I recharged my phone number [protected] on 24th july 2017 of 51/- for 1gb data 1 day validity. As i tried to use it on my laptop, airtel has been constantly redirecting me to oneairtel.in i faced this issue earlier also during one of my previous recharges. I even called their customer care but they didn't cooperate on it. This is a clear violation of net neutrality. Also it causes unnecessary trouble to their customers. I want airtel to refund my recharge amount of both time and pay compensation for unnecessary inconvenience caused of rs5000/-.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
