Refund

I had returned my two products worth 2800 the next day i received it and the refund date has been pushed by a month from a week. Given the timely and accurate condition of return this seems unacceptable and a scam. No other website is this bad at refunds and returns...

Not getting refund

Rt17751800 for this return id i've returned a product on 20th june but haven't received any refund and when i call them they are saying i have sent a non ajio product which is a lie and i have said them to send a photo of it but they didn't. They are fooling me....

Delivery related issue

I have ordered products from ajio app however few items were delivered successfully but my app doesn't corresspond with the same and it is displaying delivery delayed however i have recieved the products. I received the wrong product from ajio i placed the return request, but no one came to pick up the product. After making 20 calls to to customer care and raised 2 complaints the issue is still not resolved. They don't have any answers to questions. They just say "we apologise for the incipience we will surely help u" but no one helps.
Its been 1.5 months the product is still not returned.

By god grace "if" it got returned...

refund not received despite multiple follow-ups with ajio

Regarding an order fl[protected] placed with ajio, i am expecting refund of inr 1718 since the month of march 2020. Every time ajio is making excuses under covid-19 pandemic tantrums.

Nearly 7-8 times complaints are raised and escalated to their higher management but none responded on the same. Here are some complaint numbers for the reference:

I have received wrong parcel and i have submitted request of return but courier person denied to pick the material due to wrong sticker no. Kindly pick the parcel and provide correct parcel of the product that i have ordered asap....

Refund not given even after 15 days

The courier with 5 clothing item was delivered to ajio on 29 of july 2020
They generated refund for only one item and rest they are still not paying for it....

What a shameful and pathetic courier service ecom express you have. The order is out delivery since 5th July, 2020 and still status is same. I don't understand why you opted for such a PATHETIC courier service😠. Because of which I am suffering. Such a unprofessionalism people of courier service.

AJIO you also responsible for the same. Its your fault too. I didn't expected this from you.

Ajio is not refunding my money

I returned my shoes to ajio 10 days ago and still there is no response from their side regarding my refund amonut.

Not able to exchange the item

I had recivered an item from ajio as per ordered and the item is delivered and in the ajio app it is showing that the item is not delivered yet and it is delayed because of this problem iam not able to exchange the item and i want ajio to update the item status as delivered and exchange my product faster...

Refund not received

I ordered the jacket in 5 th june 2020 with my debit card and cannot track the order and it's to be received on 29 th june 2020 but not received .so I cancelled the product it's been a week and not received amount .I mailed, but stupid automated message is what I am receiving....

I have placed an order from ajio app on the date 03/07/2020. The order wasn't placed because one of item was out of stock but the amount of RS 2348 was deducted from my SBI account. How can I get back that amount. can u sort it now...

I have ordered 1 grey jogger and 1 blue t-shirt and i didn't liked those so i wanted to return it...and still now the return hasn't been picked up..they said that it will be picked up by 27th june 2020....

Shipment

Hey... I placed my order on 25th June... And got confirmation mail on the same day... The product should have been shipped by 27th of june... The estimated delivery is 4th July... But there is no any order update about the shipment it has been 8days by placing the order... Will I really get my ordered product on time???...

Need order status update

I have placed order on 25th june and it has been confirmed on the same day... The estimated delivery is july 4th...but since it has been 8days of placing the order... I have not got any update of my order.. No shippment update... Pls delivery on the estimated date... Why such a delay??...
