    I orderd 4 AJIO shirts out of 4 I received only 3 items but in app it showing 4 are successfully delivered
    I called about this issue to the customer care he said me to not to return other items in the order which I want to.
    Now i need to return the items otherwise the return date will be expired .

      I wanted to order a particular thing but the exact amount for the order got deducted while confirming the payment and order was not placed. It was 623.70 rupees. Either refund back the money in the wallet or the product as its an urgency. Waiting for the response as soon as possible.

            My refund date was 27th oct 2020. Amd i still havent received any refund or any message telling me about delay. I cant contact anyone from ajio. The mail that i sent will be replied only after 72 hours.

              As on 25/10/2020 amount of INR 781.5 debited from my accounts whereas order was not placed.

              I tried to reach customer care executive but failed.
              I didnt get any such update as its 48+ hours of amount deduction.

              Please refund my money back . Take action asap.

                Ajio page wasn't opening up as they were saying that I have to update the Ajio app to the latest version, but when I logged in to my Ajio account after updating the app it said again and again that the password I'm typing isn't correct so I tried another option of logging in by OTP but to my utter dismay even than the account ain't got opened. Now the most important issue which I really want to get resolved as soon as possible is that there were more than 3800/- cash in my Ajio wallet and since the access to my account has been completely blocked how come i will get back my cash. I trusted Ajio with my hard earned money as they promised that their customer can use their Ajio wallet whenever he/she wishes with the surety that our Ajio wallet money won't expire and we will have full access to our money. But when they have blocked my account how come I will get back my cash as they are not providing our money to Paytm or Phonepe as Flipkart does even Amazon too never blocks their customers money, is this the way Ajio deal with it's customers trust and money. Please help me out of this, let me get back my money stucked in my Ajio account wallet. I don't know whether this complaint will ever be get resolved and I'll get my money back, but still with high hopes i have raised the complaint that I do get resolution of my problem and get my hard earned money back.
                Though there are products which I want to return but right now I'm only concerned about getting my money back.

                  Order number FL[protected] I have purchased reebok shoes but there is no price tag or any reebok packaging on it. Packaging was also not proper and Item was not geniune so I tried to return it but they are not taking back without any tag. I have tried a alot to talk with them but customer service number is not working.

                    On 15th of August, 2020. I tried ordering two pair of shoes of puma. At the time of payment, google pay app opened and I paid exact amount of ₹5, 285 but when I went back to AJIO app it showed that order was never placed !! Since then I’ve been asking for my money from you fraudsters and all I’ve been hearing is that I’ll receive my money in 5-7 business days but your “5-7 BUSINESS DAYS ARE NOWHERE TO BE SEEN”. To what extent do I have to fight with you FOR MY OWN MONEY ?????? Do guys even feel responsible for all this chaos and yes Mr. Mukesh Ambani who is sitting on the top of India right now only by doing fraud with us customers and snatching away our money, how is this company even legit ???? It should’ve been shut down long time ago. I don’t care about nothing. I will file FIR against you. You are provoking us to take this action and I’m telling you that this is gonna take a bad turn for you only and I’m gonna put every little and big effort to destroy this fraud company. So that no one ever suffer from what we are going through because of you all. Don’t feel powerful because once your fraud cases are in the hands of laws you’ll be charged for double and triple fine with cancelling your license of this cheapster company. I DON’T KNOW NOTHING... JUST GIVE MY MONEY BACK FOR GOD SAKE!!!

                            Hello sir,

                            Ajio has the poorest customer and delivery service possible I have been trying to reach them. I have kept the products exactly as received but now I received a mail which stated that the return for this product is not possible and at the same time on the ajio app it shows that the product will be refunded by 30th oct. They are literally misleading there customers I have been shopping online for years now from multiple sites but I never had such an experience. I got a call from one of their employees and he asked me the mode of payment and when I said cash on delivery he denied that ajio doesn't take cash on delivery orders so I asked him to check in the system since then I haven't recieved any call for an update. It's such an easy way to simply nullify the fact that I ordered from this site. And cherry on top I have a prepaid order which was supposed to be delivered by 21st oct and the status shows its packed but there is no further update on the order. I tried to cancel the order but then again there was a pop up which said the order is delayed and if you are unable to cancel the order then place a return once you recieve it. I don't want to get into the same trap again. I request you to kindly arrange a return pickup for the denied products. Last time when I asked the pickup guy to check the order he simply said that it didn't have the tags I am not responsible for the ajio tags on the product, there are price tags available on the product and tags on the package that is the only thing which is checked by every other app I order from. Why should I suffer because of a loop hole in their system. I simply want my products to be picked up and my hard earned money refunded. There Customer Care system lacks a responsible behaviour and duty bound attitude to response to genuine complaints and queries of their Customers. They completly lag in Customer Care Managment. The So Called Managers hired by them to deal with Customer Complaints are having a Ruthless attitude towards their own Customers Complaints, they simply deny the Complaints saying it is Vague. When there are proper facts showing Order Number, which has been delievered by Your Company, then on what Grounds u can deny that there have been no such Contract made with respect to such order. This is a 21st Century, a Welfare state norms are followed here.I hereby attach all the details of the Order number and the Picture of the Product Recieved with respect to that Order number, kindly intiate the Return and Refund of this Order, otherwise i will Sue your Company by Filing a Complaint in Consumer Forum.

                              I placed an order on 7 July, 2020 from Ajio, order id FL[protected]. The order was prepaid. I received only one product from this order while the rest were cancelled or returned. It's been more than 3 months, i still haven't received the refund amount of around Rs2000 for the same. I have called many times and talked to many customer care executives. But nothing helpful happened. I sent many emails also. But nobody helped. I just want my refund back.

                                  I had placed an order on Ajio 2 months ago but I never received my product. It was a prepaid order so I decided to cancel it after waiting for 1.5 months but the cancel feature isn't working.
                                  I have raised a complaint twice but no resolution or refund has been provided to me till now. Customer care executives are not easy to reach as no one answers the call easily. I had to call 30 times only then I was able to reach someone.
                                  I am a student, and I bought the product from my limited budget but this fraudulent behaviour is very wrong and I won't hesitate to take a stricter action.

                                      I placed an order on 16th of October and the money Rs 2422 was deducted but order was not successful.I have reached them through calls and emails till date but they were asking for the details which the bank also doesn’t have.They didn’t resolve till date.

                                        I received a defective product on 20 August 2020 and I returned the product (self shipping since the pick up was not available due to covid) after 2 days. The return ID was RT20811301. Its been 2 months and I haven't received the refund yet. I have mailed Ajio customer care several times and they promised to resolve the issue by 22 October 2020, but they haven't responded yet. Kindly refund my money. Please.

                                        How can you mark this complaint as resolved when it is not? Ajio has send me a mail again stating that they will resolve but they have not done anything.
