I placed an order, refrence no.[protected]. But It got cancelled due to some technical error. The amount has been paid by my bank but my ajio app shows the order has not been placed and the items are in the cart itself. While contacting the bank they responded that they have made the payment. I should talk to the merchent. Do let me know about the order or refund. Or what to do....

I have returned my product. Ajio also initiated refund... But i have not received any refund amount......

Ajio — Refund not received on my bank account

Ajio Return ID- RT27480490 .Refund initiated on by Ajio- 15-dec-2020, Amount- Rs. 604.63.

But till today 24-dec-2020, I didn't receive the amount on my bank account. My Bank name- punjab national Bank.

I tried to contact with Ajio customer care ..but they not responding...

I request the authority to take necessary action against Ajio...

I made the payment through gpay and the amount was debited. But the order is not confirmed....

My product has not delivered but showing status has delivered...

A jacket ordered from ajio.com is not delivered to me yet but it is showing as delivered on 22/12/2020. Need help on this...

Worst services from ajio ...i already raised complaint but nothing happened they even don't care about the customer.. excecutives are very rude they will cut the phone in between..i didn't receive my product but the delivery person is saying that he delivered.. whom did he deliver and where did he deliver we don't know...i just want you people to resolve this immediately.

I didn't lift the phone as i have some important work..but...

Amount was debited from my account, but order is not placed....

I ordered jeans order no. EX[protected] and then requested for return on the same day due to size.Then I received different product and not the one I ordered .The product is old and seems to be used.After that I requested to return on the same day I got delivery.But the delivery agent refused to take the product stating tag broken which was already broken.Now I have sent email thrice but nobody is responding. I placed an order on 19th of November. But when I came to check the status of the order it was delivered on 15th of December.But I didn't received any order....

I've ordered product on 12th November 2020 received it on 17 th November .I didn't Like the product and quality also not good . I've requested to return the product. Haven't picked up my product and delaying order multiple times . It's been since one month delaying the order ....

I ordered a t shirt and money got cut but it is not showing in my orders in Ajio App...

I have ordered two products from AJIO app on 25th november. One of the product received on 1st december and on the same day other product cancelled automatically.
Its now 17 days and I have not received the refund yet.
I have called customer care many times but issue not resolved yet.. I also mailed to the customer care on 11th december. They replied me that your issue will be resolved till 15th december but till now no response...

I returned a dress and it's been more than 10days since they initiated the refund. I still did not receive any. The amount is 1182....

I have returned a jacket on 7 december 2020 order number FL[protected]. According to ajio refund has been initiated on 12 December 2020 but i haven't recieved it . I have return recipient given to me by courier and also email ....

Recently I've purchased Crocs Clogs from www.Ajio.com. I've used this product first day and the crocs logo started to peel off. Next day the rubber strip around the clog completely peeled off. I initiated an exchange to same product and they gave me a new clog exchanging the old one. The next day again the crocs logo started peeling off again. They are not selling genuine products. I tried contacting the customer care and no one answered....
