    Purchase product not delivered in expected date and never tried to delivered on given addres, only fake attempt to contact and never call to registered mob number, and self return the product ans refund also not receive

      The incident took place on 10th of November 2022. I received a call from an unknown number. The man impersonated to be a delivery person and asked me for otp to cancel the order from their side. I gave them the otp and soon after, they accessed my account and changed the password and the phone number, locking me out of the account. There was more than about 3000 rupees in my Ajio wallet. My email id and personal details are still attached with the account.
      I called the Ajio customer care multiple times only to receive no response from their end.

        I have purchased 5 products and returned all of them to AJIO on 21st Sep 2022. However they have refunded only for 2 products, confirmed receipt of 2 products but are not providing refund and for 1 product they say that they did not receive the product where I returned all to the ame person on same day. They are now not responding to my mails

          I have placed an prepaid order at ajio on 8th nov and cancelled it on same day cause of my personal reasons and they say the refund will be intimated on same day and it'll reflect on your account at second day.. it been clear that's a lie ... It's the first time am having such a awful experience from ajio. Never ordering again cause the trust been with this site as gone way... And refund not yet received... Thanks🙏

            Tried calling multiple times but no resolution.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              We ordered a Melorra Mata Lakshmi Ji 999.9 gold coin from Ajio on 16th October vide order number FN[protected]. The maximum timeline for the delivery date was 31st October. It was not even shipped till 26th October. We mailed Ajio's customer support email many times too but no one replied. Finally after many calls and mails to them it was delivered. But facing a major major problem now. The gold coin that we ordered is of fineness 999.9 but the one sent by Ajio is of fineness 999 Gold has a level of fineness, more details here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fineness#Gold More info about this is available everywhere online. On Ajio's website and on the invoice 999.9 is mentioned. PFA the unboxing video and photos of the product received along with the invoice and the product details as mentioned on their website. Everywhere 999.9 is mentioned. Contacted the brand but they were very rude and told us to talk to Ajio. Contacted Ajio but they are making excuses now. First they said that there is no difference between 999 fineness and 999.9 fineness of gold. There is a difference and the same is mentioned here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fineness#Gold Then we were told that the replacement/exchange option is not possible which we had requested for initially. And finally we were told that this product is non-returnable so it cannot be returned. Why cannot this product be returned? How are we at fault here? We paid for a product, waited more than 20 days for its delivery and finally a different fineness product was delivered so how can the concerned run from their responsibility now by saying that the product is non returnable? On Ajio's website, on the invoice everywhere it is mentioned that the product which will be delivered will be 999.9 fineness of gold so why was the wrong fineness product delivered in the first place? You can check our previous gold order from Ajio which were of 999.9 gold only. If there is no difference between 999.9 fineness and 999 fineness then how come all previous orders delivered were 999.9 gold only? We have always received what we ordered but this time first the order was delayed and then instead of asking the packing team or the seller about this, this non returnable line is being told to us. Let's agree with this line for a second, but please tell the concerned to explain why was the product in the fineness as mentioned on Ajio's website and on the invoice not sent? No complain has been registered on this issue so far but we have been telephonically told to wait for 48 hours. Just try to imagine our condition after the non returnable line was told to us. How can the concerned put the blame on the customer when there is no fault of the customer? Kindly look into this.

                I requested a return for a t-shirt on Ajio on 18th September. Its been almost 2 months now and the return pick-up has not happened. I have written back and forth to the customer care and they have only given me multiple dates of resolution with no result whatsoever.
                I have received multiple text messages claiming that the return could not happen because the customer wasn't reachable. However, not once have a received any call from any logistics partner. The number given in these messages is of an ex-employee of the logistics firm. Its highly unprofessional.

                Please pick-up the product and refund my money ASAP.

                    Ordered 2 Qty of KB Team Spirit 3-4 Yr TShirt on AJIO on 8-oct-2022 (FN[protected]) and delivered on 18-oct-2022, But within the package found 1 Qty only, so decided to return a package and initiated return process(RT[protected] on same day, then 19-oct-2022 package picked and same day refund amount was credited for 1 Qty, For remaining 1 Qty raised complaint(COM[protected]) and following AJIO more than 15 days they keep on extending resolution time and asking more details(not mentioning what kind of details they need)but not refunded and denied, i end up with loss of my money, patients and time.

                      I order a jeans which has order no. FN[protected], when i received it, it had cuts all over it and i also sjowed that to delivery boy and then i placed the return request but delivery boy rjected it saying it can't pass the quality check and then i talk with ajio customer care and they said to place it under a wrong item shipped and i did but it showing now that the return request is on hold.
                      Please help me !!!

                        I Ordered puma Shoe On Ajio.. and This Is My big Mistake of My Life because When I Received My Order i Unbox Them In Front Dilivery boy.. I opened it, I found Puma shoes In different articles and Ussed Shoes.Then I told the delivery boy that why are you giving me bad and torn shoes?So he told me you put its return order and it will be returned.but this time i can't take it back...then same day i told to ajio customer.. same word he said raise return order.. with photos your refund. you will get within 3-5 days. after 5 day i haven't received any updates from ajio. then i call again. and asked for update he said till date your order not rech our warehouse.. then after 1 day i call again and also write a mail to ajio he said your order non ajio Diclared we can't accept.. we returned back to you. and call closed.. then i call again.. but no response.. i'm fully faded.. with ajio service. after too many times call to ajio customer care .. told full story. again and again. return exchange date over on 23-oct-2022. i call again to customer. he said again take photos and mail to ajio customer care. same process again what the Making fool to customers fully time waste money waste. my mind fully worst with ajio service.. completely understand...i humble request to Ajio If the customer spend money, then give him the product according to the money.why you are send any thing.. Money doesn't grow on any tree.There is hard work day and night.so Kindly get my Refund back and take what you are Delivered to me.till date issues not resolved. Please help me..

                          I order steve madden pumps for my wedding instead what i recieved completely shock me an old sneakers also very dirty. I file for a return, they cancel my return saying i need to show the tag.. How can I hava a tag when i recieved an old shoes.. I do not trust this site anymore.. so hard to contact customer care.. if they do not solve this problem I am going to the consumer court

                            I had ordered a dress for my daughter (Description - Stripes A-line Dress Multi, 3-6M,[protected] vide Invoice No. FHR[protected] which was delivered to me on 21st Oct'2022 by Ajio through Shawdowfax courier AWB No.SF[protected]AJI, but it was not as per the image and description as shown on there mobile application. I tried returning the product with all the required details for 4 times (3 times through the official AJIO application and 1 time through there customer care official.)
                            All the 4 return request were cancelled by AJIO without providing any valid reason and I receive a SMS from AJIO stating that we are glad you changed your mind.
                            Request you to please look into the matter and help in resolving the issue by arranging the Pickup through AJIO and help in getting the refund of the amount paid.

                              I returned a product on 9th oct. 2022 with Order ID: FN[protected] and Return ID #RT83617786 for which i have not received a refunded yet.
                              From 9th oct its 02st Nov and customer care executive keep on asking for 2 more days again and again.

                                Incident took place on 28/10/22
                                A person impersonated as the delivery person and asked for OTP to cancel the order, but scammed me and used it to access my account.
                                Went into the e-wallet and took out Rs.5000 and transferred the money into his account.
                                He still has access to my account. I contacted the Ajio customer care but they have not done anything. I have not got my account back and there are still Rs.1237 in e-wallet.

                                Please look into the matter and help me get back my money.

                                  I ordered Armani exchange wallet from AJIO app. I got a packet with a fake product and wallet tag . I gave the request to return but they cancel request and inform me about the request cancellation . I request again but they hold the request. Pls help me to refund money as soon as possible

                                    HI team,
                                    I received Oct 26 2022, tw0 sets of camisoles the colors and patterns are different from what I ordered.
                                    I tried to return them from website but these items are non returnable list.
                                    There is an option if the wrong items are delivered (for non -returnable items) please contact customer care. I do not see any option to explain this issue in the below customer care number:
                                    This happened earlier as well it took 1 month to call these customer care people to return the wrongly shipped items.
                                    kindly help.

                                      I returned products from ajio of worth rs 1782. They refunded the money to my ajio wallet. I tried to transfer to my bank account but it dint happen after many days wait too. I contacted ajio customer care and requested to transfer my ajio wallet money to my bank account which they never did even after waiting for so many days. Now I don't have that money in my ajio wallet as well.

                                      It is neither transferred to my bank account not in my ajio wallet.

                                      Ajio had looted my money and they always try to do this.
                                      Please help in getting back my money.

                                        I ordered a red kurta online along with a green kurta
                                        And i partially returned the red kurta...After a few days i contacted about refund
