be resolved in 3 days and they will call and confirm. Nothing happened even after 10 days.
