The upi payment was successful and I also received a mail from ajio saying it was received but my order is not confirmed

      I ordered belly shoes from ajio, . Order number FL[protected].
      w
      hen this order was delivered to me, I could touch and feel from the outer envelope that the shoe box is broken inside. But as I was in need, I kept it.(I did mention this to delivery boy also that it seems broken from inside. He said these things usually happen while transferring one product from one place to another.)

      But When tried, it was tight for my feet.

      I immediately placed a return request selecting size as the reason. Return pickup guy came to pick it but refused saying shoes has signs of wear-out and box is damaged. I tried to explain him that this is how I received it. but he did not accept it.

      He asked me to contact customer care. since then I have written mails, tweets, opened chats but no reply. it has been 10 days since order was delivered.
      I placed another return request selecting the reason-damaged item received. It has been 5 days, item is yet to be picked up.
      My chats are not being replied to, email is ignored. I have written complaints sharing images of the item received, but no one is responding.

      Please help me take a legal action against them.
      Item cost my only Rs1000 but this fraudster behaviour is unacceptabe.

        Placed an order more than a month ago, the money was deducted from my account but it didn't go through. My order was cancelled but I haven't received a refund. I have tried mailing them, calling them, reaching them on their social media

              I had placed my order through Letyshops. The amount got deducted from my bank account but the order didn't get placed. I even got a confirmation mail from Ajio that my payment was successful. I've been continuously trying to reach their customer service and talk to their executive but no one's picking up my call. The only mail I'm receiving from their side is that they'll contact me soon. But I want my refund so that I can place a new order again.

              After submitting a complaint here I was sent a mail by Ajio almost after 2 days. I was told that I will get my refund within 2 days and they were best on their part. But due to the payment gateway I got my refund after 4-5 days (at least they did their part on time). Ajio is a great brand and I knew that they won't cheat their customers.

              I had placed my order through Letyshops. The amount got deducted from my bank account but the order didn't get placed. I didn't even got any confirmation mail from Ajio that my payment was successful. I want my refund so that I can place a new order again.

                I placed an order on 19/10/2020 for Rs. 3754 and paid via BHIM UPI. Amount got adebited from my account but order not placed.
                Also received payment confirmation email from ajio. Please confirm my order and initiate refund asap.

                      Placed an order on 17th September 2020 in ajio app, the payment was shown as unsuccessful after the amount was debited from my account. I thought that it would be refunded after 48 hrs. But it has not refunded. I tried many times to customer care service but it is impossible to reach out them. I dropped so many mails but it is not responding. I want my money back as soon as possible.

                                I held an account with Ajio 4 days back. Suddenly the account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.

                                I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely with me. Resolution is something that looks vague right now but your staff needs a lot of grooming.. But interaction with your supervisor was a shocker. I didnt call to listen to a radio tape...I expected assurance and validation that something will be worked out. This is crazy honestly.
                                I do not trust your brand/shopping portal and would like to return all the products ordered till date

                                It was my first order and i didnt know that within a week my account will be blocked. I have 70k+ worth of items stuck. I request you to kindly reinstate my account as iw ould like to return everything i ever ordered in past one week from AJIO.

                                I do not trust anything with AJIO. Spare me and return my money
                                I am horrified by such incident and would like you to resolve my issue. The amount is not a small amount and it is really frustrating to go through this. Kindly look into the matter and resolve on priority else i will have to take this to social media. I want return to be created for all the items. I do not want to deal with AJIO. It is a pain

                                  I have ordered two Allen Solly t-shirt on 12th October. 17th October, I have received one parcel from ajio. I received one Allen Solly t-shirt in this parcel. When I checked my order status for other t-shirt, I found that these one also delivered on the same date and time. But I have not received this other t- shirt.
                                  Please do the needful. Otherwise refund my money.

                                  I've ordered 3 tops, a t shirt and a dress from Ajio on 5th November and I received it today, ie, 16th November.
                                  I paid COD and as I returned home and opened my parcel I found that one top was missing. Even the customer care is unavailable.

                                    I have placed an order with three items using BHIM API with
                                    Payment Id: pay_FpyrPh1eOWPvJP and Transaction Id:[protected]

                                    The amount is deducted from my account but the order is not placed yet. Also, the order is still there in the cart.
                                    I am attaching the screenshots for the same and Go through them and either return the money or get the order placed.

                                    Very much unsatisfied and very frsutated with the service...!!!

                                    The customer care doesnot, at all respond to the calls neither replies with mail. Also, no option is avaialable to talk to their customer care executve directily, just replying with nothing more than an auto generated mail.

                                    I was about to give review but unfortunately there is no score in negative... !!!
                                    Worst Experience. You really need to learn from other reputed websites and apps how to manage things online and satisfy your customer...!!!
