I am facing frequent issue with my airtel network. Calls gets disconnected very frequently. I am facing this issue very often. There is a huge network fluctuation. I have tried calling there customer care often but it never get me through any representative.
It is hampering my work a lot as many important call are getting disconnected in the middle.
I have to be in my balcony to make/receive the call

    I am extremely disappointed by the service provided by customer care after confirming that a service engineer would attend my place between 10-12 then delaying it to 5 pm and still not turning up. At 5:40 i was told he will attend by 8 pm then at 7:50 pm was called and told that i could not be reached. All the time i was trying to reach the service engineer who had contacted me and confirmed he would visit at 4:30 pm. On calling customer service at around 8pm i was told that the service engineer could bont attend today and would attend tomorrow, when asked to confirm time of attendance was told cannot confirm after a 37 minute call and speaking to the supervisor i was told he would attend at 5pm tomorrow, on asking for a guarantee, was told can only give an assurance, no guarantee. On reminding him that today's assurances failed, was told he cannot do anything more to resolve the matter.

      Dear concern

      This is regarding my issue no 63348906.

      I had raised a request on friday (21 july 2017) for relocation of my dth from kanjurmarg west to mulund east and requested the executive to arrange the transfer for saturday (22 july 2017). On friday night (9.14 pm) i recieve a message from airtel that my request would be attended by engineer nilesh (Holding mobile number [protected]), however later on saturday afternoon when i finally get through him he tells me that i'm not the going to come someone else might call you. Later at 7 pm i recieve a call from nityaprakash mishra (Name as per truecaller app holding mobile number [protected]) stating that i'll be coming in some time. However after several follow up he told me it is late and he would like to come 11 in the morning. Then finally when i called him at 11.30am he tells some third person will reach your place by 12.30pm. Again i had call up at 1 to check and then he is not responding. When i call the customer care executive (Anuradha) for complaint, she didn't transfer my call to any senior and assured me that within 4 hours they will call me and gave a a token number 63438769. Trust me it 8.47pm and no call from them as well. Then your earlier engineer asked me to speak to some third engineer and when i tried calling the third engineer he also did not respond. Basically my two days are wasted only on following with airtel for services which i pay for.

      This is completely misguiding your customers and taking them for a ride. Kindly let me know how am i going keep that trust on airtel.

      Trust since 21 july no one has come and i haven't got any assurance from anyone. On 24 july people kept calling me and assuring me that they will come however it was all lie and my antenna.

        Hi,

        This is regarding the issue where outstanding amount is still pending on my closed broadband connectivity even after paying the amount.

        I got a call from airtel customer care on saturday july 22nd around 12:23 pm from number [protected] and told me that if i pay my outstanding amount of rs 1768.33 on the same day then i'll have to pay only rs 1414 as there is a waiver of 20% applicable on the outstanding amount.

        So i paid the amount rs 1414 in an airtel outlet nearby to my location, the representative who accepted the amount said that it's a newly established outlet and we are only accepting the cash for now and we'll not give hard copy of receipts because once paid i'll be getting an sms to my registered mobile number which will have a link to see/download the receipt online.

        So as per their instructions i paid in cash and i did receive an sms and i was able to see the receipt online but wasn't able to download, so i saved it as pdf file.

        On july 24th when i called 121 to check whether the amount is paid correctly, the representative informed that the paid amount is not reflecting and asked me to send the receipt details to [protected]@in. Airtel.com. I've sent the screeshot of sms and receipt on the same day around 10:03 pm. I've still not got any response.

        My landline number associated with my broadband connection is [protected], which i believe is more than sufficient for the company to verify the details, i can't attach sms screenshot and receipt because it contains my personal details, but they have been sent to airtel customer care email id.

        I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. It's very frustrating to hear from a company saying that they have not received the payment when the same company outlet has accepted the amount and issued an online receipt.

        Still the problem is not resolved. When I called the customer care they said there is still Rs 328.33 balance. They also said there is nothing they can do from their end and asked me to wait for the response from airtel in this forum.

        I don't have alternate contact number.

        Also it seems like a excuse to say I am not answering my phone when you people are trying to get more information from me to address the issue. Honestly I have not received any calls from airtel regarding this issue.

          Dear team,

          I had take revise post paid sim card (Shree communication hadapsar)

          Dated of 22 july 17 this team told me after 4hrs u r card should be active this
          Perosn taken 25 rs new card charges. And two time visit this office but not received and 5 or 6 time cal him also but not received any positive reply.
          Till dated this card no activation from office.

          While i paid delay my bill this company charge to extra 100/- no issue but this company not given proper services

          I hope you have taken prior basis my com lent

            I had taken a sim from airtel shop (Micro sim) on 22nd july17 at 4 pm as i have lost my mobile. My number is [protected]. Till date the number is not activated and and i have called to your customer service many a time.
            This is a horrible service in your part. Please let me know how long your will take to activate this number.
            I am facing a problem as no one is being able to contact me and neither i am in position to call.

              cannot reach customer care executive with valid ivr options

              Whenever i call on 121 on their customer care number, there are many options from 1 to 9, and they ask to select an option but whenever i select option 9 to speak to their executive, it says "oops it's an incorrect option"
              There is no way to contact customer care executive as they are cheating with their customer.
              This is worst service, as a customer i have no way to solve my problem....

              I want to draw your concern toward my problem that due to connection problem i have payed for my bill of an amount rs 3, 144 of a landline/broadband connection of airtel twice. The transaction was done thru the airtel app by my account, the details can be seen in the images.

                I had disconnected my airtel fixed line connection in may 2017 due to poor speed in my new residence location. Also i had paid the bill for the days i had used in my billing cycle for that month. But even after closing the connection, i am getting bills for two consecutive months (June & july) and airtel customer care people are giving repeated calls every day asking me to pay the bill amount. I had clearly conveyed them that i had disconnected the connection but still they are asking to pay the bill every day. I had raised a complaint to their customer care mail id but no response.

                Really frustrated and irritated by airtel customer care. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it. My disconnected fixed line number is[protected]

                  I recharge my airtel no on 2 july with their 399 plan, in this plan they offer 70 days free calling and 1 gb data per day. But on 20 july my internet stop working working. I called many time but they give me new setting. On 22 july when i called customer care they told me that you have recharge with third party (Paytm) becoz of that they will not provide me full benefits. I told them that this thing is not mention anywhere. But they dnt refund any thing. Fake airtel company and fake plans. I am so frustrated... I compain many time on there site but it always show the error in that site is not working...

                    Infinite solutions have taken my number from shine.com and now they are not reply and if they are picking then they are shouting on me and threatening me and saying that they wouldn't give me a refund.
                    They have called me from number +[protected].
                    They are now saying to give me a refund after 3 months and even saying wouldn't give a a refund if i keep calling.
                    Kindly loook though this matter. Because i need my money back.

                      I purchased new sim card sim no[protected]u and mob no [protected] but my sim card rejected when i asked customer care they said u hv reached ur maximum limit of sim on one id but there is only three active sim on my id then why it is rejected why customer care r not accepting that it may be the fault of sim or airtel technical issue. Why they not tried to reactivate to the sim to check whether it is airtel technical issue or not worst service by airtel customer care they r be very rude n do not give helpful answer.

                        I have applied twice in the last two months, for broadband.
                        The first time the agent took a cheque and documents, tried for three days could not provide the connection

                        Second time was just 4 days back, the agent took documents and cheque, and has disappeared, cant be reached on phone.

                        Most of the airtel agents are frauds and cheaters,
                        Airtel does not seem to be worried about the competition killing them,
                        The service is atrocious,

                          The complaint has been made for non functionality of the above said number so many times but internet services are interrupted and official work has suffered badly the complaint has been emailed since 19/7/2017.

                            Dear sir
                            I had updated my airtel sim yesterday from old to new 4g, after little while i had received one message from airtel that your sim will be activated shortly but, after that i didn't get any message from airtel and my old sim had been deactivated, after that i had checked my new sim in 4g phone, there was showing that it is activated but network was not coming then i had talked with customer care about it and she just said your sim is active but if you want to any other information send message arc pin code to 121 and did that too but, did get any information. Still now i not getting network on my sim and i am helpless to call anyone from my number. Please help me to get network on sim.

                                    Complaint description:- as per telephonic offer by airtel customer care - i was port my mobile number [protected] idea-airtel on 8th july 2017,
                                    My service is starting from 19th july 2017, but from starting day there is always network issue and always issue in 4g internet speed. And as per timely discussion with airtel customer care under complaint no. 77930390, 77938529, 77938735, but after 4days thay are not yet solved this issue, and i just talked with customer care they are talking arrogantly and told me your complaint is denied,
                                    After that i told him please guide me the process of postpaid to prepaid transfer, then he is told you can not process it before generate the bill. You need to go our airtel office to process the postpaid to prepaid.
                                    At the time of porting and after porting there is huge difference in service and customer care language.

                                    After 5 days airtel not yet solved my problem, call breaking, voice cracking, 4g speed is just on paper/offer, it is actual less than 2g speed.

                                    Please solve these issue or refund my 3 months bill amount until i port my number into other network.

                                    After Showing Advertisement on Television, and at shop, I port my number from Idea to Airtel, but I found there are many problems in Airtel Network when using, From Date of Start I regularly followup with Airtel Care on 12118 but They are always gives me fake commitment and After 40 days of Service I am still facing same problem and they again need 60 days period, When I was launched complaint on 19th July they are not taken seriously and tolerate my request.
                                    Sir, Please give me Approval of Port My Number to Idea, I am Ready to Pay Remaining 2 Months Payment but I don't want to Use Airtel Service.
                                    Because after 40 days I really Harassed due to Airtel Service, I have taken 50, 000 Loss in my Business because I can't Call to my Clients on Time.

                                    Ex.- 1.) When you want to Call Someone you need to try to call him for 30 min. after 30min. call will connect.

                                    2. if you want to try pay any online payment, using online app like You tube. You need to special time to see 2 min video - in just 30min. or 1 hr. on 4G NETWORK.

                                    3. After this Harassment, you want to call Customer Care you need to try this call for MORE THAN 100 Times, And After connect to customer Care they are give me Some Affiliate Officer Mr. Sahani's Contact Number, And After 40 days all they are useless.

                                    Airtel is Always is Providing Fake Commitment, please Ban This Network. and please give me approval to PORT my Number.

                                      Myself s. Shyamkumar i have bought a airtel dth prepaid connection id[protected]. On subsequent recharges they have charged rs.15 calling it as idle maintenance fee. They claim this charge is idle maintenance fee for customer charge after due date. Though i have paid for the set up box, installation and dish, i am not sure what kind of idle maintenance they are doing on my set up box. These charges are not explained to me before selling me this product. I have my every right to recharge my account whenever i want as this is a prepaid account. Why should i pay maintenance charge without any maintenance work. If this continuous i will change my dth connection. I have checked other dth connection they are not charging any money for late recharges. Airtel stop cheating us always kindly take necessary actions to avoid such a fraudulent action from airtel. Hoping for better solution.
