How to get refund.
What can i do about it.

    I ordered a Pink kurta set from Ajio and paid for it using UPI. The money has been deducted from my account but I haven’t received order confirmation and it is not showing in orders placed. When will I get a refund?

      I ordered a Kurta and churidar set from ajio. Today i received the parcel, containing only the kurta. I want ajio to solve my problem as soon as possible, cause tey are not picking up the customer care number.

        My order return I'd #RT31297261 its been a month..complaint is taken and closing it telling solved but not crediting the amount.. Ever time..2days you will get the refund but no those customer is pathetic...and not giving the amount

          I have placed order for shoes but i received different shoes so returned that pair of shoes on 4feb 2021 but didn’t get my refund yet nor i am get any update on email on call they are constantly escalating this issue giving new date every time.

            I have made payment through paytm upi but my order not confirmed and nir they refund my money talking follow ups from customer care but constantly asking to wait for 48 hrs and getting no resolution and its been 1 month.

                I've received a package which has written *orders on it and paid for both the orders, but there is only one item present inside the package. So, two items is missing which I've paid for.

                  Am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 6th March 2021. Still the status is return attempted. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id .What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

                    I had placed an order on Ajio.com on 22nd February 2021, the package was delivered on 28 February 2021, a few minutes after receiving and making payment of Rs. Rs. 1, 560 to the delivery executive of Ajio.com a return request was placed (on 28th February 2021).
                    A delivery executive from Shadowfax Kolkata associated / assigned by Ajio.com called me up came to my residence to collect the package from Ajio today (1 March 2021), while he checked the product and said the same was ok, along with the intact tags, he said due to a mistake by Ajio the number mentioned on the tag of the T-shirt & the one mentioned on his phone weren't the same, which is why he couldn't collect the package and process it for initiating a refund to my bank account (details of which have been entered in Ajio.com Website). The delivery executive clearly mentioned that even though the package/ product/ T-shirt being returned was in satisfactory condition due to a mistake by Ajio systems, he can't collect the package / product back...Kindly note this entire conversation & inspection by Ajio customer executive / that associated with Ajio has been recorded. Upon the delivery executive's departure I received an SMS from Ajio stating that the return of the Polo T-Shirt has failed 'quality check' which is why the same couldn't be returned. This statement / sms by Ajio and it's reluctance to accept the product ordered by me from AJio and subsequently refund my payment of Rs. 1560 is grossly wrong and unethical. Attached are various images of the product / T-shirt in question where it can be clearly seen that the product is in same condition as it was delivered to me. This entire process was repeated on 11th March 2020, when another return attempt failed for the same reasons mentioned above.
                    Therefore in conclusion, Ajio.com (Reliance Retail) needs to refund the amount in question to my bank account. I have already sent email to [protected]@ajio.com without receiving any resolution. The order ID for Ajio.com order is Order ID - FL[protected]

                          Hi,

                          March 5th I tried ordering product from your site, amount got debited from my account and order didn't placed by saying payment failed.
                          I checked with my back after 3 days they confirmed transaction is successful from their end, it is merchant bank PPL have to check and revert money.
                          Amount debited is 1999.00
                          Later o ordered same product with cash on delivery.
                          Please check this issue with priority

                            I have been fraud by ajio .com
                            First I got a spinning win of worth 200, 000 then I got my points in my ajio points wallets after that when I placed orders my orders got cancelled and then I got a email regarding I've cancelled all my orders I did not make any such requests then when I got all those messages and orders cancelled I called ajio customer care they said it was a technical issue it will be fixed so ur not able to us the points then I got ally points deducted I request and called and also reverted through email that I didn't cancel please send me my products or refund my winning amount as per my polite requests I did not get any replies I have all the screen shots and emails and recordings if needed will share all those too

                                I ordered 2 items from ajio. For one of the products it is being displayed as 'delivery is being delayed' while 'delivery unsuccessful' for the other. None of the customer care numbers are reachable. I got a call from yesterday which was tele operated. My amount has been deducted for both the products at the time of purchase.

                                    We tried to place an order on ajio Sunday evening between 5pm-6pm tried to contact them in many ways they're asking us to wait 24hrs to contact us every time. It was tough to reach the ajio customer care Seems like they're not concerned about the customers money.

                                        I did transaction of 3430 indian rupees on March 5th 2021 for the purchase of trousers and leather belt on Ajio app. Amount has been deducted from my account but order is Missing. App is not at all showing such order.i even not received any confirmation of order.kindly look into this and take necessary action.
