It has been more than a month and my sister hasn't received her refund. We are just students and the money meant something to us. But ajio is a big lying company that has successfully managed to run a business by just defrauding their CUSTOMERs. Since past 1.5 months we have called them regularly, tweeted and mailed them. They haven't even initiated the refund. On the contrary they send us the same transaction Id by which we made the payment thinking they can fool us. Everyday some lame ### consumer support person talks to us and regrets over what has happened but no one has returned our money. I have written mails to the CEO of ajio and no reply. We have used every possible source of communication. We have even contacted Reliance trends. But alas, nothing happened. And it looks like every other CUSTOMER has faced the same issue. We have no options left but to turn to the court. But looks like they aren't even scared of that. They are shameless people. They have harrassed us mentally and financially. They have wasted our money and time. And this will not go in vain. We will see to it. I am not scared of you just because you are india's richest man's company. We will get you. You lying cheats.

    I received my refund money in my ajio wallet, but now its missing in wallet, I didn't purchase anything, its not transferred to bank account too, I want my money back and to be credited in my bank account

      Today morning, I have ordered in AJIO APP. The money got deducted in bank Account. But Payment is failed in Ajio App. Still didn’t received the refund.

          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

          The issue that I have experienced was:

          has been picked up by Ajio partnered courier partner shadowfax Link to track ( https://tracker.shadowfax.in/#/track/[protected]FFDC423C2635A7133DF5/Rev/ ) also I have attached order picked up proof, but ajio is not updating the picked up status and not even giving my refund back

          Update pickup status in ajio app and refund my money of Rs 424

            The status of my pre-paid order is delivered from 15th jan and I still haven’t received the goods I paid for, I have been trying to contact customer care center through emails and calls but nobody gives a damn about it.                 I have returned 2 products, on 12th January, it was showing that refund will be initiated on 13th January, but till now I haven't got my refund.
                What's wrong with ajio, why you are making people fool. I need my refund as sson as possible.

                    Haven't received refund

                    My order ID is #EX[protected] and Return ID is #RT26614971

                    There were 2 items and I have received the refund of only one item. The refund of product amounted at INR 918 is not received. My return was completed on December 1, 2020 and today is January 15, 2021 that i haven't received the refund amount.
                    No one from the customer care is assisting properly. Its been more than a month that I am waiting for the refund....

                    I returned an order in November 2020 and I am yet to receive the refund! It's been more than a month now! Everytime I reach out to them via email they ask me to wait for two more days. I tried calling their customer care but it isn't directing me to an executive I can speak. What is this horrible customer service.
                    I am at loss right now because I need that refund and all they do is to make me wait.

                              It's been a month and a half I return an order and the next very day I got a message stating I will receive my refund within 24 hours.But till now I have not receive my refund.I place a complain through mail but didn't got any response.And I cannot connect through customer care number provided in the website.

                                  I returned an item-Suit (Order ID FL[protected]) in first week of DEC'20 since then i have not received my refund of Rs. 2000 from Ajio.Order status is same as "Refund has been initiated" since the day I returned. I have filed many complaints regarding this issue on ajio customer care, but it was all useless.I mailed Ajio my issue but no reply has been received till date.
