The status of my pre-paid order is delivered from 15th jan and I still haven’t received the goods I paid for, I have been trying to contact customer care center through emails and calls but nobody gives a damn about it. I have returned 2 products, on 12th January, it was showing that refund will be initiated on 13th January, but till now I haven't got my refund.

There were 2 items and I have received the refund of only one item. The refund of product amounted at INR 918 is not received. My return was completed on December 1, 2020 and today is January 15, 2021 that i haven't received the refund amount.
No one from the customer care is assisting properly. Its been more than a month that I am waiting for the refund....

I returned an item-Suit (Order ID FL[protected]) in first week of DEC'20 since then i have not received my refund of Rs. 2000 from Ajio.Order status is same as "Refund has been initiated" since the day I returned. I have filed many complaints regarding this issue on ajio customer care, but it was all useless.I mailed Ajio my issue but no reply has been received till date....
