Recently I have ordered a rayban sunglasses from Ajio app with order id FN [protected].after four days I have received the package.As it of little expensive, worth of around 12000rs I opened it by recording with my camera.By opening the package I noticed that the product is different from what I have ordered.so I carefully kept all the product related stuff inside the package and requested for pickup.The next day the pickup person came and picked up the product.after 15 days the ajio team has contacted me and they concluded the product as a non ajio product and they won’t process the refund.I have been fighting with ajio team almost a month.Recently they reshipped the product to me.but I didn’t accept it because they sent me a different product what I have returned to them.I have all the images of product what I have received, returned and what the seller has received.so I don’t want to spare them because these ajio team is doing fraud things and cheating customers by sending fake products and blaming the customers.

    I order a shirt from ajio which I received it on 14 but that wasn't the exact fit so I immediately returned it, on 15th Feb the mention date for pickup was 22nd but till now I didn't even get any updates for the pickup ... I have also raised for complaint in ajio .. customer care but that too didn't hlp .. please try helping me out ... in the pickup and my refund ...

      I'm Abhishek I'm a loyal customer of ajio and I'm facing refund issue from September 2022. Lot's of time i make a call to ajio customer care but still my problem not solved yet already 5 months complete I'm very disappointed from such issues my Order ID is :- FN[protected] Please check my issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.         Order# FN[protected] || COM[protected]

        I ordered a full suit blazer set. Website said that the last item is available for the product. Firstly, they send an incomplete order ( just the blazer). They acknowledge the same and offers a partial refund. I chose to return the product. They agree on mails to do a smooth return.

        Return item never gets picked up. They keep sending super polite mails saying that they leave no stone unturned to resolve the issue but the issue is never resolved even after 2 official complaints that Ajio team raised themselves. They keep changing status that customer has changed his mind to keep the product. I have to again raise a return request.

        Highly incompetent and unethical IT systems to change status etc.

          I ordered the ACTION'S Shoe on 3rd Jan, And I received the wrong product (item). Order ID #FN[protected]
          till now I didn't get my refund! Even not showing the proper tracklist, I returned the wrong product on 8th Feb 2023, I'm very frustratedAjio's customer service is the worst and trickery!

            I have received a different order with a brand tag on it but there was no price tag which I have returned. The order was picked up on 30 Jan 2023. But the refund amount is not yet received. It's been 13 days since the product has been picked up.

              Hi,
              I am Ayaan. Ajio customer care is always taking their customers for granted. I recently placed a new order on ajio. Which is not been packed and shipped yet. I somehow chose the wrong delivery address from saved addresses. I contacted the customer care many times but they are not willing to help me. They are saying to cancel the order. But the prices are doubled up now. They can easily change the address. They behave rudely and said not call them for this issue again.

              I have also shared them the new address and all details on the customer email id. But giving excuses only.
              Please help me out.

                Not changing my the delivery address in my recent order

                Hi,
                I am Ayaan. I recently placed an order on ajio but somehow I chose the wrong delivery address. The order has not been shipped yet even it is not packed yet. ORDER ID # FN[protected].
                I also contacted to their customer care but they are not willing to help me. I can't place a new order as the prices are increased by double amount.

                I have ordered curtains on 28th January 2023 with following details:

                URBAN DREAM - Set of 2 Printed Blackout Door Curtains
                URBAN DREAM - Set of 2 Floral Print Door Curtains
                as the product details talks about the set of 2 curtains, so i have ordered 2 quantities of it.
                but, when I received the item, there was just one quantity of each curtain (2-2 curtains) (4 curtains instead of 8). The customer support agent promised to provide the remaining curtains once I complained about it. but nothing happened. I complained four times, but I still did not receive my products yet. I often complained to them, but I never got a call back. The customer service rep was quite unpleasant. This was my first purchase from AJIO, and I'm not at all happy.
                Every time they said they would bring the remaining curtains, but nothing has been done. They are not seriously considering it. The worst experience I've ever had is right now.

                          I had ordered Tommy Hilfiger shoes from Ajio.com and received them on 31st Dec 2022. The product is not as per quality of the brand, it seems like 1st copy & not original. I had an conversation with the company's customer care about the same, they asked me about all the details and I gave them the same. As it was a gift, it was checked after return date. Now they are refusing to take my order back. I have sent the pictures, I have a valid invoice. I have been trying to get my claim for more than a month. They are selling fake products. After spending so much we are not expecting such quality.

                            This ie regarding AJIO Order ID: FN[protected]. I had an ordered a Michael Kors bag. It is a satchel with a detachable strap. When I opened the parcel, the detachable strap is missing. I had complained so many times on AJIO customer care. No action had been taken as of now

                              It’s been almost a year and ajio has not refunded my money back. I’ve ordered a product from ajio and returned the same but they have not issued me my money back for INR 411, I have written multiple mails to them regarding the same but they are not responding back.

                                I have raised an issue regarding the product, its use, it's quality, it's product description and quality assurance. Inspite of every wrong information by the company platform is not taking the complaint in the right direction. It is harrassing the complainant for choosing platform for shopping needs. In the name of resolution return pick-up was scheduled however Delivery executive denied the pickup without listening. It was a used product listed already in the complaint that without daily use shoe sole came out it is hardly 10days o[censored]se. This is not the way of handling grevience?? Are we sitting for taking this ###??
                                What kind of resolution is this?? Was i not clear in my complain?? Product images and invoice?? What more is required. Over it i already spoke to catbird company executive his discussion was also attached.. Highly disappointed. Is it the cost of trusting ajio and products listed?? Hated the overall so called resolution and product experience

                                    I have ordered 7 ladies suits by above referred order. I received complete order in 4 installments. first 3 I got 4 suits as per order. 4th delivery though on the cover mentioned 3 items, when opened, we received two pyjamas instead of 3 suits.

                                    Please review the supplies and supply 3 suits as per our order. I can return two pyjamas i received by mistake I hope.
