I paid via UPI .. amount got deducted but orders are still not placed.. doesn't show the items in the order list. Please solve this issue ASAP . Very disappointing!!...

I have selected upi method for payment, my money got debited from my account but when I m coming back to Ajio App no order found in my order section.

I had placed my order through Letyshops. The amount got deducted from my bank account but the order didn't get placed. I even got a confirmation mail from Ajio that my payment was successful. I've been continuously trying to reach their customer service and talk to their executive but no one's picking up my call. The only mail I'm receiving from their side is that they'll contact me soon. But I want my refund so that I can place a new order...

I placed an order on 19/10/2020 for Rs. 3754 and paid via BHIM UPI. Amount got adebited from my account but order not placed.
Also received payment confirmation email from ajio. Please confirm my order and initiate refund asap....

Placed an order on 17th September 2020 in ajio app, the payment was shown as unsuccessful after the amount was debited from my account. I thought that it would be refunded after 48 hrs. But it has not refunded. I tried many times to customer care service but it is impossible to reach out them. I dropped so many mails but it is not responding. I want my money back as soon as possible....

I placed my order on October 17, 2020 . amount is also deducted but order is not placed.
I request either place my order or refund the amount as early as possible....

And there is no confirmation on that i cant see it in the order section in the ajio app

I placed an order of Rs. 1023 on 18.10.2020 (10: 30 PM) on Ajio app. Money from account was debited but i cannot see order in my order section & unable to track the same. I placed an order of Rs. 1000.66 using google pay on October 18, 2020 and the amount got debited from my account but I did not receive the order confirmation yet.

I held an account with Ajio 4 days back. Suddenly the account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.

I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely...

I have ordered two Allen Solly t-shirt on 12th October. 17th October, I have received one parcel from ajio. I received one Allen Solly t-shirt in this parcel. When I checked my order status for other t-shirt, I found that these one also delivered on the same date and time. But I have not received this other t- shirt.
Please do the needful. Otherwise refund my money....

I have placed an order with three items using BHIM API with
Payment Id: pay_FpyrPh1eOWPvJP and Transaction Id:[protected]

The amount is deducted from my account but the order is not placed yet. Also, the order is still there in the cart.
I am attaching the screenshots for the same and Go through them and either return the money or get the order placed.

I tried placing an order in ajio via letyshops. I made a payment for my order for which i received a mail from the payment gateway confirming the transaction, the amount was also deducted from my bank account but my order was not placed nor confirmed.

Later when i tried to reconfirm the order the payment status showed COD. I am really confused and worried about my order.
