My name is neeraj gangwal. I have taken an airtel broadband plan and landline connection of rupees aroung 850/month.in this plan my internet speed is 8 mbps for 130 gb and after that speed will be 512 kbps. But after 30 gb the speed is reduced at 512 kbps.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

False airtel promisses about 4g speeds. You have false advertising that even in hill stations we will get 4g no buffering speeds. Bull # airtel, even in hyderabad-abids area in ace institution in suryalok complex we are getting a sensational highest speed of 0.42 mbps which is possible only in airtel that to in 4g wow so great of you people. Mistake was mine shifting from jio to airtel where jio gave me 6-12 mbps speeds. Its very bad airtel....

No network coverage in my residential locality since 5 months. And at other places network quality is poor. Even after raising multiple complaints on the network issue, i didn't get any resolution to it and my complaint got closed without intimating to me.

I have noticed that airtel has activated game buzz services repeatedly on my phone and charging excess bills. This is despite cancelling the request, moment i recieved activation message.
I never opted or requested any of such service?
Airtel service trees are not helping in this matter and advising to send sms to stop the service.
Request airtel to reverse...

Day to day the people are going for port from airtel - to - gio but still airtel is not decreasing its data packs rates.

prepaid internet recharge failed

On the 4th of july 2017, i had tried to recharge the phone no [protected] twice for an amount of rupees 252 (Total of rupees 504/-) for prepaid internet, mumbai.
However both times the times the transaction failed.
Both the times the amount was deducted from my account.
I have still not received the refund of the amount.
We request you to please look into the same and arrange for the refund...
