I have order 2 product in ajio on 29th of june and cancelled and paid my money through debit card and they have initiated my refund but it is not credited to my account yet so please help me to get my refund amount.

    I ordered a couple of products and the money was deducted from my bank account but the order is not confirmed and i cannot find it on the site

      I orderd 8items on 2nd august in which i cancelled 5items immediately due to size issue but that time i paid the amount 1355. But still i have no idea about my refund, i call at customer care but i landed on same ajio app page every time. I emaild there 4times but still not getting any response.

        Hi,

        I had ordered 3 products from ajio.com on 10th july 2020.
        I received the order after too late. The first product that i got, i did not like it so i returned it.

        Then the second product they sent was completely different from what i had ordered.

        Now when the third order i got was similar to the one i ordered but was from different comoany altogether. They fooled me with the look of the product. When the pickup boy came he claimed that the product is different. I mailed custome care but they did not respond andd told me to call on customer care number. When i called customer care several times, they did not pick up my calls.

        I want to file a complaint against them because they did the same thing twice and i want my refund back.

        I request you to please look into the matter and take the necessary step.

            I have ordered some tops and made the payment using upi through google pay. Ajio took me to a razorpay and i made the payment there. But when i returned to ajio no order was placed. Please do ensure a refund. I am a regular buyer of ajio. This is very disappointing. Please help

                My return pick up date is 4 august 2020. But not yet picked up after 6 august 2020. I contact customer service for many times but not yet picked up.

                  Not able to cancel order

                  I have ordered products worth 10, 000 rs on 12th july 2020 and none of the products has been dispatched till date. I had called customer care multiple times but they couldnt help. So i tried to cancel the order, but its showing error in ajio website and app while cancelling. I had called customer care for cancelling and they said we are not able to do that, please wait for 2 days, 3 days etc....

                  I'm still waiting for my refund to come into my ajio wallet. It says refund initiated and they will put in my bank. But i've not given any bank details as i'm from uk and they are stalling my refund. I am disgusted. They owe me 4350 rupees and 2687 for another product. Pls dont ever order from this company if you read this. You will regret it

                  But never to ajio
                  Customer service put phone down on you and keep you on hold and never come back
                  Emails you send go unanswered
                  I will flood the internet about ajio and create a social media page to warn customers and so they never make the same mistake i made

                    I placed an order containing 3 items, amounting to Rs 1884 on 6th of August 2020. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the order wasn't placed. I used GPay to pay for the order. Please Look into my issue and sort it out.

                      I have order 4 product out of one product is neither delivered nor allow me to cancel, after expected delivery date 22july . I had call with custumer care but they had no solution. It seems they are frauding jn the names of covid 19 . The site must insure the cancellation and immediate delivery if not able to deliver then refund the money

                        I order a shirt on 29 the july and cancelled it on 1 st augustine due to wrong size.. Ajio sent a message to refund my money till 3 rd of august.. But it is now 5 thof august they have not refunded it yet.. They said to check it on credit store on my account section it's not even reflecting in my account section.. The customer care is not even responding.. Plz refund my money as soon as possible because i am stick and not able to reorder again..

No customer executive is taking calls. Mails are not being responded to, I am left with filing a complaint here.

                                I have ordered a shirt on June 14, as it was not upto the size I opt for return. But till this day, it is 5tg August now, it's not taken back. No reply to my mails, no customer care numbers, nothing. And now showing you cannot return the product as 30 days time is over. What kind of site is this?

                                Order FL[protected]. I placed it on June 14. I opt for return as it is not upto the size. But they didn't took back the product till this day. It's been 2 months. Every day I get a message you will resolve it. And now in ajio app it's showing return request cancelled, and you cannot return the product as 30 days period is over.

                                  I have placed an order (Cloth items) from ajio.com on dated 21 june 2020 which made cod payment₹2663.22.
                                  This order id was fl[protected].
                                  Part of this order i requested return ₹520 cost "textured slimfit flat-front trousers 32 size on date[protected] due to wrong size and discomfort. Return id is rt18554141

                                  First time they arrange one courier partner to pickup, but they fail to collect my return because their irresponsibility.
                                  Again i wrote to 3-4 times to ajio customer service, but knowingly cancelled the return without any valid reason (10 july com[protected], 15 july com[protected], 21st july com [protected])
                                  Customer came to know that, behind the covid19 all are telling lies and mocking customer nicely.
                                  Even today they didn't contact me regarding this return matter to my phone.
                                  This is the first time i have faced this kind of the trouble from ajio.

                                  So i humbly request before this forum, customer want to get refund the amount ₹520 for the cost of above damaged product to the bank or wallet as soon as possible.
