I have ported my sim on 15/07/2017. Still have not activated my Airtel sim. My old sim deactivated on 18/07/2017. But Airtel sim still not activated. I asked in Airtel office which I have ported my prepaid sim, they have replied irresponsibilly.

      As my initial balance was well enough to make calls throughout the month. Then also they asked me to take up the talktime loan. Which i hurriedly took up but later realised i was not needing loan. Now that they had deducted their charges and taxes etc. And now not refunding the money. And also refusing their mistake to ask for loan when not in need. So kindly take action and seek through the matter for their immature behaviour.

        I using this airtel network from 2010. Radomly 7 years used. Now i am not satify from the network. Because of your worst customer service and your not fullfill our customer satisfaction. Wrong offer messages. I got message from aitel regarding for 348rs its show unlimited local call +std airtel to aitel. Local calls. It means ulimited local call for all network. But till now he said airtel to airtel. I call to customer care for change plane but he will not responding

        Sir I v Harish I'm customer of Airtel but in present days I'm attracted to go other net works I'm trying to send massage to receive my porting code but the msg was not sent from 3 days and customer service was not respond to solve the problem pls help me

        I have contacted airtel store and customer care also, but my problem has not been solved since 50 days.

          I am the valuable customer of airtel. Yesterday i recharged my airtel number of my airtel app, 156 which get 2 gb net pack, money is deducted to my account but recharge has not done. Second time i recharged the same amount on that day recharge has done. So sir please return my

          My Airtel number [protected] is unable to be recharged either by Paytm or by the Airtel App. It says, Airtel has denied the service. Even Customer Care Executives are unable to help me.
          Airtel is giving off my call history details to others without my knowledge. My privacy is not safe with Airtel. Am going to approach Consumer court if Airtel does'nt take serious action on the staff who is taking my call details.
          Airtel has the [censored]iest customer service. You can't get around the [censored]load of menu they have to directly talk to a representative. I waited for an hour, while going in between the menus for an hour just to get a small problem resolved. They have no direct communication line to talk to customer service center representative.

          My airtel no : [protected]. On 25/08/17
          I have recharged for Rs.75. But the amount is not credited, later came to know through customer care executive that the amount was deducted for bollywood scoop service. I really don't know what the hell "Bollywood scoop" is all about. I told to deactivate it and it has been done immediately. Now the point is why this unfair practice of deducting amount is going by airtel which is one of the reputed service provider. How I get back my recharged amount Rs.75/- that has been deducted by unfair practice.

            I think the appellate, nodal office and customer care office declared
            Leave from 21.7.17 to 26.7.17.

            Also, i think, mr. Andrew, ([protected]), tamilnadu, thanjavur airtel nallaiyah complex
            Office also went on leave for the past couple of days.

            Or you all worked without taking this issue in your workload?
            Anyhow you are getting food, shelter and cloth for the said days.

            Following days are leave or working days for thanjavur airtel,

              I reside in gurgaon.
              Airtel broad band service providers have cheated me twice.
              Both times xheque and documents were collected, but no connection was provided, this happened in june and july.

              The second time the agent was asking for debit/credit card details on phone, it is very suspicious.

              they collected documents and cheques for new Broadband connection, but no connection was provided.

                    Airtel dongle [protected] was closed on jan'2017 by airtel customer care for poor network issues, but even after closing the connection, ebills getting auto generated, why?

                    From last 2015, the starting day of shifting to my new residence, there was always airtel dongle network issues in 3g internet speed. I was facing lots of problem about network and data speed issues, the downloading speed was at times too slow under 10kbps using chrome. I felt my location was not in india thats the reason do not get signals. I went to airtel store, they told that some request was pending from there side and by two days it will be done. But no action has been taken, i informed many times but no body was serious about it. I have raised airtel customer care complaints regarding network issues but the system just closed the requests without sincerely doing anything. I don't know what was happening, they always reply me same that we are sorry! You are getting slow internet connection speed as we are in construction of 4g to improve speeds but continued to charge full monthly bills plus taxes for no internet services.

                    Really frustrated and irritated by airtel customer care. They always claimed, we are looking into this issue, a standard statement. Several attempts at contacting customer care have not yielded any satisfactory response. Sends fake messages to take customer's money and don't provide the committed services. I have paid thousands of rupees to airtel company as an internet subscriber. No value for customers money as internet services are interrupted so my official work has suffered badly. It has been a very disappointing experience.

                    Also, since the launch of jio, there was a steep fall in internet prices, but airtel still looting india. They did not lowered down the prices of internet packs. I wonder what trai is doing in this matter, of huge differences.

                    As such, i lost that quality in service hope, really fedup, on no services bills paying and thus wanted to discontinue connection. Instead of realising my issue, when asked for disconnection the airtel customer care service guy kept telling me about airtel random policies to pay outstanding bills again, before disconnections, to be refunded with security deposits later. So again i paid the bills for the days i had used or unused in the billing cycles till jan'2017 month.

                    I was using airtel dongle [protected] from long time, because of airtel's aclaimed quality in service. Airtel claimed that it's data network is the best of all network company, trying to fool us, tv ads of this company are fake, stop cheating the customers thru false advertisements that airtel network works even at hill stations, giving poor network in pincode 781018, 781025 etc. I'm clear that airtel runs fake promises as usual. Customers do not get any network signal properly, have to run to locations to catch signals, if we stay inside the home we never know when we will get the signals. Pathetic service. No sense of commitments.

                    Airtel's strategy is to raise a complaint number and promise to resolve it in 72 hours. When that period expires, another employee says it will be resolved in 72 hours. This has been going on for months. Airtel was aware that we have our lives and jobs to live in and we won't have enough time or resources to go behind them. Its unfortunate with cut throat competition you are going to loose the race like others, if your network and customer care does not improve, airtel will be buried alive for sure.

                    It is on record earlier that, airtel agents took documents and cheques had disappeared, can't be reached on mobile. Most of the airtel agents are frauds and cheaters, airtel does not seem to be worried about the competition killing them, the service is atrocious too.

                    If airtel can't provide proper network, then why i had to pay the postpaid amount. I was totally fedup, and than as per discussion with airtel customer care, on paid record of full payment, the airtel dongle [protected] was closed on jan'2017, disconnected my airtel dongle connection by airtel customer care for poor speed. It was very disturbing in addition to financial loss.

                    After closing the connection upon destroying the sim, i received a call from an airtel lady offerring me a free look, free rental period of 15 days, asking me to re-think on reconnection of old number, also suggessted to convert to prepaid number. I had clearly conveyed that i had disconnected the connection as i have busy schedules everyday.

                    # but even after closing the connection, getting ebills for consecutive months and airtel customer care are giving repeated calls every day, why? They call again and again for reconnection. Shamelessly asking for money even after disconnections. I'm deeply regretted to say that now airtel has lost its credibility and has started to cheat and beg its customers as well. What is there with airtel? Is this really a competitive environment? Airtel service providers are the liers and looters of first order. I wonder how many more customers of this country are being looted by them. This was no wonder or surprise that airtel services is worst and poorest in the country.

                    # now that, airtel offers/advertisements which are coming to my alternate mobile very frequently are annoying and disturbing. Don't send any more offers to my mobile. I am not at all interested. If it's continuing i have to file compaints to trai or a police fir if necessary.

                    # now it's july'2017 ending but airtel did not refund anything. I still haven't got my money back, return me my security deposits & no service billed subscription amounts. I want airtel to refund my amounts and pay compensation for unnecessary inconvenience caused.

                    Do something quickly regarding this, because it's leaving a wrong image of airtel company. Customers problems should be solved quickly so that customers can take advantage of sevices provided. I had called several times to customer care later but no one than picked the call, so please solve this quickly. I expect a quick solution to the problem with further knowledges.

                    Kindly write me how you can help me in getting my money back claims and compensations. I also feel that your staff would be more customer friendly. If you are not able to resolve the issue kindly take out your system, we don't need your services.

                      I have done my port from vodafone to airtel on 15th july'17. Since then i am unable to receive any incoming calls and send / receive any sms. But i am getting network coverage on my sim and i can make outgoing calls. Due to this i am unable to receive my client calls and cannot do my banking services where my mobile number is registered and this is impacting my work / business and causing financial loss.
                      I tried contacting the appellate authority 3-4 times and they said that the issue will be resolved in 1-2 days. But the deadlines crossed all the times and i didn't get any resolution and i wonder why airtel is unable to resolve this issue even after 12 days.
                      Now i am really frustrated and need an immediate resolution to my issue. I would request your prior intervention

                        My company had sent me to london - uk for office work for an year, during which i had not used my airtel number - 7259$#@. I was using a local sim card as that was quite cheaper. My airtel number was having network as i used to use a dual sim mobile phone. When i came back to india i have find that my number has got disconnected. I visited the neatest airtel store to find out that my number had been disconnected as i had not used it for more than 60 days. The problem now is that i had given this number to all my clients, office circle, aadhar card, bank, paytm etc. As the number is disconnected i am unable to receive otps or make transactions. Also unable to update aadhar card. I had not received any intimation from airtel that my number will be disconnected if i don't use it. I am now finding it very difficult to manage without that number. I have already submitted my documents twice to get that number activated. I was told by agents that the sim still get activated to postpaid and will have my daane previous number. But i am still waiting. I am willing to pay any fine. But i need the number back at any cost. I am unable to communicate with my clients because of this. Please help.

                          I recharged my airtel number with the 399 pack on the 23rd of July but all I could use was 1GB for two days instead of 1GB/day for 84 days and unlimited calls. Is this a fraud Offer or does it really work? Rs 399 is a great deal of money for a lot of people including me and I hope you will live up to your name. I am very disappointed and disheartened by this.

                                I am extremely disappointed by the service provided by customer care after confirming that a service engineer would attend my place between 10-12 then delaying it to 5 pm and still not turning up. At 5:40 i was told he will attend by 8 pm then at 7:50 pm was called and told that i could not be reached. All the time i was trying to reach the service engineer who had contacted me and confirmed he would visit at 4:30 pm. On calling customer service at around 8pm i was told that the service engineer could bont attend today and would attend tomorrow, when asked to confirm time of attendance was told cannot confirm after a 37 minute call and speaking to the supervisor i was told he would attend at 5pm tomorrow, on asking for a guarantee, was told can only give an assurance, no guarantee. On reminding him that today's assurances failed, was told he cannot do anything more to resolve the matter.

                                  This is regarding my issue no 63348906.

                                  I had raised a request on friday (21 july 2017) for relocation of my dth from kanjurmarg west to mulund east and requested the executive to arrange the transfer for saturday (22 july 2017). On friday night (9.14 pm) i recieve a message from airtel that my request would be attended by engineer nilesh (Holding mobile number [protected]), however later on saturday afternoon when i finally get through him he tells me that i'm not the going to come someone else might call you. Later at 7 pm i recieve a call from nityaprakash mishra (Name as per truecaller app holding mobile number [protected]) stating that i'll be coming in some time. However after several follow up he told me it is late and he would like to come 11 in the morning. Then finally when i called him at 11.30am he tells some third person will reach your place by 12.30pm. Again i had call up at 1 to check and then he is not responding. When i call the customer care executive (Anuradha) for complaint, she didn't transfer my call to any senior and assured me that within 4 hours they will call me and gave a a token number 63438769. Trust me it 8.47pm and no call from them as well. Then your earlier engineer asked me to speak to some third engineer and when i tried calling the third engineer he also did not respond. Basically my two days are wasted only on following with airtel for services which i pay for.

                                  This is completely misguiding your customers and taking them for a ride. Kindly let me know how am i going keep that trust on airtel.

                                  Trust since 21 july no one has come and i haven't got any assurance from anyone. On 24 july people kept calling me and assuring me that they will come however it was all lie and my antenna.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is regarding the issue where outstanding amount is still pending on my closed broadband connectivity even after paying the amount.

                                    I got a call from airtel customer care on saturday july 22nd around 12:23 pm from number [protected] and told me that if i pay my outstanding amount of rs 1768.33 on the same day then i'll have to pay only rs 1414 as there is a waiver of 20% applicable on the outstanding amount.

                                    So i paid the amount rs 1414 in an airtel outlet nearby to my location, the representative who accepted the amount said that it's a newly established outlet and we are only accepting the cash for now and we'll not give hard copy of receipts because once paid i'll be getting an sms to my registered mobile number which will have a link to see/download the receipt online.

                                    So as per their instructions i paid in cash and i did receive an sms and i was able to see the receipt online but wasn't able to download, so i saved it as pdf file.

                                    On july 24th when i called 121 to check whether the amount is paid correctly, the representative informed that the paid amount is not reflecting and asked me to send the receipt details to [protected]@in. Airtel.com. I've sent the screeshot of sms and receipt on the same day around 10:03 pm. I've still not got any response.

                                    My landline number associated with my broadband connection is [protected], which i believe is more than sufficient for the company to verify the details, i can't attach sms screenshot and receipt because it contains my personal details, but they have been sent to airtel customer care email id.

                                    I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. It's very frustrating to hear from a company saying that they have not received the payment when the same company outlet has accepted the amount and issued an online receipt.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I had take revise post paid sim card (Shree communication hadapsar)

                                      Dated of 22 july 17 this team told me after 4hrs u r card should be active this
                                      Perosn taken 25 rs new card charges. And two time visit this office but not received and 5 or 6 time cal him also but not received any positive reply.
                                      Till dated this card no activation from office.

                                      While i paid delay my bill this company charge to extra 100/- no issue but this company not given proper services

                                      I hope you have taken prior basis my com lent

                                        I had taken a sim from airtel shop (Micro sim) on 22nd july17 at 4 pm as i have lost my mobile. My number is [protected]. Till date the number is not activated and and i have called to your customer service many a time.
                                        This is a horrible service in your part. Please let me know how long your will take to activate this number.
                                        I am facing a problem as no one is being able to contact me and neither i am in position to call.
