Exchanging issue, EAN NUMBER mismatci

Lazy People of ajio, didn't care about there customers
I am getting EAN number mismatch error while exchange pickup i am whenever i apply for exchange for my order it gets ean number MISMATCH error while exchanging by courier boy.

I've ordered a product from Ajio but it didn't fit me well so I've raised a refund request. It's been more than 20 days and no refund has been credited. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic. Worst experience. They do not provide any update regarding my refund.

    I ordered 4items from Ajio app. 3 of them were received. The fourth order showing as delivered. But I haven't received yet.

      I've made some purchase and did the payment through my debit card but money isn't return to wallet yet. even customer care is not receiving call.
      date of purchase and cancellation: 6th march 2021
      so I request to refund or manage the amount in my current order.

        My order no.FL[protected] ..which has been cancelled on 14 Jan'21 at your own reason and not return my refund amount rs542 as of now after doing so many follows up with your so called customer care executive both through mails as well as on your customers care no. on mail they will not revert back to me and over the phone every time executive tell.me a different story and close my previous complaint and raised a new one. I really don't understand what kind of services you are provided to your customers.. also adding one thing that I made this payment through my credit card whereas as per your records I don't what mode of payment..I am quite sure that I have to fight so much to get this money back...
        I am highly frustrated with Ajio and your services..i really want to share my feedback that your are having a pathetic after sale service..by which I will not to do any future shopping with you and never ever recommend to anyone..you guys seriously want to learn from other online merchants that how nicely they treat to their customers

          Online shopping application AJIO.
          I ordered a shirt from ajio app on 23rd of January. I received the product on 26th of January and i placed a return request. But i cancelled the return request on that night only. But the very next day the delivery boy came and take the shirt saying he got the order for return my uncle given the shirt with out asking me then i called the customer care then they said sorry for the miscommunication the shirt had been taken and is in transit and i will get refund . On 3rd feb again i called the customer care for refund status then they said my problem will be resolved on or before 5th Feb but i didn't get any update from them . This is the worst service i have ever seen
          The shirt has been taken and i also didn't get any refund till now. Please consider my request and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

              My ajio account was hacked. and i had money in my ajio wallet. They changed my email address and then phone number. Ajio customer care support is not responding at all. i’ve emailed them a lot of time.

                I ordered a puma jacket from ajio, but because of the size being a little smaller I returned it through the app with all labels and tags but no refund was issued even after multiple complains .

                    I have order shoes on 9th January with prepaid amount..shoes not delivered and money also refunded. Now they are just giving complaint no. No refund are processing till date. They just fooling customers it seems new fraud started in online

                      Had approached consumer complaint wing of ajio, they had assured to resolve issue by 3.2.21 . The same is not yet resolved.

                        I had ordered a few clothing items from ajio which I've not received yet... But it's showing delivered and I've not gotten any of those... I emailed ajio customer care and it didn't help me out. I would request you to kindly deliver the order or refund the amount paid by credit card

                          Hi Team, I have placed an order in Ajio for a product on date 28/01/2021 and paid through debit card but the transaction got failed and the money got debited from my account. And did not get the amount back till now.
                          Kindly ressolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              I had ordered 6 items in ajio on 25th jan 2021. I have received only 5 items but received a message saying that all 6 items have been delivered.

                                I placed an order on 29th Jan 2021 for 1690 rs. Amount deducted from my account through paytm. But my order details not updated in ajio app. Immediately I dropped mail to customer care since no response on phone. But I was asked to wait 48 hrs. It's more than 48 hrs now. No response from ajio. I trust them a lot. Please I request you to refund my money or confirm my order.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I am writing this email to you regarding my complaint - COM[protected] which was raised on 31 December 2020 with Ajio customer care. I had placed an order of 4 products from Ajio mobile app ([protected] mobile Number used ) and I had made payment for all 4 products, However in the delivered package there was only 1 product which was quite surprising for me. After seeing this, I had raised complaint with Ajio customer care on 31 dec 2020 saying that I have received only 1 product wherein I had ordered and paid for 4 products. I am not getting proper response from Ajio customer care even after following up with them multiple times. Its been 1 long month that I am making calls to customer care and following up on the emails but everytime some or another customer care executive is just postponing the dates and every day that are asking me to wait for 48 hours and again after 2 days they are simply asking me to wait for next 48 hours. I have sent almost 20-25 emails and made around 10-15 calls to customer care on this issue in last one month (31 dec 2020 issue was raised and its 30 jan 2021 today)

                                    After multiple follow ups in last 1 month, yesterday customer care executive promised me that I will get some solution for sure by 30 jan 2021( which is today). Today after 1 month they are simply replying me that there is no issue from there end as product was sent in intact condition from their end. However when I had received this product, there was cellotape attached to the outer package (seems to be someone did something on way- but m not sure on this), I had shared pictures of the same in ajio app(My account - complaint id- COM[protected]) And same was communicated to customer care executive at the time of raising complaint.

                                    Today after 1 month (after my unlimited followups), customer care sent me email saying they cant do anything because product was sent properly. I would like to ask you who is responsible for this now ? I have paid for 4 products but received only 1, customer care is simply not ready to provide me solution of this even after 1 months (unlimited followup emails/calls). What should I do because i cant pay for 4 products and receive only 1. I had placed order from Ajio so they should be responsible for this act and they should provide me some solution for the same, which they are not providing me unfortunately.

                                    I request you to kindly take strict action against Ajio customer care service first of all( No even single customer care executive is ready to proactively work on the issue, instead they are just postponing and now sending me email without any solution after 1 month). secondly, I would request you to please look into the issue and provide me some solution(Either they should provide me refund of remaining 3 undelivered items or send me those 3 undelivered products now).

                                      I bought 3 dresses from ajio and it was prepaid order, when it was delivered to me it had cod on it. Since I was not ready to pay double the price for same product, I had to return them back. Ajio said this is the first time they came across a problem like mine and confirmed that my order is prepaid as they can see it in their system. This happened with 2 of my orders out of 3 and 1 was cancelled by ajio themselves. It has been many days since I received my refund. When I called customer care they said my money is already transferred and gave me a reference number but I checked with my bank. No such transaction happened so I raise complaint with ajio as my refund for the second dress too is not yet received by me.

                                      I feel ajio is scamming me of my money. I want my money back or I am filing a case against ajio
