      I placed a cash on delivery order encompassing three items. The delivery boy delivered one packet bearing the details of two items (T-shirts) and i paid for both the t-shirts. When i opened the packet, it had only one t-shirt. When i called back the delivery boy, he told me that he can’t do anything and asked me to file a complaint on ajio app. I tried calling customer care executive number of times but calls went inanswered. The status of delivery too is not updated on the app. If i make a return, i’ll lose the money of t-shirt which i never got because there are no tags, billls or even the product. My mails got unanswered too.

      My complaint is still not resolved. The email from [email protected] has asked me to contact on customer care number ‭1800 889 9991‬ but calls are not answered.

        Dear sir / madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: clothing, shoes & accessories at ajio.com

        The issue that i have experienced was: hi i am saritha, orderid - fl[protected] in july 1st, but i received wrong products and returned those products returnid-rt18971861. I got refund for only one product and i didt get refund for remaining two products. "awb[protected]" i raised a complaint com[protected], com[protected].

          I have placed the order (Order id #fl[protected]) on 3rd august. But due to delivery issue, i wanted to cancel the order. But the problem here is, i am unable to cancel the order from the website/app with error "sorry!! Currently we are unable reach our serve". Even after multiple followups still today the problem is not resolved. Please work on this as soon as possible.

            Hi support team,
            I have ordered some products in ajio, as usual i got delivery message from xpressbees yesterday[protected] by 11:01am, but after sometime by 8:49pm i got one message from xpressbees that (Xpressbees has held delivery of your ajio order awb:[protected], as you requested for future delivery, will reattempt in the next 24-48hrs.)
            I didn't request for future delivery and finally i got a message by today[protected] that my order is out for delivery by 11:12 am.
            But what i got was a different product with different address.. But the front label which has (Name, money and the details of the product) is teared and xpressbees label was pasted above the teared ajio label. I find another address inside that parcel which has the
            Invoice number ftg[protected]
            Mobile number [protected]
            Awb number [protected]
            I need my money or i need my parcel. I attached each and every file and screenshots for your reference. Do revert for any clarifications and please do the needful soon as possible.

              I have purchased a cloth n flip flop from ajio and they cancelled my order, but i have purchased using my debitcard. They have csncelled my order but i didn't got my refund yet, they gave me some reference number to contact my bank, plz do help me to get my money.

                Have returned my product on 7th august’20 after struggling for days to make that happen. The agent said that the amount will be credited within 4-5 hours and on contrary to that i still haven’t received any amount at all. Adding the screenshot here for your reference.

                  I want my refund back just now. Please make sure you won't loose customers faith by delaying problems they faced. Please make sure you update the refund status as you do for delivery status. If we send mail no human respond and if we call the helpline number then also no human will respond and they keep call on hold for hours. I want to suggest you that please improve your services towards customers by watching other platforms like amazon and myntra and please make sure that you pack damage free products before shipping.

                      I ordered 4 products from ajio app and amount of rs.2229 is deducted from my account... Payed through g pay.. But i have not received any order id or message of confirmation of order.

                          I had a order of id fl[protected]..in which i had size issue and i had returned.. I had recieved full order on 28th june and the order was returned... Still i had not recieved the refund money.. I had already discussed with customer care of ajio and they said their logistic team had not revieved order. I am having return reciept which i showed and the problem was resolved on 23rd july then also refund not recieved... I have problem resolution mail also. Today 44 days passed from the return date. Still no resolution and refund.

                            I had placed an order for jumpsuit of ₹664 i had paid this amount and waps successfully debited from my account. But the order didn't placed since 3 days. I had mailed ajio 3 times regarding same issue but no any order placed. I just want my money back immediately today itself.
                            Ajio is the worst shopping platform and not willing to shop anymore here just want my money back.

                              I have returned the product having order id is fl[protected]. The total amount for this order was rs. 2181.90 but they only refunded me rs. 1759 and still rs. 422 has to be refunded. I have regularly followed up via email and customer care but they aren't responding properly. The complaint id generated for this case is com[protected]. Kindly do the needful

                                My order has not been delivered to me and it is showing that it has been delivered. I reported this issue twice yesterday and today also but nobody responded to my complaint. This was very disappointing thing as it was my first time on ajio. I will never shop from ajio now and neither suggest anyone to do so. I want my order or else my money should be refunded to me. That s it.. Why do these people open companies when they can't address and resolve their customer's problems. This is very horrible thing.

                                  I have not received my order and it is showing that it has been delivered on 9 th august. Ai have reported the issue twice and even tried to call the office but nobody responded me. This is was really disappointing thing as it was my first time on ajio and i had ordered a gift that they have not delivered me yet and i have not got reply from the company. Why do they open up companies when they can't address and resolve their customer's problems. I want my money back as soon as possible. And justification too why it happened.. This is horrible one. I won't ever suggest anyone to use ajio..

Then after i contact customer care then after i got mail from your side with in the subject is amount will credited with in 48 hrs. 72 hrs completed but till now my money not credited in my account. Please clear this issue, and credit my money to my account.
