My sim card is of karnataka and i am currently residing in lucknow. I want to change my home circle to up east and link my aadhar card to my airtel number as government made it mandatory.
But the airtel store near me (I. E. 30a, mausam bag, sitapur road) is not helping with either of it. The employees there hardly address any issue and just keep telling the customers to come next day.

This is so foolish that i am following up with airtel store and customer care from last 10-15 days about the issue which is happening in my phone that is no incoming calls and landing in phone, no help from anyone.. Seriously???
/if you all want the customer to change the sim than please say the same.

Am so irritated by airtel telecom company i didn't know about there systems. Am no longer stay with us. Without any info 57 rupees deduction from my airtel main balance why..?? Tell me with detail plz finally i back to back call in airtel customer service provider but they are not satisfy me. So finally i will leave this company. So many complaints against airtel but they are not resolve any complaints. I am very confused with this system...

By mistake did a wrong recharge of 303 on my mobile no. [protected] from my airtel app instead of 349. Please either convert the recharge from 303 to 349 and deduct rest amount from balance or refund the 303 to my wallet in my airtel app so that I can recharge 349. Recently 20 days back I took the Airtel hotspot with corporate offer. I paid the money for the device and they handover the device.

I am port in my number ([protected]) to airtel, due to network issue, but now i am facing more than my previous service provides.

- my singles are keep fluctuating.
- 4g support not proper.
- internet speed is not good (Even though if, i am using very less data).
- unable to connect customer care.
- it’s really pain in emergency case.

Please resolve this issue asap....

Airtel is cheater.
Be ready to go to court by july july 21st if you do not give me promised coonnection speed.
In my connection instead of 16 mbps i am getting 1/2 mbps only.
Moreover every 5-6 days connection stops working completely.

I raised compaint 15 times in last 1 month.
And your customer care agent is just fooling me. Now it is enough.

I went to submit my aadhaar card no but the person (From gita communication - p-4a, cit road kol -&00014) who was taking the no said that my father's name in my voters id is daniel sampson and in my aadhaar card my father's name is edward daniel sampson so it cannot be done. He suggested to take a new sim why? My voters id was done 25 years back and if they (The voters id department gave only daniel sampson instead of edward daniel sampson)...

Someone has called me and told he is calling from sbi bank and asked me for details of debit card after giving details he misused my account and transferred money from my account through airtelmoney please refund back my money to my account. Details are below

I have made a recharge for international roaming of 3999 in my prepaid airtel number, but airtek failed to provide the service. Airtel secure is a cheating company.
1) i have been fighting with airtel from last 32 days for my airtel secure insurance.
2) everything was fine, now after taking my handset they are denying that it is mishandeling.
3) in the adv in tv they show that airtel handset falls then also they would repair.

Airtel has stopped outgoing calls and messages of my two no. [protected] and [protected]. These nos are prepaid and maintained sufficient balances. Even visited its stores and they also raised complaint but no action
Now they are giving excuses from last one week. Really frustrated with its serveices as all calls and banking transactions are stopped because of this, who will pay for this please take strict action....

Airtel 4g is fake. They fake the advertisement as show in tv. I had paid for the pack which i cnt properly use due to poor network connect. It's very fluctuating and cross connect with call become common. I had complaint in there web site but no use still same...

While recharging on paytm, i entered the wrong number and recharged 500. On querying paytm, it said to contact operator with the operator reference number (Transaction id mentioned below).
