I bought a Fashor kurta set (order id- FN[protected]) from Ajio and returned it due to size fit issue (RT[protected].

Product was picked up successfully on 11th April by Ajio agent and agent also gave me pickup acknowledgement reciept (attached)

My return (RT[protected] reciept is attached here.
*** Total weight of my returned product- 1429 Grams
*** Tracking ID of my returned order[protected]Delhivery)
You can track this AWB that it reached Ajio successfully from my end.

What Ajio has reship back to me saying what I sent was non ajio product and they can't process refund.
Tracking ID- [protected] (Ecom)
Total weight of package- 0.2 Gram
Item inside- kids apparel (without tag) which I don't recognize.

This is not the same product which I have returned to Ajio as *** the Weight doesn't match. (See proof attached)

Please process refund of 839 rs. Ajio took away fashor kurta set as well as the money and denied the refund which is not fair at all.

    I received a wrong item so I raised a return request they took time to verify the return request and accepted and couri guy also pick the product and then product is reached the warehouse but now they are telling that is non ajio product but the product is in ajio and i told the product code to supervisor now they are tell they cannot process the refund they will reship the product this is so fake they are wasting our time

      I had returned the product and after verify courier person picked up the product. I have been contacting ajio for refund but they are saying they have received non ajio product so they won't refund and reshipped the non ajio product. I had returned the ajio product and if they received non ajio they they should penalized courier because courier person picked the Ajio product from me. If it was non ajio then he wouldn't have picked up. Please help me to get refund

          My account phone number has been changed without consent and my ajio wallet had 10000 rupees. i contacted ajio customer care but there has n't been much of response.

            I try to order 2 products from ajio and make a payment of 1820 through gpay to reliance retail account of ajio on 4th april 2023 at 6:2 pm but the order was not shown in my ajio orders. I thought money will be refunded soon if order is not placed. Then I placed same order at 6:8 pm on same date and make same payment of 1820 to ajio another account. This order was reflected in my ajio orders. But when I come across that my money is not refunded I canceled the second order also who’s money was refunded on same day. My issue is that the first payment I made to reliance retail account is not refunded to me after so many days also. Your money back policy is of 7 days but its been quite too long. I contacted you through mails, calls, messages but my issue is till not solved.

              AJIOlife I received a product against order ID FN[protected]. I ordered 6 shirt but due to size and material issue product not suit to me so, I raised a return request and returned the product with a proper Ajio tag. The item was accepted by the delivery person meaning it met the return conditions. The product was reshipped to me. After receiving the product I can see 2 very bad quality shirts is returned to me. I returned 6 shirt and now received 2 shirts with worst condition and faulty color. This means something went wrong during the logistics
              I request you to look into the issue and process my refund. i received a completely different product which I did not order.

              This is highly disappointing from Ajio. I expect proper action from your end. Request you to refund the money and take the product back.take action against culprits.courier pickup by delhivery.

                My order FN[protected] was delivered on 8 march on the same day i had raised for return still now the product is not picked up and in between so many fake attempts(i didn't get any calls to my number or alternate number) and once ajio cancelled my return and after calling customer care they scheduled return again and now again they cancelled my return i didn't understand why this is happening.

                  WORNG PRODUCT delivered UNDER AWB No. SF[protected]AJI of ORDER ID FN[protected] DELIVERED TO ME BUT IN APPLICAITON IT IS MARKED NOT DELIVERED

                  CHEATING DONE TO ME EITHER BY LOGISTIC TEAM OR AJIO TEAM because of following reasons :
                  1. PRODUCT UNDER AWB No. SF[protected]AJI IS DELIVERED but in APPLICATION MARKED AS NOT DELIVERED.

                  2. NON AJIO WRONG PRODUCT inside the package.

                  I shared images of

                  1. Outer package - proof that product delivered to me
                  2. non ajio product received under package.

                  over mail for almost 20 times but they do not give any resolution and every time they ask to share image though i have already shared previously and also confirmed over the call that images were visible in their erp and database then too again they ask to share images but no resolution

                  As the product is marked as not delivered and then there was non ajio product inside the package it is proved that fraud and cheating is done with me.

                  also there is no invoice inside the package. explained all this to ajio multiple times over the call and also over the emails at [protected]@ajio.com

                    I feel sorry and regret to inform you that I have harassed by your company for the 1st time . Plz read my case carefully and go through each and every word I am writing . I have ordered two articles for which I am going to attach proves that is Armani exchange belt and wallet . I made this order cod . While the delivery person came my home I have handed him cash worth 14477 worth both the product . then I opened the parcel and to my surprise I have received a blue Color used shirt . And both my ordered article weren’t there .
                    After multiple calls and multiple complains and uploading the image of the shirt, they have harassed us for a week ‘s time . I use to be on hold with customer care and they use to cut the calls . I have called them multiple times but no body cared, after a week they finally agreed to return the money of my belt .And they closed the case, then for wallet money again I complained they have literally tortured me and promised me saying I will reopen your case and supervisor of ajio promised me to return money by 31st of march . All the calls are recorded . Me and my husband complained so many times that the team hasn’t refunded our money for wallet, but without giving us any information both the times they closed the case . They returned me belt money but wallet money is still with them

                      On 30th March, 2023 I order tommy hilfiger sliders from ajio and when I get it delivered the product which I received was different from what was ordered so I created a return ticket for my product mentioning wrong shipment on 4th April 2023 and they replied by 6th April we will get you an resolution but after 6 I'm constantly messaging and calling them they are not replying me

                        This order of Handblock Ajrak Print Kurta worth Rs 999 was delivered on March 24th and the return request for the same was created the same day.
                        The product was duly picked by Ajio's Collection partner on March 25th.
                        The Collection Executive had duly verified the product with the image and other product details including the product tag, name, item number etc from the collection details available at his end and i had received a text message that the product has been picked up.
                        However, the AJIO Application or website did not reflect the collection status and the item was shown as 'out for pick up'.
                        Hence, i started following up with AJIO on March 26th and 27th via their helpline #. I was told everytime that the product is in transit for warehouse .
                        Despite my query as to why the AJIO APP was not reflecting the correct status, i was told it is a technical glitch at their end, but the product had been duly picked up.

                        Since the issue was not rectified by AJIO, i raised complaint to their Grievance officer as well as CUstomer Care through e-mail on March 28th.

                        On March 29th, i received a response that the product has been picked by their delivery partner and is on the way to warehouse. (Pls note that even after 5 days of picking the product had not yet reached warehouse)

                        Then after repeated follow ups, to my shock the return of product was cancelled in their APP on April 3rd. After again writing to AJIO Customer Care, Grievance Officer, Multiple calls - i came to know was that they had rejected the product as it was a non AJIO product.

                        Ever since then i have been repeatedly following up for my refund. I was told that the product is being sent back to me. I informed them that i will not accept anything from AJIO, till the time they rectify the FRAUD IN RETURN OF PRODUCTS going at their end.

                        When a customer duly returns the product within a day and it is collected by their delivery partner, how can they say it is a NON AJIO product.
                        The job of delivery partners is to verify the product is the same and then collect.

                        Needless to say the product that was delivered by AJIO was returned and hence it was duly collected and not rejected by their delivery partner.

                        If their was misappropriation of the product by the delivery partner or in transit, is it a customers fault.

                        Even after 10 complaints, AJIOs grievance redressal mechanism is pathectic and not at all fair or even willing to understand the consumer issue or the issue at the end of their own company.

                        Pls get me refund of my money and raise MISAPPROPRIATION and FRAUD related issues with their delivery partner.

                          I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 4 th and 5th apr 2023 Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me.I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

                              I don't know what is their problem they are not refunding money after product is picked up. They say it takes 6-7 business days excluding Saturdays and Sundays but it took them more than 20 phone calls at customer care and almost 2 weeks to refund one of my recent orders and they're saying that money has already been transferred about my last order when it's been 8 days already since it was picked up and no refund has been received. Like wtf? It has been happening from the last 2 orders and I'm never shopping again from this website ever...

                                They have got massive logistical issues. They take the order in the peak offer period when all other online sites also offer heavy discounts and card offers. They cancel your order from their end when the offer period is over on all sites. WORST.

                                    I had placed a return request on 8th March for 3 jeans which I bought through Ajio.
                                    It has been almost a month no one showed up for picking returns and despite my umpteen number of calls being made to the customer care, they are not taking any action. Every time I call they tell me that my complaint has been take on priority and will be resolved within 2 days, but no return or refund happens.

                                      Hello, I placed order from ajio order ID: FN[protected] now the ajio people put the womens watch into men’s category and agreed their mistake when I complained about it and they created return, after that all fake attempts were made to pickup I raised complaint and they called me and said pickup will happen by 3 april nothing happened now I see they cancelled my pickup please help me with this I am attaching all screenshots they have troubled me for 1 month the person from complaint department of ajio promised me that return will happen on or before 4th I have call recordings but I see it was marked cancelled

                                        I ordered jeans but got something else I simply created return.Return was picked up after 1 week on 23rd of march.Today is 2nd april.Its been more than week my return is still showing in hold.I tried alot to get in touch with customer care I mailed 4-5 times.They remove chat option from my app.And in mail they are not helping me i'm so exhausted.It was my 1st order from ajio and last too.So disgusting return and customer service I have ever seen.1699 is not a joke.i'll go consumer forum I have no patient left.This is really worst.I will never ever gonna shop again from ajio and also not gonna recommend to anyone.Amazon and myntra are way better than ajio.
