Ajio has the poorest customer and delivery service possible I have been trying to reach them. I have kept the products exactly as received but now I received a mail which stated that the return for this product is not possible and at the same time on the ajio app it shows that the product will be refunded by 30th oct. They are literally misleading there customers I have been shopping online for years now from multiple sites but I never had such an experience. I got a call from one of their employees and he asked me the mode of payment and when I said cash on delivery he denied that ajio doesn't take cash on delivery orders so I asked him to check in the system since then I haven't recieved any call for an update. It's such an easy way to simply nullify the fact that I ordered from this site. And cherry on top I have a prepaid order which was supposed to be delivered by 21st oct and the status shows its packed but there is no further update on the order. I tried to cancel the order but then again there was a pop up which said the order is delayed and if you are unable to cancel the order then place a return once you recieve it. I don't want to get into the same trap again. I request you to kindly arrange a return pickup for the denied products. Last time when I asked the pickup guy to check the order he simply said that it didn't have the tags I am not responsible for the ajio tags on the product, there are price tags available on the product and tags on the package that is the only thing which is checked by every other app I order from. Why should I suffer because of a loop hole in their system. I simply want my products to be picked up and my hard earned money refunded. There Customer Care system lacks a responsible behaviour and duty bound attitude to response to genuine complaints and queries of their Customers. They completly lag in Customer Care Managment. The So Called Managers hired by them to deal with Customer Complaints are having a Ruthless attitude towards their own Customers Complaints, they simply deny the Complaints saying it is Vague. When there are proper facts showing Order Number, which has been delievered by Your Company, then on what Grounds u can deny that there have been no such Contract made with respect to such order. This is a 21st Century, a Welfare state norms are followed here.I hereby attach all the details of the Order number and the Picture of the Product Recieved with respect to that Order number, kindly intiate the Return and Refund of this Order, otherwise i will Sue your Company by Filing a Complaint in Consumer Forum.
