    I want to return ajio item but they are telling me to ship it to their address and they will only give me 150 rupees for courier but my courier is charging 350 rupees . This is ridiculous service their delivery agent shoul come doorstep to pick my return order

      I have received the saree and I want to return in since it is of a poor quality. But the application shows that my order is not yet delivered. Due to this, I'm not able to place a return. The only option is to cancel but since it is a COD, I will not get a refund if I do so. I need to return the product asap.

        I have placed a order for sunglass in Ajio website on Feb 26, 2020 for Rs. 847.
        Transaction was made through NetBanking (ICICI BANK). amount was debited from my account but order was not placed.
        Kindly look into the issue.

            I had ordered four sets of krutis ...out of which one product which was supposed to be delivered on 26th jan was not delivered to my address but is marked as delivered in app on 25th there was not OTP sent before delivery ...raised many complaints against this but customer care services is worst they say will get back with team and solve issue but confirm it to be delivered without actually doing any work on it ...very very disappointed with this app

              I have tried placing an order in Ajio app. Payment was made successful from my sbi NetBanking, still order is not placed. I m not able to reach customer care also for this. Still items are in cart and some of items are going out of stock also. I don't know what to do. To order again or wait . Nothing on website.

                I have ordered a puma sweatshirt and the size is not compatible for me. When I try to return, I am not able to because my delivery status is in out for delivery even after 4 days the order was delivered. Worst experience with ajio.

                  I had ordered Levi's t shirt from Ajio.. and after delivery I didn't notice a small torn part and removed the label! So couldn't return it... Just in three washes (machine wash) colour faded away and torn more ! Seriously I still doubt whether it's a copy or a original one... Track id : #FL[protected]

                          I order 4 items in ajio.cash debited in ajio account Google pay.on 21 th Feb 2021.but order not seeing in list and not confirmed.i want to back my cash 3, 208.what I paid.what should I do now.I have called so many time to your customer care no. But no response.this is not so well.my trust upon you has been breaking now.pls solve my problem immideatlty.

                            I ordered for nike shoes, its delivered also, but due to size issue i want to return it, but the app says out for delivery so i cant even click the return option.
                            the app has not updated the delivered option, its more than 24 hours that i have received the product,
                            please help as the shoes are for 6500/-

                              I have ordered a shoes of ***, the shoes was delivered but not the same product that I have ordered. So want to.return that shoes but there is a problem on ajio app that they are not updating delivery status ( i.e they are showing that product is not delivered but actually product is delivered) so am not able to return that product.
                              Please help me with that what to do and how to do?

                                I received the product on 19th February, but still the ajio app shows it is not received
                                I want to exchange the product because of size issues and the app doesn't get updated with the status "delivered" hence it is not showing me the option to return/exchange...

                                Respond ASAP!!!

                                  I ordered a heels order, it’s return/exchange option shows return or exchange window is closed, although the retiurn was possible till 30 days I.e. upto 16 March but, i cantseem to find the option to exchange my herls in my size

                                    The order was delivered but when I click on it it shows it's not. This problem has been occuring since a lot of time . The order has only 7 days return policy. And due to it's showing that it is not delivered I am unable to return and exchange it. The product is very expensive and defective and i have got only 7 days to return it plz solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise my money would go waste.

                                      I had returned my product on 4 february. The courier boy took my product but I didn't get my refund till now and i am contacting ajio to it's customer service there is no response. I mailed them like 10 times they didn't respond they send me auto generated mail stated that my issue will resolve after 10 days etc etc. And I call to the customer care number there they don't connect me to the agent it is always the recording of the policies of the ajio. All in total I am not getting my refund and there's is no way to contact them either.
