Online shopping application AJIO.
I ordered a shirt from ajio app on 23rd of January. I received the product on 26th of January and i placed a return request. But i cancelled the return request on that night only. But the very next day the delivery boy came and take the shirt saying he got the order for return my uncle given the shirt with out asking me then i called the customer care then they said sorry for the miscommunication the shirt had been taken and is in transit and i will get refund . On 3rd feb again i called the customer care for refund status then they said my problem will be resolved on or before 5th Feb but i didn't get any update from them . This is the worst service i have ever seen
The shirt has been taken and i also didn't get any refund till now. Please consider my request and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
