This is with regards to my purchase dated 25th September 2020 with order #FL[protected]. I was supposed to receive two refunds, however, I received only once. I tried calling the customer care but no response. I even wrote emails and those were ignored. After repeated emails, they asked for my bank statement. I submitted the statement once and they closed the issue at their end saying that they have refunded the amount. I approached them again and submitted the bank statement, to which they have asked me to wait. The wait is as long as two months and 15 trails emails of follow-ups. I don't think Ajio actually care about their customers.
