I ordered a turtleneck T-shirt olive green in colour. The total cost was 539 including 150 for delivery charges.The money was deducted but no order was placed in the app.No way to reach customer care.I want complete refund of rs540

        I placed an order with ajio on 17th Dec 2020, and returned the items. They updated that the items were received and in tact, yet I haven’t received the refund. It has been more than 2 weeks.

            I am posting this complaint expecting for a solution cos I am very tired after repeatedly contacting Ajio to initiate my refund.
            I ordered a product online in Ajio and waited and waited for its delivery. But they have cancelled themselves but didn't update anything about it neither did they give any refund.
            After posting so many mails to provide they took the complaint and sent a reply asking for apologies but didn't initiate refund and closed the complaint as resolved. Again I have been mailing them repeatedly asking for the refund but in vain no response. Very unhappy with Ajio.
            It is very clear the mistake was from their end, but in order to hide that they didn't show any update for the product so that I'll have option to initiate refund from my side .
            Expecting a solution

                I had ordered online footwear from AJIO on 15-12-20 on prepaid basis. I received the product after 10 days and in a very bad shape. Since its footwear so it should come in a box but it was sent in a plastic bag. The condition of the product is not good and it did not had any tag on it. Now when I am requesting for return I am not allowed to return as it is without a tag.

                It is not my mistake but AJIO is not trying to understand.

                  I have ordered via order - FL[protected] # shipment # [protected] in Nov start and ordered shown as out for delivery and delivered at same time on 8:13 pm night which is question of doubt since from 9 pm there was curfew so how can delivery man took the parcel at 8:13 at night and deliver it at my place and return back to home.

                  This parcel was lying at courier place in Ahmedabad for 2-3 days and showing as delayed delivery then at same time it was marked as our for delivery and delivered at night post 8 pm. Generally out of delivery is marked in morning.

                  Everytime Ajio guys replies to my mail as sorry for inconvenience, we will revert in 3 days but never responds without my reminder. It is almost 45 days and still I am suffering to get revert / refund / parcel.

                      I ordered 2 baby boy joggers of brand inf frendz against order no.FL[protected].on 7 december

                      Acc.to site the products are not yet shipped but i received them on 14 december.

                      I have been calling them since like daily from last 15 days.i hv called 15 times.even mailed them the bills and picture of products that they ask for.every time they assure that it would be done in 2 days.but they never do

                      Every time they say that there is no senior now and say to expect a call frm serior in 24 hour but i never got a single call.

                      Never got such a terrible experience

                            The Ajio points get deducted automatically before the payment is made.
                            I returned an order and the money was refunded in my Ajio wallet. After that I added few items to bag to check out with my Ajio points worth 778 through Google Pay.
                            But when I was redirected to pay the amount, I decided to add more items so I get back and added more to check out but after that my ajio wallet shows zero balance and there was no history of it.
                            Where the hell is my money..I don't know.

                                    I return a product on 24th November. They said to refund on Dec, 10, 2020. I waited but my refund not transferred to my bank. Then I complained and they said to refund till Dec, 28, 2020. Again my money not back to my bank. Now again they give me Date on Jan, 6, 2021.
                                    This is too much time to give my money back and they giving false information. I always follow their instructions and gave them my account details two times.

                                        On 10 Dec 2020 I paid Rs 1613 on Ajio. The money was deducted and order was not confirmed.
                                        I have been mailing them since then. They have raised a complaint COM[protected].
                                        But still nit updated on it.

                                        They never give any details in reply. Just standard text that they will update on it.

                                        It's too long a time to refund money for a transaction that failed.

                                        But they don't even give proper reply
                                        AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Still No Refund Received. They again sent a mail asking for 2 more business days. This is fourth time. I am starting to feel there is no end to this 2 more business days response.
                                        Is it too much to ask for the refund for a failed transaction? It's been more than 18 days now.
