I order 2 quantify of "Literide Perforated Slingback Clogs" on 16th Dec 2022 under the
order FN[protected].

I have received only 1 quantity of above said product and 2nd quantity is not yet shipped from the warehouse.

I have raised multiple complaints and e-mailed several times but no luck yet.

    Everytime I was responded with standard reply that items were shipped but in reality only one quantity was delivered to me. Still waiting for 2nd quantity. I shared as much details as I have. It clearly states that they shipped only item.

      I ordered through AJIO on 18th December (Order# FN[protected]). My order got delivered on 23rd December 2022, since then i have placed a return request. But no one from AJIO came to pick the parcel. I've even raised an issue but still no response from AJIO. I've been calling customer care everyday but nothing works.

        Good day,

        I would like to return a product however at the time of delivery there was no tag on the product. There was no tag attached when I received my initial package.

        Ajio’s CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINE IS SO POOR AND BAD, NO ONE PICKS UP THE CALL AND PUT YOU ON LOOP HOLD.

        Please assist

        Ajio product exchange due to damage.

        I got a damaged product and put for exchange and then Ajio cancelled that order due to which the return date got lapsed and i am unable to return that . Raised a complaint in their prestigious customer care where there is no care for customer. A day after they closed the complaint messaged your problem was resolved. No action nothing no return no refund closed the complaint and the reason for closing is you where unavailable over phone. The photos are send over email with the tag and why they want to connect after all proof. raised 3 to 4 complaints all the complaints where closed without any action . And the worst thing is that they even blocked my number so I was unable to call customer care then I tried with other number executive took the phone. Then I gave them a huge lot of applause for this activity. I don't want this damage product take it back and give me my money back.

          I bought a product by looking at the image they put on their website. But they delivered me a different product. After that, I tried to put return request and their website was not working. I sent them the screenshots and then they put in a return request. Since then I am writing emails to them. In every reply, they give me one date and after that, I have to repeat the whole process. My product is worth 3499 INR. Money is stuck with them. Such poor management. My order id is #FN[protected].

                    Hey, I had order the product on ajio Rs.2001/- as I didn't like it I intiated a return and the product was picked up at 21st dec 2022, but till now I haven't initated refund if I reach them through customer care some tell me it will be initated at 28th dec 2022 and some tell wait till jan 4th2023. please seek to this problem and resolve as soon as possible

                      Hello, I purchased louis Philippe hoodie from ajio website, it's color got faded in a single wash. the product was fake it is barely 2 months old please help me with a product replacement or refund I purchased it on 22 October, after that, I wore only one day and kept it again I have taken it out and worn from 20 December and after 1 wash with water its color got faded away and it also has holes to it and it's stitches got worn off, i believe...

                        The return of approx rs 2550/- clothes is not smooth at all. They are not scheduling the return as per our time slot at all.. And they attempt 3 times return and then it is not allowed. Their pick up agents come at their timings when we are not at home so it has become a big nuisance for me to return the wrong items also . I think myntra has much better and prompt services in cancellation or return and refund of products. If this issue is not resolved i will never buy any product from ajio nor recommend to my people. Thank u . And whenever i m calling customer care they disconnect their side and it becomes a nuisance to keep calling . Ajio has to look into the customer time slot also for pick up since its our money which is stuck with them for damaged/wrong/misfit products... Ty

                            AJIO randomly cancelled my orders and gave a reason as quality checks failed even though I can still see the items available on the website but now at 90% higher cost than when i placed the orders.

                            This is definitely a reason for MRP mismatch and AJIO is fooling customers.

                            I want my order, and if the company is saying defective then i want the defective order itself or else proof of this defect.

                            I demand a compensation or a coupon to be able to reorder at the same price i initially bought it.

                                Hey there, I had placed an order (FN[protected]) on AJIO on 23rd Nov 2022. And I didn't like 2 of the 3 products from my order. I have raised a return request (RT[protected] for the said products on 28th Nov 2022 with refund amount of Rs 1231.43. However, on 29th I received a refund of Rs 691.43 but the refund amount of Rs 540 for one of the items has not been credited to my account.

                                  Company is not deliver my order since 14 Dec and I called to them many times bt they cut my calls and not listen to me. I also payment for order before deliver . And now they just make fun of me . Everyday the send me the msg of out for delivery bt not deliver my order till now
