I made an order on 10th of December and as per ajio it has been delivered on 16th of December but none of the products has been delivered...

I have been raising complaint ... atleast 7 times but no response from ajio...I called ajio costumer no one is rplyed...20 min of ajio costumer call I was waited but no reply from you ... kindly refund my money...

I have ordered 2 VAN HEUSEN shirts on 05 nov 2020 and order has been canceled automatically on 09 nov 2020 and money was not credited into my account....

Yesterday I have ordered a sweatshirt worth rs 1460 .I paid through paytm.my money has been debited but when I checked in my account it is showing no orders.what should I do now.I have called so many time to your customer care no. But no response.this is not so well.my trust upon you has been breaking now.pls solve my problem immideatlty.

The product is delivered to me but in the app it is showing the product is out for delivery from last 3 days
I want to return the product as it is not up to the mark...

Havent received my refund after 10 days of initiating the refund. Return Id #RT26905643. Customer care number is the real way to loose customers and Ajio is the master in that. Why start operations when you can't cater the customers during covid.

And now I understand why some of of your products are priced so low, because that money is compensated by not refunding the money for naive customers....

It has been so many days since I returned the product but I haven't received the refund ..I daily cry for 2hrs they are not processing my refund..I beg them please give me refund but they are not even speak to me, agents hung up on me..I am hand to mouth person . please help me...

This is to inform you I Purchase Ladies Top from your online Return ID No - RT26882815 . Due To fitting Problem I would placed Return Request and it picked up on 4th Dec-20 . I also return a shoe along with that top . After Pic up I get Refund shoe only. I asked many time to customer care executive and also talk with that pic up boy for refund. customer care executive asked me to upload the pic up Receipt copy and I do...

Held an account with Ajio 6 hours back. Suddenly the account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.

I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely...

One of the tags were detached since the time of delivery
It was delivered in a tag detached condition from the beginning
So the pickup guy came today and didn't take the return. Also behaved rudely to me. Just because the tag wasn't attached, he didn't take return.
It's condition is brand new. I haven't used. There is quality fitsize problem. Your delivery guy behaves unprofessionally....

My amount of Rs 1238 on 12 dec 2020 has been deducted from my account after numerous customer care call they have guaranteed that it will be refunded within 48 hours but no action has been taken . My ajio account under named Shreya singh([protected])...
