Respected Sirs,
I have purchased few products online from Ajio. Status about order, delivery everything was perfect until product was delivered. I Returned 2 of the products, return pick was delayed more than a week hence raised complaints & finally return pick up happened only on 21st January but still i see no change in status in App or refund is not initiated at all. Made lot if complaints in website but no response. Unable to reach customer care at all anytime. Im shocked to read such reviews in Google too about similar issues. As mentioned in text no acknowledgement slip too was issued while picking up the product. We were told we will get confirmation in mail but that too did not happen. Request you to please look into this. Im very sure many would have got affected like me. Raising this complain so that no more such cheating should happen. It around a month now & its not resolved. We have no option to talk to anyone in AJIO regarding this.
