We tried to place an order on ajio Sunday evening between 5pm-6pm tried to contact them in many ways they're asking us to wait 24hrs to contact us every time. It was tough to reach the ajio customer care Seems like they're not concerned about the customers money.

    My product of return id #RT31800542 is picked already on date 3rd march but its not showing as picked in my ajio app and i didnt get my refund. And im getting calls from ajio members about picking my product but my product is already picked.

      I did transaction of 3430 indian rupees on March 5th 2021 for the purchase of trousers and leather belt on Ajio app. Amount has been deducted from my account but order is Missing. App is not at all showing such order.i even not received any confirmation of order.kindly look into this and take necessary action.

        Placed an order from ajio on 5th March, 2021 through Google Pay but it failed.. Still the amount was debited from my account... They said the refund will be done within 48hrs..till now I have not received my money... Kindly look into it as soon as possible..

            I was ordering Nike offcourt slides for me after selecting UPI payment option I paid the amount successfully through Google pay to Ajio but my order is not placed by Ajio .I also got an confirmation email of payment to ajio but order was not placed by Ajio.

            Please refund my money as soon as possible.

              I purchased 3 garments and made the payment of rs.1607 but showing as failure after successful payment. This is not at all fair. And i had to place an order through COD.

                  I just ordered a shoe on ajio, I completed payment using UPI through Google pay but nothing is showing on the app.The shoe was worth Rs.4397.25.The customer service executives are also abandoned itseems.

                        I have placed an order for a product amounting rupees 2105.96 on ajio through phone pe and the amount got debited and was successfully transferred to merchants account but the order is not showing in ajio orders

                        The first thing i have done is I registered a complaint with ajio customer care by sending a mail and in the second mail I received a reply that i should register a complaint with the bank, So i tried to do so even if i knows that the payment was successfully credited to the merchants account also while talking to the customer agent of my bank they informed that the transaction was successful, but still i informed them to raise a complaint so they have done the same, from the bank side they informed that if there was a problem in the transaction the amount will be credited back within 3-4 working days or else i should talk to the ajio customer service . Today just 2 days after registering complaint with the bank I got credited my money back.

                          I placed an order on 7.3.21. My payment went through but the order is not reflecting and no confirmation msg from Ajio. The amount debited is 2, 612/-₹

                              It has been more than 90 days and Ajio is not refunding my money. They are only making false promises and doing nothing. I am feeling helpless and request you to please help me.
