I have placed an order for a product amounting rupees 2105.96 on ajio through phone pe and the amount got debited and was successfully transferred to merchants account but the order is not showing in ajio orders

Complaint marked as Resolved The first thing i have done is I registered a complaint with ajio customer care by sending a mail and in the second mail I received a reply that i should register a complaint with the bank,
So i tried to do so even if i knows that the payment was successfully credited to the merchants account also while talking to the customer agent of my bank they informed that the transaction was successful, but still i informed them to raise a complaint so they have done the same, from the bank side they informed that if there was a problem in the transaction the amount will be credited back within 3-4 working days or else i should talk to the ajio customer service .
Today just 2 days after registering complaint with the bank I got credited my money back.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
