Dear airtel,
My name is neeraj gangwal. I have taken an airtel broadband plan and landline connection of rupees aroung 850/month.in this plan my internet speed is 8 mbps for 130 gb and after that speed will be 512 kbps. But after 30 gb the speed is reduced at 512 kbps.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

False airtel promisses about 4g speeds. You have false advertising that even in hill stations we will get 4g no buffering speeds. Bull # airtel, even in hyderabad-abids area in ace institution in suryalok complex we are getting a sensational highest speed of 0.42 mbps which is possible only in airtel that to in 4g wow so great of you people. Mistake was mine shifting from jio to airtel where jio gave me 6-12 mbps speeds. Its very bad airtel....

For more than 1 month customer care has been providing me false and incorrect information realted to my mnp issue. I have raised my concern many timea but no one has responded. My postpaid number [protected] is inactive for more than 1 month for airtel's mistake.
Please arrange callback on [protected] urgently.
Only option left is legal option

No network coverage in my residential locality since 5 months. And at other places network quality is poor. Even after raising multiple complaints on the network issue, i didn't get any resolution to it and my complaint got closed without intimating to me.

Even call diverts are not getting activated on airtel network, which i feel as a forceful event to make the customer suffer. For activating the call diverts i approached...

I have airtel sim no [protected] postpaid no from lucknow.
I have noticed that airtel has activated game buzz services repeatedly on my phone and charging excess bills. This is despite cancelling the request, moment i recieved activation message.
I never opted or requested any of such service?
Airtel service trees are not helping in this matter and advising to send sms to stop the service.
Request airtel to reverse...

My issue is still not resolved and its high time now. Before the issue was that i got the sim from your office and left that back in india and after some time i came to know that same no. Was issued to another user and that is not understandable at all that how it is possible.

Later new sim was issued according to your email and it was handed...

This airtel is only for net work but not for internet or data purpose, but gio is for both purpose network and for lovable data too also
Day to day the people are going for port from airtel - to - gio but still airtel is not decreasing its data packs rates.
Why this much cost for 3g data even their is no any good name of airtel in the market right know
Just decrease the rates costs of data packs then i hope u may be...

I had a post-paid account with airtel. Now i want to block my number because i had lost my mobile along with the sim card today (I. E.,[protected] at 7.30 pm. My post-paid number is [protected]. So, i would request you to kindly block my number (I. E., [protected]) as early as possible. Otherwise somebody may misuse it. Hope you will do the needful and oblige.

There after i have not opted for itemised bill (Local bills). So i was not collected rs.50. Till this date. But for this bill i was forced to remit rs.50...

I have changed from postpaid to prepaid on 15/7/17 and recharged for 60 rs, my prepaid sim got activated but i didn't get any balance. Now i'm not able recharge. I have visited airtel service centre in asian business centre gulbarga, their response was very bad, mr saiprasad and mr amrut were not helpful and just ignored. This service centre in gulbarga (Karnataka state) is the worst centre staffs not doing their work properly. I want responsible...

NO SERVICE is written on my mobile number.
After my regular mail on the Airtel office
but not given the proper reply....

The mobile has been recharged for talk time at various timees as per the transaction history below.
16.07.2017 - rs. 94.00 - ordr no [protected]

The above transactions were done by airtel application but didnt reflect for the mobile number....

On the 4th of july 2017, i had tried to recharge the phone no [protected] twice for an amount of rupees 252 (Total of rupees 504/-) for prepaid internet, mumbai.
However both times the times the transaction failed.
Both the times the amount was deducted from my account.
I have still not received the refund of the amount.
We request you to please look into the same and arrange for the refund...

I did mobile number portability (Mnp) of my mobile no.-[protected] from vodafone to airtel on the date[protected]. Vodafone released my no. On the date[protected], but till the date airtel network as been not displayed on -[protected]. Mnp details is as follows :-

This is to reques you to please take action against team of airtel handling land line in delhi 110006 area... Chandni chowck... My number is[protected].. Since this number alloted to my adress.. Shop number 371.. Old lajpatrai market... Every 2 days i have to make complaint fr this... I complaint directly to area manager mr rana... But no solution... As line man comes to my shop asking for probleme nd move back... Its being 2 years i am...

I got a msg that i have been charged rs99 for international roaming, i didnt even opted for any such service. I want my amount deducted from mobile to be refunded and explanation for the amount deduction. If i was charged since i am oman eventhough i dont use the number. I use this number [protected] from more than 8 yrs. I am using this number in oman for 4 yrs i was charged before. If its something new scheme i would like to know more details...
