I had ordered a shoe from ajio on 27, febraray but unfortunately the order was canceled from ajio, again I re-ordered the same shoe on 13, march and again the order was also cancelled by ajio.
What is this behavior?

    I have placed Order No. FN[protected] dated 27 Jan 2023 for Armani Exchange belt for INR 3459. I got the delivery on 30 Jan 2023 in a beatiful Armani Exchange box but inside it there was another non branded belt not the one I ordered for. After opening the box, I immediately called up customer care and brought the matter to their notice. Since then I am following them up but nothing has happened. They are assuring that it will be resolved but all are false promises. I am attaching the following for your ready reference.

    3. Email follows with Ajio
    Please help me to get refund of my hard earned money. I would be happy to share any other information required by you.

      Ajio’s delivery guys misbehaved with me and said “jisko complaint krni ho krlo kisi k baap se nhi dart” after that they promised me that they will resolve it and get back to me. Then my return was planned on 17th march 2023 they didn’t pick up that order and they are just taking complaints from my side without resolving previous ones.

        On 12th March I've ordered cloths of value Rs.5237. I've ordered a Allen solly black trousers but what I got is blue. Also I've ordered Allen solly blue shirt but I got a defective shirt. Ordered a jockey boxers but while receiving, it came with top and bottom opened and torn box which is the worst thing. I tried calling Ajio customer care for two days. Both yesterday and today the call gets cut while speaking. Firstly I thought it was due to network issue. But today too while asking several questions they cut the call. This clearly shoes the cheap strategy of Ajio. Is this the legitimity? While speaking with them they say like exchange is not available for your pincode. Delivery is available, return even available but exchange is not available to the same pincode? Really? Even their own mall and trends address were not available for exchange. I just need to exchange the defective products. Take action as soon as possible.

          Received partial order, got 1 out of 3 items.Ordered 3 kurtis from ajio for Rs 1209, but got only 1 of Rs 519 and had to pay full amount .kindly send my rest order of Rs 689 as soon as possible.

            I ordered 2 jewellery from ajio, Order #FN[protected] and Order # FN[protected], both are lucky jewellery products, they are different from the products I ordered, and they came only with brand name tags, no price tags or Ean number, within the return window, I initiated return, but it got cancelled, from 2 nd march, I am just writing mails, doing calls, chats and sending several times the picture of my products, still my product is not picked up. My return window is already closed, I can't initiate return from my end, is it a new scam??
            When i asked them they raised a complaint but didn't give the resolution. Each time i call them a new complaint id is allotted and issue is not resolved.
            Even after many Customer Care Calls and mails sent by me to ajio customer mail there is no progress in pickup action .
            I request you to help me on closure of this issue as soon as possible with suitable "compensation" for the harassment and delays in pickup snd refunding else I will raise a complaint on consumer court.

              On 24 dec of 2021 i ordered a heel which i received after a few days due to its cheap quality i raised a return and it was returned on 2 Jan of 2022. Product was returned successfully but they declared it non ajio product and was reshipped to me but yet i have not received the product. When i asked them they raised a complaint but didn't give the resolution. Each time i call them a new complaint id is allotted and issue is not resolved. Now they are asking me to check with the courier company regarding the product. I don't get it that why should I contact courier company it's their responsibility to deliver the product to customer adress and if it is missing than just give the refund amount but they are not.

                Returned 3 articles for which refund was initiated on[protected] but still not showing in my bank account, when i contact them they just give out the refund reference number. The bank does not accept the refund reference number. What to do?

                  Hello Team,

                  I have ordered and cancelled a product on 3rd March, 2023.But i didn't receive the refund yet .Please look into it and resolve asap.
                  Even after many Customer Care Calls and mails sent by me to ajio customer mail there is no progress in refund action .
                  I request you to help me on closure of this issue as sson as possible with suitable "compensation" for the harassment and delays in refunding my money.
                  We should not let same happen to any other online customer and should bring this to their notice as well.

                    I had placed order from ajio on 3rd of march. And the estimated delivery was on 11th of march. And now it is 13th and my order is still stuck at delhi for one week now. According to track order my order has been shipped to delhi on 6th of march and its been stuck there till today i tried sending enquiry but no response recieved. Worst service

                        On 7 th of march I received a msg from AJIO that I have received a parcel but I haven’t received any, I immediately contacted with the customer care and they said it was a technical glitch.                         L ordered a pair of PUMA shoes from AJIO which I received on march 1st, 2023 and the product was found to be defective and there was no proper packaging and there was no product tag as well. The order isn't worth 2083 RS. Those weren't original PUMA shoes, it was merely a very bad quality shoes which was not properly packed. I initiated the return request within 15 mins with pictures being taken on the same day and within the next two days shadowfax courier partner picked my product and they told me that it failed at quality test because there was no product tag but that was one of the reasons for my return, I called the customer care team who told me to wait till march 11 (yeah nearly 10 days for a worthless product), the shadowfax team then returned me the product on march 06th and this time I called the customer care of AJIO and they initiated the return request on my behalf and gave me 100% assurance that the product will get picked up without quality test and I'll get refund, the next day shadowfax team picked the product and again told me that the product failed at quality test, Being patient for the second time, I called the customer care again and they told me to initiate the return request for the third time and told me the steps to get the product returned without quality test and today I got a message from AJIO team that it failed the quality test again. I am helpless in this regard and I need the Indian consumer forum to help me in this regard. Attaching the pictures so you could see the quality of the shoes.

                            I had ordered shoes on march 3rd and cancelled it on the same day.

                            Today is march 8th status is still showing cancellation requested.
                            I connected with 2 of their customer service reps and they told me that they will update the status and within 5days the refund will be in my account.
                            This is the 2nd time Im facing the same issue, the main thing I observed is when we pay it then the ajio will do this worst kinda things, if we hit COD then the process will be smoother, i donno what they want to prove like customers shouldn't believe them and pay online.

                              I ordered approx 20 articles from Ajio on 3rd february they all got delivered within a weeks time. order ID FN[protected] & FN[protected].
                              After checking & trying i decide to return 6 articles. I created the return request for these articles. But till date only 2 articles are being picked up and rest are still with me. Return ID - RT[protected]
                              Every morning i receive message for Ajio that articles will be picked up today and in the late eveing i get an automated call stating that "our deliver partner informed that you were not prsent at the adddress hence we will reattempt pickup soon". Most of the times the very next day the return request is cancelled automatically, then i again create the return request and sae process is repeated. I called to customer care and lodged the complaint also COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected]. I have also dropped email to Ajio customer care about my problem still no resolution is provided. My hardearned money is blocked due to non pickup by Ajio. I can't believe that a big company like Ajoi can be so unprofessional and ill treat its customer.

                                I have purchased a Levis brand shirt trusting your description that it's 100% Linen. However when I received the product it was mentioned that its 65% Linen and 35% Cotton labelled on the shirt. And in reality it's a polyester mix.

                                  I ordered first time from AJIO on 05/02/23 & got a wrong product delivered. After multiple complaints it got picked up by the delivery guy. Now after inspection after almost 10 days they said the product you returned is a non AJIO product we have checked under CCTV footage.

                                  Hence we can't issue you the refund & we will ship back the product you have resend us.

                                  This issue is so common across multiple complaints online.

                                  I have attached the screenshots of the delivered product as proof.
                                  Brown crew neck full sleeve is what I ordered and grey t-shirt half sleeve is what I received.

                                    I ordered W kurta with pant and shrug. I received only pant and shrug. So I returned raising a complaint. Even refund was initiated after raising complaint but it is not showing in my account. I kept a mail they replied to check with bank. I went to bank and asked them. They also said refund didn't come to account. Know when I call ajio they are asking bank statement.
