I had ordered Tommy Hilfiger shoes from Ajio.com and received them on 31st Dec 2022. The product is not as per quality of the brand, it seems like 1st copy & not original. I had an conversation with the company's customer care about the same, they asked me about all the details and I gave them the same. As it was a gift, it was checked after return date. Now they are refusing to take my order back. I have sent the pictures, I have a valid invoice. I have been trying to get my claim for more than a month. They are selling fake products. After spending so much we are not expecting such quality.

    This ie regarding AJIO Order ID: FN[protected]. I had an ordered a Michael Kors bag. It is a satchel with a detachable strap. When I opened the parcel, the detachable strap is missing. I had complained so many times on AJIO customer care. No action had been taken as of now

      It’s been almost a year and ajio has not refunded my money back. I’ve ordered a product from ajio and returned the same but they have not issued me my money back for INR 411, I have written multiple mails to them regarding the same but they are not responding back.

        I have raised an issue regarding the product, its use, it's quality, it's product description and quality assurance. Inspite of every wrong information by the company platform is not taking the complaint in the right direction. It is harrassing the complainant for choosing platform for shopping needs. In the name of resolution return pick-up was scheduled however Delivery executive denied the pickup without listening. It was a used product listed already in the complaint that without daily use shoe sole came out it is hardly 10days o[censored]se. This is not the way of handling grevience?? Are we sitting for taking this ###??
        What kind of resolution is this?? Was i not clear in my complain?? Product images and invoice?? What more is required. Over it i already spoke to catbird company executive his discussion was also attached.. Highly disappointed. Is it the cost of trusting ajio and products listed?? Hated the overall so called resolution and product experience

            I have ordered 7 ladies suits by above referred order. I received complete order in 4 installments. first 3 I got 4 suits as per order. 4th delivery though on the cover mentioned 3 items, when opened, we received two pyjamas instead of 3 suits.

            Please review the supplies and supply 3 suits as per our order. I can return two pyjamas i received by mistake I hope.

                I have ordered 3 pants in ajio and returned them due to incorrect size. They have taken back the product on 30th December and as per the policy the refund should be credited into 7-10 working days but I still didn't get the money when I raised a complaint through Gmail they have asked PDFs of all the transactions from the day I have ordered it to present day. But My bank is refused to share such information. I am stuck here please help me with this. I have given some of the details in the photo

                      I ordered jeans from ajio but when I got the product i was not satisfied with the quality I created return for the product with the option of I want refund in my bank account i filled all the details of my back account but when return is complete they send money on ajio wallet which I haven't choose for.I tried lot of tome to contact with costumer care in app but no one is responding.Why am I even consider this when I haven't choose for refund in ajio wallet.Its all about trust.This is not the right way to deal with their valuable costumers.Not gonna recommend Ajio to anyone and also make sure to share this incident with my instagram fan's.I trusted ajio so much but they are not worthy

                        Hello,
                        I got a call from a woman claiming to be from sales and promotional department of AJIO.
                        They literally use the links and offers from ajio which looks so legit!!
                        They asked me to place an order from the ajio app but do not pay from the app. Instead send screenshot of the cart and pay through imobile app. Instructed the process on call and gave bank details saying it’s a tie up bank account with the company and RBI. I paid 5000, and in return will receive any one gift selected from 5 options. (I selected laptop) .. later they asked to pay 12999 against GST to process further, when I denied, he threatened me saying if you don’t RBI and indian government will ruin my life and send notice at my doorstep. These people are using AJIO’s name and doing illegal things collecting money with tricks which looks so legitimate!!

                          I got damaged bellies and put for exchanged Ajio cancelled the order and the return date got lapsed.

                          First think while delivering bellies usually it will be in a box as such good packing was not done

                          Then i received the damaged product put for exchange and on the date the return window closed they have cancelled that exchange now i am unable to return or use that product

                          Either take this product back and give me the refund.

                          So i raised the complaint this prestigious Ajio customer care as usual raised a complaint and the day after received the message your issue is closed reason was unable to reach over phone. For name sake they called me means gave me a miss call and cut the phone is a single ring. At that time phone was in my hand when I try to it take they cut .suddenly message came after it.

                          Raised the complaint 4 times same thing happened but they didn't try calling me.

                          I tried calling customer care via registered number was unable to connect they even blocked my number I understood this when I tried with other number the executive attended the phone. I gave a huge lot of applause. Raised a complaint same this happened on next day.

                          I need my money back or exchange me the product.

                            My order was picked on Jan 13 2023. It is a nike shoes. The delivery person took otp. In app it is coming as transient to ware house. I'm not able to track my return status. Customer care is not helping me despite of 100 emails n chats. I'm left in dark. I'm neither receiving any txt. Please look into the matter n help me get refund.

                                    I have ordered "floral knitted round neck cardigan" of small size, but I received wrong size(medium) of product on 18th December. So applied for exchanged. The courier boy came only once on 23/12 and told me that tag on the product is wrong and so it cant be exchanged. He told me that better you complain to customer care and once they(customer care personnel) will remove code I will come back and exchange the product.
                                    But when I called to customer care she told me that this product cant be exchanged, so better you wait for reattempt of the item and just refuse when delivery person come and afterwards cancel that item, But delivery person never came back till date. I raised complaint regarding this on 24rd december with compliant no COM[protected], it says resolution date is 31/12.

                                    At that I was not able to return the product as it is not updated in my order. And delivery person didn't come after 23/12. As per return policy last date of return is 28/12, So I again called customer care personnel and she guide me to email this whole matter to ajio customer care and they will refund your amount. So I email all the detail for which complaint was raised and they resolved my problem by telling that I will be given my refund. Refund initiated was shown in my order on 29th December, But when even on 7th January 2023 I didn't get refund I against raised complaint and they replied that They will not refund my money.
                                    I have complaint that first they initiated refund and now telling so for refund. Second that delivery personnel, customer care and reply from customer care email guided me wrong. So kindly look into the matter and get my refund back

                                      I had ordered a pair from ajio. I received the product but it was of smaller size. Since there were no larger size i requested for a return. Everyday they would send me an OTP but they have never ever tried to contact me at all. And I used to receive notifications stating that they attempted to pick up the return. Soon the return window of the or will close. It's been a week and the product is stuck with me.

                                        I ordered through AJIO on 25th December (Order# FN[protected]). My order got delivered on 30rd December 2022, and returned product on 3rd January, 2023. They refunded money on ajio wallet instead of bank account and when i transferred refunded amount to bank account on 4th January, 2023 ajio wallet cash debited but still not received in my bank account in ajio wallet it saw deduced but still not received in my bank account.
