Hi Team,
I am writing this email to you regarding my complaint - COM[protected] which was raised on 31 December 2020 with Ajio customer care. I had placed an order of 4 products from Ajio mobile app ([protected] mobile Number used ) and I had made payment for all 4 products, However in the delivered package there was only 1 product which was quite surprising for me. After seeing this, I had raised complaint with Ajio customer care on 31 dec 2020 saying that I have received only 1 product wherein I had ordered and paid for 4 products. I am not getting proper response from Ajio customer care even after following up with them multiple times. Its been 1 long month that I am making calls to customer care and following up on the emails but everytime some or another customer care executive is just postponing the dates and every day that are asking me to wait for 48 hours and again after 2 days they are simply asking me to wait for next 48 hours. I have sent almost 20-25 emails and made around 10-15 calls to customer care on this issue in last one month (31 dec 2020 issue was raised and its 30 jan 2021 today)
After multiple follow ups in last 1 month, yesterday customer care executive promised me that I will get some solution for sure by 30 jan 2021( which is today). Today after 1 month they are simply replying me that there is no issue from there end as product was sent in intact condition from their end. However when I had received this product, there was cellotape attached to the outer package (seems to be someone did something on way- but m not sure on this), I had shared pictures of the same in ajio app(My account - complaint id- COM[protected]) And same was communicated to customer care executive at the time of raising complaint.
Today after 1 month (after my unlimited followups), customer care sent me email saying they cant do anything because product was sent properly. I would like to ask you who is responsible for this now ? I have paid for 4 products but received only 1, customer care is simply not ready to provide me solution of this even after 1 months (unlimited followup emails/calls). What should I do because i cant pay for 4 products and receive only 1. I had placed order from Ajio so they should be responsible for this act and they should provide me some solution for the same, which they are not providing me unfortunately.
I request you to kindly take strict action against Ajio customer care service first of all( No even single customer care executive is ready to proactively work on the issue, instead they are just postponing and now sending me email without any solution after 1 month). secondly, I would request you to please look into the issue and provide me some solution(Either they should provide me refund of remaining 3 undelivered items or send me those 3 undelivered products now).

Other 3 products are not delivered to me.
Humble request to please look into the issue soon and help me in this case.
