Dear sir
I had updated my airtel sim yesterday from old to new 4g, after little while i had received one message from airtel that your sim will be activated shortly but, after that i didn't get any message from airtel and my old sim had been deactivated, after that i had checked my new sim in 4g phone, there was showing that it is activated but network was not coming then i had talked with customer care about it and she just said your sim is active but if you want to any other information send message arc pin code to 121 and did that too but, did get any information. Still now i not getting network on my sim and i am helpless to call anyone from my number. Please help me to get network on sim.

          Complaint description:- as per telephonic offer by airtel customer care - i was port my mobile number [protected] idea-airtel on 8th july 2017,
          My service is starting from 19th july 2017, but from starting day there is always network issue and always issue in 4g internet speed. And as per timely discussion with airtel customer care under complaint no. 77930390, 77938529, 77938735, but after 4days thay are not yet solved this issue, and i just talked with customer care they are talking arrogantly and told me your complaint is denied,
          After that i told him please guide me the process of postpaid to prepaid transfer, then he is told you can not process it before generate the bill. You need to go our airtel office to process the postpaid to prepaid.
          At the time of porting and after porting there is huge difference in service and customer care language.

          After 5 days airtel not yet solved my problem, call breaking, voice cracking, 4g speed is just on paper/offer, it is actual less than 2g speed.

          Please solve these issue or refund my 3 months bill amount until i port my number into other network.

          After Showing Advertisement on Television, and at shop, I port my number from Idea to Airtel, but I found there are many problems in Airtel Network when using, From Date of Start I regularly followup with Airtel Care on 12118 but They are always gives me fake commitment and After 40 days of Service I am still facing same problem and they again need 60 days period, When I was launched complaint on 19th July they are not taken seriously and tolerate my request.
          Sir, Please give me Approval of Port My Number to Idea, I am Ready to Pay Remaining 2 Months Payment but I don't want to Use Airtel Service.
          Because after 40 days I really Harassed due to Airtel Service, I have taken 50, 000 Loss in my Business because I can't Call to my Clients on Time.

          Ex.- 1.) When you want to Call Someone you need to try to call him for 30 min. after 30min. call will connect.

          2. if you want to try pay any online payment, using online app like You tube. You need to special time to see 2 min video - in just 30min. or 1 hr. on 4G NETWORK.

          3. After this Harassment, you want to call Customer Care you need to try this call for MORE THAN 100 Times, And After connect to customer Care they are give me Some Affiliate Officer Mr. Sahani's Contact Number, And After 40 days all they are useless.

          Airtel is Always is Providing Fake Commitment, please Ban This Network. and please give me approval to PORT my Number.

            Myself s. Shyamkumar i have bought a airtel dth prepaid connection id[protected]. On subsequent recharges they have charged rs.15 calling it as idle maintenance fee. They claim this charge is idle maintenance fee for customer charge after due date. Though i have paid for the set up box, installation and dish, i am not sure what kind of idle maintenance they are doing on my set up box. These charges are not explained to me before selling me this product. I have my every right to recharge my account whenever i want as this is a prepaid account. Why should i pay maintenance charge without any maintenance work. If this continuous i will change my dth connection. I have checked other dth connection they are not charging any money for late recharges. Airtel stop cheating us always kindly take necessary actions to avoid such a fraudulent action from airtel. Hoping for better solution.

              I bought the rs 399 plan (Unlimited local+std +84gb data for 84 days)
              However money is still being cut from my main account. And i only received 2gb data for 28 days. I called the airtel customer care however they refused to help. They only kept repeating some policies and saying "madam aapko jaankari dena chahta hun". Instead of solving my issue the customer service guy kept telling me about random airtel policies. It has been a very disappointing experience.

              I got 1 call from Airtel yesterday. However your representative said its not her department and she will get the prepaid department to call me. which hasn't happened yet.

                  It is to inform that kiddie club service has been activated on my mobile with out any request and rs.99 has been deducted from my account. On 22nd july, i complained about activation of sports vedio and deduction of 99 rupees and also regarding sctivation of hotchillies and deducting 35 rupees. But it was not corrected. Inspite my efforts no care was taken to rectify the mistake nor to prevent it. It is very disturbing in addition to financial loss. I hope immediately corrective steps could be taken

                      Hi,

                      I have recharged with rs 899 on 23rd june, 2017 with benefits o[censored]nlimited all calls and 2gb data/day for 70 days.

                      Now after one month on 23rd july, 2017 the customer care told me that i have used the weekly quota of 1200 mins and so i can call again from 24th july, 2017.

                      I was not able to call on 24th july, so i called customer care again and this time they told that you have used your monthly quota of 3000 mins and so you will not be able to use free mins.

                      I called again on 25th july since it is more than a month from 23rd june, and this time they were confused and they dont know what to answer. After 3 times calling they told me that i have used all mins of 70 days.

                      Please take a case in name of airtel and refund my rs 899 i paid to them when they cant provide service to me.

                        With various visit to the nearest gallery at borivali my network issue is not solved. This disappointing that you promise to be the best network provider which is not.                           I recharged my this airtel no with rs549 on july 14, 2017 through paytm order no [protected] at 11.10am with wallet txn id [protected]. Although my calls became free but then my main previous balance on the airtel no was 29 which became zero saying that they have deducted the balance because of internet charges. Now for what have i recharged the phone with 549. Airtel is known for these emptying the balance type of activities. Please rectify it and provide me the service i have paid for otherwise repurcations will be legally oriented. Because this is not the first time i have launched the complaint for the same.

                            I bought a duplicate sim for my number [protected] on 22nd july, 2017.
                            I was told that it will be activated after 4 hours but till now it has not been activated.
                            I went to the airtel store, they told that some request is pending from there side and by monday it will be activated. No action has been taken till now. I cant even call the airtel customer care to make a complaint since there are no signals. I have been using this number since last 1 year and now unable to make any calls.
                            Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                              I have registered for airtel secure plan for rs 49/- as monthly renewal plan to secure
                              My phone, if any physical damage happens to my phone unfortunately, then i can climb it, its been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of june
                              I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to my carelessness.

                              May i request you to look into concern as after 10 days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim and after 15 days of picking the device, i have been told that claim is rejected. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

                                I'm using nortel from long time, because of quality in service. But i'm loosing that hope.

                                Last month i got post paid bill around 245/- i paid on time and it is not reflected, i thought it is failed, i again paid, like this i paid five times,. It became more than 1000/- till now. Still no use, problem not solved.

                                They always claim, we are looking into this issue, a standard statement.

                                It. Is all their mistake, but they discontinued my outgoing calls, why should i worried because of their mistake.

                                  I am using mobile phone from 2006 and mobile internet from 2011.
                                  I am a consumer of airtel since 2011.

                                  I have paid thousands of rupees to the company as an internet recharge. From last few months since the launch of jio, there is a steep fall in internet prizes.
                                  But airtel is still looting india.
                                  They did not lowered down the prizes of internet pack.
                                  There are charging 200 rs for a 1 gb pack, where as reliance jio is at 300 rupees for a massive 28gb and free i/c and o/g calls.
                                  I wonder what trai is doing in this matter, where there is a huge difference.

                                  Moreover, if you recharge a pack for 1 day. It will expire at 12.00am no matter when did you recharged it.
                                  I recharged for a 1 gb pack for 49 rs with a validity of one day. I recharged it on around 11.30 pm and it got expired in just 30 mins at 12.00 am. Where there is not mention of it on recharge app for airtel.
                                  How can a pack for 1 day/24 hours expire in 30 mins.

                                  I struggled to get even a 2g speed for a 3g/4g pack.

                                  There is no mention of it.
                                  They are looting india..

                                  Trai should look into this and resolve

                                    I was port my airtel number [protected] postpaid to prepaid on 8-7-2017 but after 12th july I am not get network.my sim was change three times & 4 time they told me convert it prepaid to postpaid I agree that but till now I am getting error not on regiatered network.no one helping me call center & airtel store . My altarnate number [protected]

                                      I have made Payment of rs 32 on 24th July at Airtel Store Genius Marketing located at Powai for Cell no [protected] the person who received payment informed that I will receive confirmation by SMS but I have not received the confirmation.
                                      Kindly resolve this matter

                                        Sir/ madam.
                                        Day before yesterday that is 22nd july 2017 in evening received call from unknown number and transfer 10000.00 to airtel money transaction id othpg[protected] airtelm by debit card from my sbi account sehore branch, he has my atm card number and wants to only cvv no. Still his mobile is working and mobile no. 86779286.

                                        Pl do needful and refund my payment on priority basis
