I just opened my app after lockdown situation and may ajio account is blocked and on reaching the customer care, they mentioned that they have blocked the account due to high number of returns. I haven't shopped in last 4 months and they have blocked my account. My account had lot of wallet points and cash amount which i can't access anymore as i am not allowed to login.
What a horrible site is?
Atleast give the heads-up prior to blocking in order to redeem the cash and points earned.

Updated by Neha Chaudhry This problem is still not resolved. Can someone from AJIO help in fixing the problem.
