The order was delivered but when I click on it it shows it's not. This problem has been occuring since a lot of time . The order has only 7 days return policy. And due to it's showing that it is not delivered I am unable to return and exchange it. The product is very expensive and defective and i have got only 7 days to return it plz solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise my money would go waste....

I had returned my product on 4 february. The courier boy took my product but I didn't get my refund till now and i am contacting ajio to it's customer service there is no response. I mailed them like 10 times they didn't respond they send me auto generated mail stated that my issue will resolve after 10 days etc etc. And I call to the customer care number there they don't connect me to the agent it is always the recording of the policies...

Hi, on 16th February 2021, I placed order for 3 track suits. However, it showed payment failed and order not placed. But amount of 967 rupees has been deducted from my credit card. 1. I was placing an order for a pair of Nike shoes of ₹2957 via Google pay UPI on 4th February 2021.
The amount was debited from my account but the order was not placed, as the item is still being displayed in my bag.

I had placed an order with Ajio, which was partially cancelled from their end. I had used a special coupon of Rs.200/- given by ajio for cancelling a previous order which was prepaid. Now Ajio is refunding me the amount after deducting the coupon amount which is Rs.200/-less. The product cancelled is still on display, however they do not want to ship it or refund my full amount. This is cheating & highly unethical....

What I have to do now
We enquired in near by deliver center but they said the was returned to ajio
And we want to get our product back
