      I have not received any recpt from airtel.

        I am using airtel prepaid mob no [protected] since the last four years. I have never made any request for international roaming facility.
        Rs 99 have been deducted from my main account on 21 July 2017 on account of international roaming rental at 1447 hours
        This is irregular and not justified.

          I want to ask when will the broadband service become feasible at my home location because i have become tired of hearing the same response from the past two years. And i literally mean 2 years. You can check your records if you like.

          Enough is enough its always the same procedure i apply and get a call and once i tell them my address they told me its not currently feasible at my address.

            Yesterday I ordered a product from Amazon India and payment was done by airtel payments bank...but after that I cancelled the order but the refund wasn't initiated from your side ...I contacted Amazon executive also... they said that the refund was initiated from their side...I should have contacted my bank...please refund my money asap!

              This pertains to payments bank. Customers are required to visit payments bank points and update form 60 (Whatever that is). Why not provide a link on the official website or on the app itself to update this? When visited a airtel centre, the staff couldn't help ad they were unaware as to what needs to be done. There is no facility on the in-house dashboard for the staff to search for the information. Customers are bombarded daily with sms to go and update to maintain continuity of service. A tech-savvy company like airtel can come up with more innovative ways o[censored]pdation than making customers to spend time and energy visiting the points.

                    My airtel mobile is [protected] i had a recharge done on my number with ₹399 within which i was allotted unlimited calling and internet (1gb per day) for 70 days.
                    Now, we customers get to see such such plans information through airtel mobile app and by dialing *121#
                    Now none of these 2 options gives proper and full information to customer, airtel is cheating on customers by giving half information and writing "t&c" in the end. Now what are these t&c? Nobody knows, but i called customer care support to know te t&c they said, i get 1200 mins per week, which also is not full information, they have been hiding the fact that customer only gets 3000 mins for total 70 days period.
                    So the first deceitful activity here is, they are using the word "unlimited" to fool customers, secondly, they are not giving full information to the customer and hiding their bad side using t&c.
                    A customer is liable to get all the information in detail along with t&c.

                    My 3000 mins are over and when i called customer care then i got to know that there is such 3000 mins cap.
                    I request officials to file a complain against such companies.

                      I have requested for name change in the month of april in the airtel center, total mall, bangalore. I have paid the money for the same. Till now they have not taken any action and not responding to the calls and asking me to submit the documents again. I have already provided all the relevant documents and photos and they has assured me it will get finished with in couple of day,

                      And most of the time if you call to the shop number, they won't pick up and even if they pick up you have to explain the complete details and finally they will say manager is not in the shop and ask us to call later.

                        Please refer to airel bill no[protected] dated 21st june 2017 for rs 61588.34,
                        I have spoken to airtel customer executive on customer care no 121 and multiple times regarding excess billing amount and also sent a mail to airtel in this regards.

                        While going through bills it has been observed that the charges levied by airtel for usage of mobile data in international roaming on 16th june 2017 are absolutely wrong as timing shown in the bill are timing when i was in my hotel and my hotel had a free wifi facility and for me using mobile data when free wifi is available to me doesn’t make sense hence they are requested to remove mobile data charges of 16th june 2017 from the bill and send me a revised bill with these corrections.

                        I have also noticed that you have a fixed a credit limit of rs 14000 for me for using mobile services from airtel whereas in this case the billing amount is much more than the credit limit. Although, airtel is claiming that this credit limit is valid only for voice and value added services and international roaming is not covered under this but i have never been informed about this and as a lay man i will only understand the meaning of credit limit that i will not be use the services beyond this limit.

                                  I switched from aircel to airtel on 13th, aircel deactivated on 19th, after that i used airtel sim in my mobile, but the network is not activated and it is showing "emergency call only" i have removed the sim and checked many times, also tired manual network search, but it is showing all other network apart from airtel. I call log the issue yesterday morning, but it been 2 days still my number is not activated, everytime when i concact to the airtel person they are saying it will get rectified within 30 mins and it has been more than 48 hours but no result. I am really frustrated and disapppointed chossing airtel. Due o this i lost profitable job from one of my client. And also many personal problem sue to this sim problem as i dont have alternative number as well. Airtel is worst and i dont know to whom i should contact to rectify. Really very bad service.

                                    This is to bring to the so called "fastest network" company's notice that your service is getting from worse to pathetic though you are luring more customers by claiming tof be the best. It has been more than a week now that we in diamond harbour (South 24 parganas, west bengal) are facing network problem but you people give a damn about it. The internet is not working properly. We are paying for 4g but it is worse than 2g speed. Even submitting this complaint took more than half an hour. I think it is time to switch to vodafone which has way better internet speed.

                                        Jo ki airtel sardarpura store me kaam karta he usne meri company ke name se sare connection ko mnp karwayae fir bolo ke me sabhi number ko 100 wala plan dunga jisme
                                        Apko 500 minute local aur 4 gb internet milega aur cug me sab apas me free rahenge aur jab se. Humne airtel join kiya he wo ladka sahi tarike se baat nahi kar raha he aur har baar bola he ke plan chenge karwa diya he fir bhi bill jayda aa raha he usko baar baar phone karne par wo sahi tarike se baat nahi kar raha he aur har baar wevar ka bol ke wapas bill tej aa rah he me isse bahut pareshan ho gaya hu
                                        Meine apni firm ke name se 22 number port karwaye he aur ab me isse bahut pareshan ho gaya hu ya to muje kuch sahi trike se jawab mile plan jo bataya wo mile aur jo amount mera baki aa raha he uske muje riyat mile nahi to mazbooran police cash karna padega
