I was cancelled my this order for some reason..I didn't get it refund amount...plz let me know about re-funds.. when I get my refund and send me details plz...my refund reference id :20201228111212800110168058070807815

No one from the customer care is assisting properly. Its been more than a month that I am waiting for the refund.

    My order with Order ID #FL[protected] was initiated for the refund process on[protected]. It's almost 80 days from the date of refund and my refund is not yet completed. I will wait till 28 Jan 2021 or else I am proceeding with a legal action against Ajio.

      Refund of RS.763 was initiated on 9th Dec.2020 and till now i didn't received that refund.i called Ajio customer service and they gave me Refund reference number[protected].Please resolve this issue at earliest

          Respected Sirs,
          I have purchased few products online from Ajio. Status about order, delivery everything was perfect until product was delivered. I Returned 2 of the products, return pick was delayed more than a week hence raised complaints & finally return pick up happened only on 21st January but still i see no change in status in App or refund is not initiated at all. Made lot if complaints in website but no response. Unable to reach customer care at all anytime. Im shocked to read such reviews in Google too about similar issues. As mentioned in text no acknowledgement slip too was issued while picking up the product. We were told we will get confirmation in mail but that too did not happen. Request you to please look into this. Im very sure many would have got affected like me. Raising this complain so that no more such cheating should happen. It around a month now & its not resolved. We have no option to talk to anyone in AJIO regarding this.

            I am following up with ajio since December for the refund of the returned product that has already been picked up by Ajio representative in first week of December. The refund of product INR 957.40 is still not received.
            No one from the customer care is assisting properly. Its been almost two months that I am following up for the refund.

            Lastly, Ajio provided a reference number: PS2ZusEjGYEeuZfUOGZlKCjg, (stating that the above reference number is for the refund that is being processed from AJIO’s end) which when I checked and confirmed with the bank got to know that the referred transaction with reference number VHDF[protected] was settled on November 29, 2020 towards Reliance Fashion and Life style with reference number: PS2ZusEjGYEeuZfUOGZlKCjg by me I.e this was reference number for the transaction that I made while purchasing product from Ajio. Completely fraud! Kindly assist me with the refund

                  I have not received the refund amount for the returned item in Return ID RT28272742 . I've been trying to follow up on this matter, raised complaints several times with AJIO and had raised the return request on 24th Dec 2020. The item has been picked up on 26th December 2020. The Ajio app shows the status as return complete and refund has been initiated. Attaching the emails sent to Ajio customer care and the status in Ajio app.

                      Payment done by paytm and I got debited 1387 rs from my bank account but order not placed on ajio app.
                      There's no response from coustmer care side.

                      My complaint is resolved and refund was made in 8 days.

                        My Ajio account credential was leaked from Ajio system and my refund amount was used by one of their individual to order a set of briefs amounting to Rs.652.
                        Even after reporting the issue to Ajio (complaint id - COM[protected]) with Address and Contact Details of the third person who has done the fraud, Ajio didn't take any action and I'm amazed to see how parcel was successfully handed over to the person as Ajio is saying the address and contact details in the order are fake.
                        It's been more than a month now and I've not heard back from Ajio despite giving multiple calls to their customer care where everytime I get to hear that the issue will be sorted in 1 week.

                        Please note original expected resolution was to be provided before 25th Dec, 2020.

                              I have purchased 7 products on 8 January 2021 with order Id:FL0221198*** by credit card payment. But at the time of delivery agent tell me all the orders are cod. So I called customer service and asked the details about it. They accept it's their mistake and provide solution within next 10 days. They return my all orders without informing me. So I was waiting for my refund, I called them 7-8 times but they said refund is in process. It's almost 12 days. They are repeating same thing. They didn't transfer my call to their seniors. They told me, we will arrange callback. I request you everyone, Please do not buy anything from this site. They are cheaters. They will took your hard earned money and you will get nothing.

                                It has been more than a month and my sister hasn't received her refund. We are just students and the money meant something to us. But ajio is a big lying company that has successfully managed to run a business by just defrauding their CUSTOMERs. Since past 1.5 months we have called them regularly, tweeted and mailed them. They haven't even initiated the refund. On the contrary they send us the same transaction Id by which we made the payment thinking they can fool us. Everyday some lame ### consumer support person talks to us and regrets over what has happened but no one has returned our money. I have written mails to the CEO of ajio and no reply. We have used every possible source of communication. We have even contacted Reliance trends. But alas, nothing happened. And it looks like every other CUSTOMER has faced the same issue. We have no options left but to turn to the court. But looks like they aren't even scared of that. They are shameless people. They have harrassed us mentally and financially. They have wasted our money and time. And this will not go in vain. We will see to it. I am not scared of you just because you are india's richest man's company. We will get you. You lying cheats.

                                  I received my refund money in my ajio wallet, but now its missing in wallet, I didn't purchase anything, its not transferred to bank account too, I want my money back and to be credited in my bank account
