I ordered a product from AJIO and placed a return, they told that it will be picked up by 4th of march and refund will be given by 4th of march 2023. No pickup and refund till today that is 31st March 2023. Every time i call customer care they say your problem will be solved withinB 2/3 days but nothing happened even they closed the return request and app shows false return attempt, i was not contacted even once.
I want full refund.

    I have return a pair of shoes bcoz it's wasn't fitting but that product is not refunded still it's show the Transit to warehouse it's has been 4 to 5 days

      My order number is FN[protected] was scheduled for return but ajio team marked all 3 fake attempts and pickup was supposed to happen before 30-3-23, i got no calls for pickup or texts but the return was attempted was marked, even today that is 30-3 my return was supposed to be picked up i just got call from automated service saying do you want to reschedule pickup,
      Since the first pickup i have been contacting ajio call support team that these are all fake attempts and got no resolution I have waited enough and this needs to be pickup right now i need my refund enough is enough, you can also see how many calls i have done for fake pickup attempts attaching screenshot here

        I have made a online order with Ajio. I have created Return request for those items.But the item is not picked up.simpky the status updating as return attempted.O have called them.many times and multiple mail conversations.Nothing works till now.

          Dear,
          I order on 20/03/2023 and still didn't receive it and which is delivery date was 28/03/2023.That is my 3 order was i suffering same issue from Ajio it was very bad service fro Ajio.
          And i also call on customer care and talk with Shatapti and Madhu they also cant any solution or give any Positive reply amd support and call cut my call.
          Now i never shopping on Ajio

                    Ordered a product and received completely wrong product, then I have raised an issue regarding return sharing the pics of wrong product, many times contacted customer care but their response every time is just saying don't worry issue would be solved but even after one month the issue has not resolved, I even spoke to supervisor also again after reaching customer care they are just putting the call onhold and call gets disconnected. Their customer service is really pathetic. All fake updates are done on app saying out for pickup. They wantedly are not getting back and solving the issue.

                      One girl called me today and I picked her call she said that ur a lucky customer she told 5 gifts are there you have to choose 1 gift so I choose TV then she asked me to shop for 5000 then I ordered some dresses.and i payed 5199 through online.then they sent me messages to my what'sapp.the they started explaining about the gifts vouchers and after that they said you have pay 12999.9 for gst they said if you pay 12999.9 we will re refund your amount within 5mins and 2500 cashback also you will recieve.then I thought it's true then again I payed online payed 12999.90.after that they said your payment is processing because your paying gst for the first time then they said you pay 12999. 09 again then we will refund your money of nearly 26000. I was shocked I thought it's fraud but the person who was talking with me she said to refund my money he said complete your gst then only we will refund your money back.he said if you think you will get your money through complaint the you do that. Kindly plz help me I lost my money.

                        Hi ! I placed order of 18 products with Ajio out of which 9 products were delivered on 17th March'23. As i was not at home my 12 year old son received a big carton of these products . He called me and asked me for OTP which I gave and he took the order. The box was not properly sealed and there was only one tape which was running on the carton. The sides of the carton were broken and it did not seem new carton at all. It looked like as if products were packed in old box. Anyhow, when the carton was opened instead of 9 products only 8 were there. When I came back and found out I raise complain about the same. I explained them that products of higher value are there but one t-shirt which was of lowest value is missing. I attached the picture of the carton also on the website . They said they will get back by 21st March. Then I got a call from customer support executive and he said that warehouse is saying there were 9 products only packed so they can't do anything about it . I tried to explain them that if I was lying i could I have claimed for a higher value product missing from the shipment but since I m telling the fact and they need to trust me. They very bluntly refused that they can't do anything about it . I again called customer service and asked them how can I escalate this issue as I'm not satisfied with the customer support team's action . Again customer service guy said I will get reply by EOD ie 21st March. I feel cheated with this online seller and never ever something like this I have experienced with Myntra, Flipkart or Amazon or for that matter any other website. Whichever services reliance provides be it milkbasket, jiomart etc, there services are always lacking insight, courteous staff, and better resolution to customers problems.

                            I had ordered a shoe from ajio on 27, febraray but unfortunately the order was canceled from ajio, again I re-ordered the same shoe on 13, march and again the order was also cancelled by ajio.
                            What is this behavior?

                              I have placed Order No. FN[protected] dated 27 Jan 2023 for Armani Exchange belt for INR 3459. I got the delivery on 30 Jan 2023 in a beatiful Armani Exchange box but inside it there was another non branded belt not the one I ordered for. After opening the box, I immediately called up customer care and brought the matter to their notice. Since then I am following them up but nothing has happened. They are assuring that it will be resolved but all are false promises. I am attaching the following for your ready reference.

                                Ajio’s delivery guys misbehaved with me and said “jisko complaint krni ho krlo kisi k baap se nhi dart” after that they promised me that they will resolve it and get back to me. Then my return was planned on 17th march 2023 they didn’t pick up that order and they are just taking complaints from my side without resolving previous ones.

                                  On 12th March I've ordered cloths of value Rs.5237. I've ordered a Allen solly black trousers but what I got is blue. Also I've ordered Allen solly blue shirt but I got a defective shirt. Ordered a jockey boxers but while receiving, it came with top and bottom opened and torn box which is the worst thing. I tried calling Ajio customer care for two days. Both yesterday and today the call gets cut while speaking. Firstly I thought it was due to network issue. But today too while asking several questions they cut the call. This clearly shoes the cheap strategy of Ajio. Is this the legitimity? While speaking with them they say like exchange is not available for your pincode. Delivery is available, return even available but exchange is not available to the same pincode? Really? Even their own mall and trends address were not available for exchange. I just need to exchange the defective products. Take action as soon as possible.

                                    Received partial order, got 1 out of 3 items.Ordered 3 kurtis from ajio for Rs 1209, but got only 1 of Rs 519 and had to pay full amount .kindly send my rest order of Rs 689 as soon as possible.

                                      I ordered 2 jewellery from ajio, Order #FN[protected] and Order # FN[protected], both are lucky jewellery products, they are different from the products I ordered, and they came only with brand name tags, no price tags or Ean number, within the return window, I initiated return, but it got cancelled, from 2 nd march, I am just writing mails, doing calls, chats and sending several times the picture of my products, still my product is not picked up. My return window is already closed, I can't initiate return from my end, is it a new scam??
                                      When i asked them they raised a complaint but didn't give the resolution. Each time i call them a new complaint id is allotted and issue is not resolved.
                                      Even after many Customer Care Calls and mails sent by me to ajio customer mail there is no progress in pickup action .
                                      I request you to help me on closure of this issue as soon as possible with suitable "compensation" for the harassment and delays in pickup snd refunding else I will raise a complaint on consumer court.

                                        On 24 dec of 2021 i ordered a heel which i received after a few days due to its cheap quality i raised a return and it was returned on 2 Jan of 2022. Product was returned successfully but they declared it non ajio product and was reshipped to me but yet i have not received the product. When i asked them they raised a complaint but didn't give the resolution. Each time i call them a new complaint id is allotted and issue is not resolved. Now they are asking me to check with the courier company regarding the product. I don't get it that why should I contact courier company it's their responsibility to deliver the product to customer adress and if it is missing than just give the refund amount but they are not.
