I have ordered a product from ajio on 23 July 2020 Order id is FL[protected] I have partially returned a product that is *block print pant suit set* firstly they have created a return id & there was an issue from there backend my product wasn't picked up then I followed up with them 3-4 times regarding my return, finally they picked up my product n delivery person didn't gave me the slip as well & return information wasn't updated, then I called them nxt day fr this issue that my return hasn't any update, I really don't knw what they did my return id got cancelled & still I don't get my refund now it has been 3 months already every time I called them r get in touch with them they just raised a complaint & don't do anything on that even they told me my product has reached to their warehouse then where is my refund... They provide very very pathetic service. I am very much dissapointed & specially in this covid time they actually mentallyharrased me.. Please I request you to take action on ajio & I want my refund back..
