I hereby having a sim in the no [protected] i have got the duplicate sim from the store in rajajinagar 6th block.

She told it takes 4hours to activate and she took rs 25/- for new sim. I took this sim at 12.00 noon and know the time is 5.00pm still it is not activated the service is very poor.

Kindly look into the matter orelse i have to migrate to another company,

    I recharged my phone number [protected] on 24th july 2017 of 51/- for 1gb data 1 day validity. As i tried to use it on my laptop, airtel has been constantly redirecting me to oneairtel.in i faced this issue earlier also during one of my previous recharges. I even called their customer care but they didn't cooperate on it. This is a clear violation of net neutrality. Also it causes unnecessary trouble to their customers. I want airtel to refund my recharge amount of both time and pay compensation for unnecessary inconvenience caused of rs5000/-.

      I have requested for port in airtel. They have offered me 399 rupees plan for 70 days. So i have rejected my port and have recharged my mobile number for 399 rupees which is 70 days validity. This offer gives unlimited calls and 1gb data per day for 70 days. But after 28 days i am getting charged for my calls and data. I am not getting proper response.

Still i am receiving various calls and messages regarding my due amount. I have contacted airtel's customer care multiple times and filed a complaint as well. I am unable to use my mobile data from 17 th july and right very much unsstisfies with your services.
        I have attached the bank transaction summary and airtel's payment confirmation screenshot with this mail.

            Deactivate simcard no [protected]. It was lost. The simcard belongs to airtel. I was travelling on bus from bellary to guntakal. After reaching to home in guntakal it was found missing. It was lost in bus. The phone also missed along with simcards. Now i purchased new phone and bsnl sim card. Try to block the old airtel sim card no [protected], so that others don't misuse the number. Try to complete the work as early as possible.

              My airtel digital tv id is - [protected]. I have reharger my account with rupees 285/- on 9th july. Now i am getting message that my next recharge date is 24/7/2017 (Today). I havent requested for any up gradation in my existing pack.in fact, i told the airtel person that i want to continue with 285 rupees of pack when i got call from airtel person before recharging my account. Today i called on 198, had words with your executives. She was keep saying that i requested for hd channels so that is the reason i m not getting 30 days of validity. I told her to transfer the cal to the senior. She said the lines are busy so i will get a call from senior in 2 hrs. Nobody called me till now. Is this your customer service?? Ye jo tv me ads dikha rhe ho na, bohot achha banne ki koshish kr rhe ho. Its all waste because of your
              Bakwas bekaar customer service.
              I took hd setup box because i m planning to buy hd tv in future. Tell me one thing, right now i dont use hd tv in my house so why would i request to you guys for hd channels??
              Does it make any sense??? I want validity of 30 days which i deserve. Dont cheat your customers please. I want a call from you guys asap in 2 hrs. I can go to the consumer court if you wont sort it out. Its all your mistake. So sort it.

                I am your customer mob no [protected].
                I have taken family plan, at the time of billing your system or your execitives are charging me cug charges in my child no. I dont know why as this is happening from last 7 months and for rectifying that i have to call twice a month.
                I have complained on 10 july 2017 sr 77623419 but it is closed now mentioning that charges are valid.
                My family plan is of 399 and i have not exceded my calling and data limits so why should i have to pay rs1470.
                Kindly rectify my complaint now and for future also.

                  This is to inform you that i have an airtel postpaid customer. I am paying 799+gst tax but i am unable to use my data and calling facilty from airtel network. I have already looged complain regarding this two time but problem is still pending. Many peoples are suffring from this compant take full amount with tax but when there is no network no anybody think for his whole amount which is already paid.

                  after logging complain on 21 July problem is still pending there is no any progress done on network .After talking executive they have only one word after 48 hrs your problem will resolve but no they only wasting my time. i will never deposit the full amount . Airtel Department give me concession on my bill as i am not able to use network.

                    I had enquired for a broadband connection in delhi. Airtel doesn't serve in the area where i required the connection. However, the call center has been calling me every half an hour to take the connection. The calls are coming from faridabad area with code no 0129.

                    I have told them each time that please remove my number from your list as i am not interested in availing your services. They call me at least 25 times in a day. Every half an hour the phone rings. It is not professional at all.

                    Even after raising this issue, I am still getting calls from Airtel broadband BPO. Can you guys please please please remove my number from your list???? My current experience is moving me away from all possible future Airtel association.
                    Internet is not at all working in Garudacharpalya. If we try to browse something, its keep loading for very long time. Seriously Airtel network is worst now a days compare to other networks!

                        I ha taken a new dth connection online on 3th june this year
                        I waited for so many days. No one called me for installation. Then again i called multiple times to their customer care. No on e helped. Finally i raised a request for cancellation. Then someone called and said they will install, i said them to proceed with cancellation as it was already 9 days after i bought it and no one came for installation.

                        They accepted it and promised me that they will give a refund in 7 working days. It has been 23 days now, i have been calling them 3 to 4 times on a daily basis to get my money back. No luck.
                        Such pathetic service they have.

                            Airtel prepaid service providers are the liers and looters of first order. Sends fake messages to take user's money and don't provide the service. They sent me message to recharge with rs. 349 which will give me 28 gb 3g/4g data which i didn't get eventually and now says that the benefit is only for 4g sim-cards. My money is gone.
                            They are just using this trick to convert users from 3g to 4g.
                            Please help me to get my money back.

                              After making calls, the flash msg of offers showed 648 pack with unlimited free calls and 1.5gb/day for 70 days.
                              After 28 days the offer got changed to 28 days and they started charging for the services.
                              When called the customer support, they are asking for sms which showed 70 day validity, which will not be present because offer was sent on flash msg which gets deleted upon reading.
                              It's a scam to show an offer on flash msgs and not provide those benefits.

                                  I have registered for airtel protection plan in june-2017.

                                  Case #1: few days later, while going for a mooring walk, due to the smoothness of the mobile - i have lost the control of the mobile and it dropped from the hand; which is resulted in small screen damage. I have applied for a claim and the claim got rejected saying "its due to improper handling and not an accidental damage"

                                  Thought o[censored]sing phone with same condition as it was in work condition and i renewed my airtel protection plan again for july-2017, which is valid till 01-aug-2017.

                                  Case #2: while walking down the floor, my legs stuck each-other and toppled down the stairs, which resulted in mobile popped out from the pocket and hit the stairs. Which led to more damage to screen and reduced response from the touch screen. I have applied for the claim on 22-jul-2017 (Got an email saying claim has been submitted), but a day later (23-jul-17) received an email from airtel saying - your request has been closed with no justification.

                                  On 24-jul-17 morning i have called to 121 (Customer care) and the executive informed like the airtel protection plan is no longer applicable for prepaid and hence the claim is not considered. And he mentioned he can fund the amount of 78 inr paid for the plan for july-2017.

                                  This is cheating the people with miss-leading adds and accepting the money when we register. Later if we try to claim the damage, then with a response the plan is no-longer applicable, we will refund. Suppose if i haven't claimed for july-2017, then there is no information reading the airtel protection plan changes and the money i have is waste and airtel cheated the common people.

                                  At the end i struggled to get the register a complaint for further investigation and the number is cascp[protected]. And the supervisor assured a call back in 24hrs.
                                  The attached is the screenshot taken from airtel web-site, it indicates the plan is still applicable on my phone and can claim now. But if claim, then they will close the claim.

                                  Could you please help me and other people by taking the necessary action on this.

                                    I took up an airtel broadband connection in jan 2017. The airtel rep who approached us collected 6900 ruppees in the form of a cheque for the first 3 months. This amount was debited from our bank account but airtel claimed to have no record of this payment and continued to charge us monthly. They wanted proof of debit from the bank in the form of a debit certificate. I have got this and submitted this to airtel as well.

                                    Now it's july 24th 2017. I still haven't got back my money. Airtel's strategy is to raise a complaint number and promise to resolve it in 72 hours. When that period expires, i'll get a mail from another employee saying it will be resolved in 72 hours. This has been going on for months. Airtel is aware that we have our lives and jobs to live and we won't have enough time or resources to go behind them.

                                    And this is happening at the highest level of consumer escalation with airtel with their so called 'appellate' (Email : appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com).

                                    Here are the reference numbers they have opened and re-opened for the same issue over the months with no resolution:
