Bad 😕 It seems that AJIO has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
I tried placing an order in ajio via letyshops. I made a payment for my order for which i received a mail from the payment gateway confirming the transaction, the amount was also deducted from my bank account but my order was not placed nor confirmed.
Later when i tried to reconfirm the order the payment status showed COD. I am really confused and worried about my order.
Kindly help me get a refund of my money or a...
Yesterday I have placed an order in AJIO, my order is not placed but my money got debited from my account. I have tried reaching customer care as well but no luck....

I hav returnd the product by 10th of oct 20202 and yet not hav revived my refund amount yet today 18oct2020 which is almost 8days...but the website is showing that the return is completed ...and hav not yet got any response from ajio ...tat was very disappointing ...i want to get refund of total amount 1039 for two product ...1 of cost 420 and another fir cost 619

I returned a product on 7/10/2020...I asked for refund... They said refund will be done on 13/10/2020... But I Didn't got my refund amount of Rs.424.78 ...i could not raise a complaint on ajio website but or app, it is showing error

Actually I ordered 2 products and I'm prepaid for that rs.863.
And then I cancelled one product of two..now they have to refund me of RS.524 of one product amount ..but there is no messages regarding refund or intiated of refund ..and another one product of RS .330 also not delivered till estimated date[protected] given

I refunded yesterday finally after 20 days without any updates about refund..thank you for ur support ...
Actually, I ordered 2 products at a time and pay amount 863rs through upi mode
Then I cancelled one product of 2 ..so they have to refund me rs.524 of 1 product cost ..it's already 10 days then also no messages of product refund intiated ...what to do now ..and another one also not delivered[protected] estimated date given ..

Now a days I'm loosing hope on ajio .. because of this experience
I ordered 2 products and prepaid for those 863rs.
later, I cancel 1 product in that before dispatched ..then they have to refund me rs.524 of 1 product cost ..but they don't ..they delivery one product ..but for another one product amount ., I lost ..they are cheaters ..
I don't recommended others also ...

I ordered the pant on ajio. Payment has been done as there is no options for cash on delivery. It's been 10 days the order are done but still my order are not delivered. And no response they are giving neither on app nor on msg.

Today on 15 October 2020 my money got debited while I did upi payment but order was not placed.This was not expected from ajio .please return my money back as soon as possible or I will be forced to take strict action against ajio.Being a social media influencer I will let people know the kind of service provided by ajio.so send my money back or confirm my order as soon as possible.otherwise I will post negative reviews everywhere on the social media.
