      I have payed the amount through Google pay, and it was successful, but order was not placed in ajio.
      I want my money back, no proper response from customer care.

        Amount debited while placing an order from Ajio but it says transaction failed but the the amount is deducted from my account.
        How can I get back my debited amount

          Hi, on 3rd March night I played spin wheel game and after that found ₹.200000 worth ajio wallet points in my wallet. I could not believe it. I started shopping. I even placed orders and all orders were accepted.
          But next day I received messages that all my orders are cancelled by me, which I didn't cancel. Probably done by ajio backend team.
          And there was no money in my wallet anymore.
          I want to know what exactly happened here?

            Hello Sir/ Madam,
            My name is Chetan Bhandari. I received 2, 00, 000 Points as a reward by spinning the wheel. Which was activated on 4 March 2021 and the expiry date was given by 10 March 2021. It was clearly mentioned in the App. I am attaching the Screenshot of that. I used half of my points and ordered clothes and shoes fashionable items which showed order placed successfully. But in the morning the order gets automatically cancel. I was emotionally and mentally hurt in this. I spent my energy my emotions and they cheated me. Ajio cheated on me and you are liable for this action. I want compensation for what happened due to Ajio Negligence or else serious action will be taken on Ajio according to IPC . You are liable for cheating against the customer by giving fake AJIO Points. I am expecting a reply from you as soon as possible. It will be treated as a serious issue and I want my Ajio Points back so that I can redeem it for further orders . I am attaching the screenshot please go through it to take necessary actions to compensate with me within time. Due to your Technical issue I am unable to redeem my Ajio Points. It's purely your fault you are cheating on me. I am eagerly waiting for your reply or I should file a complaint regarding this in consumer court. Waiting for a positive response from you!

              We were rewarded by ajio spin the wheel contest.
              We were rewarded with 2, 00, 000 points.
              And we also placed the order.
              These points were valid till 9th March.
              But these points were expired today.
              We understand that in terms and conditions it is stated that you can revoke that points but after placing order you just can't cancel the order without any prior notice.
              And stating that we cancelled the order.
              We tried to contact your customer care but they just put our call on hold and ignored us.

                Today i played spin n win in wheel contest and i got msg that u have won 200000 ajio wallet points and u can shop .
                I started shopping and given first order successfully but next order was not showing ajio wallet option and after sometime all my orders were cancelled and reason was as per ur request
                And also my points in wallet become zero.
                I want to complaint that ajio are giving fake promotions .
                I had not got any refund points for cancel orders.
                And customer care is not receiving calls.

                      Ajio is just the baddest possible shopping sites today.
                      It has the worst behaving staffs and delivery boys. It delivers wrong products and returns are messed up. The refund is also a big drama.

                        I placed an order with ajio online shopping and upon receiving one of the product I found it to be unsatisfactory and retired the product for which I paid COD. After returning the product I received the amount I'm my ajio wallet but to my surprise the maunt got deducted the next day against the same order number. I raised multiple complaints on various channels. Most of the times their customer service personnel would disconnect the call mid conversation. On 21st of February I received a message stating that the issue has been resolved and the amount credited to my ajio wallet. But when I checked no amount was credited. I raised a complaint again but there was no response. On 3rd of March I called there customer service number and the person told me that the amount has been credited to my bank account. I was surprised because I had not given any bank accoint. When I insisted on getting the transfer details. He gave me an IFSC code which is FSFB000001 And a transaction ID[protected]. I have no such account and I surely never given them that information. So it is clear that there is some kind of internal fraud happening in Ajio and customers are bearing the brunt of it.                               I didn't receive my refund amount.
                              It shoes amount is and will be initiated for long time. This is my worst experience in online shopping.

                                I ordered 2 lehenga choli from ajio.com worth Rs. 1100 but i cancelled it and returned it back as i did not likenits quality but the return parcel was picked up from my home on january 4th and since then, refund has not been initiated.

                                    I ordered from ajio in the month of october 2020 but because of the high covid times i self shipped by product and after 15 days the product reached back to my address.
                                    After writing so many mails to ajio they told me to ship back the product again. So after shipping back the product from blue dart i can see from the waybill no that my product has reached to the destination address at the ajio office in bengaluru in karnataka on 24 dec 2020 but they are denying that product has not reached i checked in the blue dart also from their end product has reached but ajio is not claiming and not refunding my money back worth Rs. 3000/- Please look into this matter and do needful.
