I had placed an order on Ajio 2 months ago but I never received my product. It was a prepaid order so I decided to cancel it after waiting for 1.5 months but the cancel feature isn't working.
I have raised a complaint twice but no resolution or refund has been provided to me till now. Customer care executives are not easy to reach as no one answers the call easily. I had to call 30 times only then I was able to reach someone.
I am a student, and I bought the product from my limited budget but this fraudulent behaviour is very wrong and I won't hesitate to take a stricter action.

    I had ordered a product on ajio, and pay a money using credit card but after 3-4 day product cancelled autometically and money is not refunded by ajio

      I placed an order on 16th of October and the money Rs 2422 was deducted but order was not successful.I have reached them through calls and emails till date but they were asking for the details which the bank also doesn’t have.They didn’t resolve till date.

        I received a defective product on 20 August 2020 and I returned the product (self shipping since the pick up was not available due to covid) after 2 days. The return ID was RT20811301. Its been 2 months and I haven't received the refund yet. I have mailed Ajio customer care several times and they promised to resolve the issue by 22 October 2020, but they haven't responded yet. Kindly refund my money. Please.

        How can you mark this complaint as resolved when it is not? Ajio has send me a mail again stating that they will resolve but they have not done anything.

          On October 20 2020, my money got deducted via upi payment mode and order wasn't placed. Have tried calling customer care executives and everytime they again and again say the same thing that money will be refunded within 48 hrs but still no sign of refund can i see. Despite several attempts the company is not bothered to refund . They don't even respond to complaints via email. Please help.

            I have ordered a product from ajio on 23 July 2020 Order id is FL[protected] I have partially returned a product that is *block print pant suit set* firstly they have created a return id & there was an issue from there backend my product wasn't picked up then I followed up with them 3-4 times regarding my return, finally they picked up my product n delivery person didn't gave me the slip as well & return information wasn't updated, then I called them nxt day fr this issue that my return hasn't any update, I really don't knw what they did my return id got cancelled & still I don't get my refund now it has been 3 months already every time I called them r get in touch with them they just raised a complaint & don't do anything on that even they told me my product has reached to their warehouse then where is my refund... They provide very very pathetic service. I am very much dissapointed & specially in this covid time they actually mentallyharrased me.. Please I request you to take action on ajio & I want my refund back..

              I placed 2 prepaid orders on 25th September 2020
              Id : FL[protected]
              Other order id : FL[protected]
              In those orders, i have cancelled some (3) products on the next day, for which i still didnt received refund yet.
              Other 2 products i have returned to them becuse of fit issue.. But refund is not yet done for them too.
              Total refund pending - 3 cancelled items
              2 returned items

                This is the complain regarding the shoes bought online from Ajio.com which developed cracks in just 5 months of indoor usage. .. i am trying to get in touch with Ajio customer care ( COM[protected]) team since 3rd Oct 2020 just to get an automated response. Their customercare numbers make you wait for 30 to 40 minutes only to disconnect it in couple o[censored]nsatisfactory comments.

                    I ordered couple of products from ajio out of which the expensive products didn't have company tags on them. I wasn't aware of it because there was a trust factor on online shopping from ajio. But I didn't like the product so I placed a return request but the pickup guy refused to take my return because of the missing tags. The pickup guy told me that an email will be sent from their end but after few days my return was cancelled without any justification. Since then I am unable to reach ajio customer care. I have spent hard earned money on theses products. Kindly, help with the procedure.

                    I received an update from ajio that my return has been cancelled and I have been asked to place a new return with pictures of the product tags EAN which I am unable to do as the app shows the return will be picked by 30october

                      I had placed a order for top in AJIO of Rs.536.90 on 22 October 2020. The money has been deducted but order is not placed. It’s not even visible in Cart. I had did google pay and even received mail telling payment successful. Still order is not placed. Please get back my money.

                        So I was trying to order some products from Ajio app of worth 11, 613.11₹ and I paid the amount through my ICICI bank debit card. After entering my OTP I got the text of successful transaction from my bank but in the Ajio app the purchase was failed. So I don’t know what to do now but it has been 2 days and I haven’t got my money back. Please help.

                            I have ordered few items from Ajio as I had some amount in Ajio' wallet and some payment was done from phone pe. Now the wallet amount is 0 and also amount is successfully deducted from my account(phone pe) and I am not able to see any order Id and also no order is placed.

                            Can you let me know the further steps. Will my ordered get placed or the money will be returned to me?

                                      Done a transaction on 18th of October at 9:39 pm precisely the amount was deducted from the bank and but i could not see the order being placed in the application.I called the customer service they told to wait 48 hours but nothing happened. I called again and they are telling to wait again till 23 October.I had called the customer service like 5 to 6 times and also they do not get connected easily. Please look in the matter. I am also attaching a email screenshot saying that the amount is received by Ajio, it also has the payment id of the transaction.

                                        I have placed an order on 16th oct and payment has been deducted from my account of rs 1557.94 and 200 from ajio wallet but I haven’t received an order conformation id I’ve mailed the same day since then there is no revert back also.
