tired of calling your ajio customer care for refund of returned order which does respond with a music of no intention to answer, I think you're intentionally avoiding and giving answers on IVR about your policy, unfortunately I don't see any satisfying response or update from portal or app.

I was placing an order on 5th oct. my amount rs.2307 is debited although order is not placed. I sent many emails, tried reaching you through social media and chat service as well. But your team is not answering.

I ordered a yellow skirt of Indya from ajio which was a little big in size.I placed a return and it gave me a date of 7th october 2020.
One executive turned up but denied from picking up the product due to some technical issues from their side.
I am trying to contact the customer care service ever since, but there is no reply from their end.

At first they weren't accepting return of the product. After complaining they did. Now it has been 2 weeks since I have returned the product but haven't received the refund. Also I am unable to contact the customer care service....

I have bought a jeans from ajio.there was a size issue so I returned it it was scheduled to picked up by aug 14th those delivery guys messed up and cancelled my return request j mailed to ajio customer care they told me to send the picture with EAN NUMBER I sent that too now the return window is closed and there is no response from ajio team.i want my money back ....

Order id FL[protected] I had made this prepaid order in which one of the sweter was automatically cancelled by ajio. On 14th of August despite of sending mails no customer service hads resolved it. I need my refund soon...

Same is the case with another order which was partially cancelled by ajio (Order id: fl[protected])...

I have placed a prepaid order on 25th september 2020. And paid the full amt of rs.1416 through phone pay.
After that i have cancelled the order on same day. I have recieved partial refund of rs. 724 on same day but till now the other amt of rs. 692 is not credited to my account.
I have recieved an email about refund has been initiated.
So please refund the amount as soon as possible.

I suspect my refund is being transferred to ajio cs staff
All complaint ids for the same product and manipulated by ajio staffs multiple times without refund. At times i was made to hold phone for half an hour etc on purpose immediate enquiry investigation must be done.

Fl[protected] is my order and rt19101009 is the return id. Ajio is a scam. Taking advantage of quarantine to cheat on customers. I haven't received refund from 3 months. Customer care doesn't care.
Recently by mistake the product around 2000inr which was prepaid got cancelled and yet it is not refunded. It's id is fl[protected] which again they haven't refunded. Somebody ban this app. Scandal!!!...

I had made the payment of 1065.76 using upi on ajio shopping site. After the successful payment message from google pay, the order is not confirmed by ajio. My orders are not updated on the orders sections. There is an issue on the ajio site. Loss for me. Sent mail to them but they replied with their covid mail. There is no proper medium to contact the customer support. I cannot contact them.

Sir, i bought a product from ajio which is defective, what do i do now?
I put a request to take back the product.
But your delivery boy refused to take a return.
Then i talked to the manager here. He clearly refused to take the product and said that do whatever you want to do, we will not take it.

I have placed an order with ajio on 31/08/2020 (Order id #fl[protected]) and i have cancelled part of my order on 13/09/2020. But i have not yet received the refund amount. They have confirmed that the refund amount will be credited to my account by 21/09/2020. But i could not able to track the amount also. I have raised complaints multiple times and contacted with their customer care service also. But my issue not yet rectified...
