This is regarding my prepaid order fl[protected] on 19 may 2020..6 items are in packed state since then and your team doesn't hav an update
Everytimee they say that the issue will be resolved in 5 business days. This is extremely frustrating. They are neither cancelling the order... Plz refund my amount for this 6 items..

    I ordered 8 tops and selected mode of payment as upi. And also paid the money.. But order is not placed... Please kindly help me..

    I contacted customer care service.. They asked 48 hours to refund the amount.. Hope they will return soon.

      Mone deducted but order not placed. Immediately I booked a coplat but no use till date. The amount was deducted on 16th May to day is 4th jume. So many times I called customer care but when I called they are saying our team was on that process please wait for 48 hours. Till that 48 hours not completed yet. So many times I mailed but the also sending mail that our team was on that process and wait for 48hous. Please refund my money.

        We have ordered 3 products from AJIO application on 31.05.2020 ... We have paid the required amount of Rs.2551.49 but the order confirmation email was not received and the products that we ordered are not shown in ORDERS... The amount was paid from GooglePay using the UPI Payment but the order is not placed.

        Please help.

            I order some cloths on ajio while ordering delivery time shows 22 may 2020 but after paying 3414 ts for this order on delivery time says order delayed and cannot able to cancel this order give me delivery today or give my money refund

              I placed an order in ajio in march and received my products. But while tried to place a return of one of the products i could not login.
              I contacted customer care immediately to know the details and they informed me that my account is blocked due to unknown reasons and they will not be able to unblock it.
              This incident is registered with com[protected]
              I have been an ajio customer for years now and this was totally unexpected and the support i received is shocking. I asked for proofs for clocking my account but they said they do not have. I have been blamed with below reason - "an non ajio product has been returned" (This is related to an order in feb but account is blocked in march) but i have below question which the support is not able to justify -

              1. The person who has collected the product checked and verified. If there is been a mistake, there is no way that customer can be notified about it? The only solution is to block them? Even though they have been loyal for years?
              2. I am unable to return the product from my current order now because its blocked with false accusations out of the blue?

              They suggested me to create new account but i do not have another email id or phone number.

              I do not understand why the customer has to go thru this for their defects in their process? Help me to get thru this problem. I just need my account back.

                I cancelled one order but they did not refund my money back. Please sir help me. They send we have already gone ahead and initiated a refund towards your source account on 8th may 2020. Post initiation it takes 5-7 business days excluding (Saturday, sunday and bank holidays) to reflect in your bank account. The 7 business days have not lapsed yet. We request you to please wait till that time. But, if it won’t, we suggest you to please check with your bank by providing the pgid which is pay_emwouktvznn8ni.

                And then
                Would suggest you to please, check with your bank’s customer care by providing the reference number which is pay_emwouktvznn8ni. They should be able to locate the fund.
                I contacted bank costumer care also they didn't respond please find the solution please help me sis please

                  I placed an order on 16/05/2020 and paid through Google Pay but the order was not confirmed on your side but my account got debited on 16/05/2020 at ajio.

                  Order value INR1594.74

                  After that I again placed the order FL[protected] through COD on same day.

                  But the money debited earlier has not been refunded yet.

                    I exchange this product & my exchange was successfully completed... But when i was not get my refund than i call to ajio they told that we got a non ajio product so we will not raise your refund... Evn if exchange was successfully completed by ajio courier team & ajio seller than hw cn i responsible for what they get... Because i responsible till that time jb tk vo product mere pas tha uske baad m responsible nai hu uske lea... So i just need my refund of 3840 rs.

                      I have exchanged my product. Person from ajio came with new size and took old dress. Refund is credited in my wallet and then they block my account saying its non ajio product. Disgusting fraudsters.in one month they have made 3 to 4 goo[censored]ps and i have all the mails as evidence. I have shopped for 5 to 10 k every month and such allegations is derogatory. I want to sue them.

                        I am very disappointed with ajio they didnt come to pick my return and told me to self ship it from past 2 months i am going to courier office to self ship my product but they are not receiving it i have already sepnd alot on courier and the customer executive are very illetrate and they dont have a sensible mind to understand sorry doesnt hep they should solve the problem too
                        They should see the customer convinience there job sint done after they sell the product this will ruin their goodwill

                          Purchased a product (Order id: fl[protected].) on from www.ajio.com on 01.12.2019. The product was hiking shoes. But the shoes got damaged within periods of 3 months with rare uses. Hence called to ajio customer care to confirm warranty policy. It was confirmed that shoes having 3 months warranty period. As per ajio i had sent an mail on 19/feb/2020 along wth pictures. Then received a mail regarding a return. Since then several times concern persons came to pick the product but its refused return pickup as the product was used. The product was used which i have already informed to ajio customer care. Later its was assured me that product will pick without a quality check. But its failed 3 times. Once again return pick up scheduled by ajio customer care on 11/mar/2020. But today (12/mar/2020) i faced same problem the pickup guy not willing to return the shoes as it used the product. Once again i called the customer care and the repeat the same process. Now i am not going to stay my current place (Chandigarh) for a few days.
                          But the concern is ajio is following customer with a poor product. Secondly, they are harassing customer. Thirdly i am wasting my time and energy to calling customer care every day. Ajio won't respect the value of customer and time.

                            I had ordered clothes from ajio.com on 22nd feb 2020, as per their prmoise delivery date is 3rd march but still my order not dispatched from their side. I
                            Also raised complaint against it and they stated provide resolution on 2nd march.
                            When i try to call them today they said sorry for inconvenience please wait for another two days we will resolve it quickly.

                              I recently ordered for a pair of shoes. However, upon deliveryit was found that the shoes didn't match the ones that i have ordered. So i request a return pickup, immediately. Upon return the concerned person who came for pickup checked the package and the product and upon finding it appropriate he accepted the return and took away the product now, they are accusing me of returning non ajio product and has blocked my account and are denying to pay the money back

                                I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing ajio customer care team. I have placed refund request towards the return id # rt15770792. The refund was initiated in december 31st 2019. But still it has not been refunded. I been waited so long for this refund. Worst experience ever with ajio. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 31th december 2019. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously. Please look into it and do the needful.

                                  I returned an item bought from ajio on 5th January and its been 3 weeks, they have not returned my money back. They are just pushing the request by telling all sort of things and making false promises. I have been calling ajio customer care on a daily basis and they don’t pay heed to my request. They just say that the refund has been initiated and first i was given date of 10th Jan 2020 that by this date i will receive the refund.. then the date was 24th jan 2020 then 28th jan and now all the dates have passed still my refund has been provided to me. The worst customer care ever!

                                    I purchased formal shoes which were delivered on 17 Oct 2019. I am very disappointed with the shoes as the sole broke in less than 3 months . I complained regarding the same and was told that they apologie for the inferior quality of shoes and would come up with solution. I shares with them the pics of shoes each time they asked. Ajio people told that they are sorry and would resolve by 21 Jan 20, but I received a call from their side that they cannot do anything as it is over 2 months. My question is that It means they have products with life of just 2 months and they believe that the product will no go more than that life.
                                    Shameful if a branded product on branded portal thinks this way. My complaint no. is COM[protected].

                                    Still think Ajio sincerely accept the mistake and do a solution

                                      I have placed an order on 22nd dec 2019, product was delivered on 24th dec 2019 and i have created a return request on 1st jan 2020. They have 30 days return policy. Firstly i have received a duplicate and defective faded product and the thread coming out few. It was said that the return pickup will be done before 7th jan 2020. Everyday we used to carry the product to office to give for pickup as there wouldnt be anyone at home so given office address. There wasnt any intimation from them, then i contacted them and escalated the issue on 6th, they said it will be done. But it was not, the pickup agent also has not contacted us and simply saying false information that pickup was attempted. Atleast he should call us, but there was no call. Later again i have called on 8th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 16th and continuously i have been trying and making escalations. But the issue is not resolved and now today 18th jan 2020 also i called them, again they are asking time. Firstly i need my refund of my money, they pickup is their headache even though its a damaged. After all this headache if the product had been good i would have cancelled the return request and would have kept the product with myself. But thats not the case. I have been carrying the product daily with public transport since 19 days and suffering. But there is no action from them even the customer care agents also they repeat the same thing that it will not repeat but they dont even update the issue properly. Every time i call them i have to explain issue from the begining. I also told them i need my refund immediately so that we can use it for travel and clothes for the festival. I want this to be solved immediately and my refund as well..
                                      I was tortured and suffered all these 25 days. Now they are saying return period over so earlier return got cancelled. Has to raise new again, so they asked images, i shared and they raise complaint and then when they get approval they will process return request again it seems. My worry is they didnt pickup the product, its their mistake, for that they are troubling me and i am the one who is suffering. They are postponing always, now saying will update by 28th jan 2020, which is very long. And i am in need of money.
                                      Kindly help and resolve this in refunding my money

                                        wrong product received by ajio and not returning and refunding the product

                                        This incident happened a day ago when ajio declined to return the wrong product that they delivered to me and refused to return the product claiming they have cctv footage that the right product is delivered.

                                        After following up on continuous calls, they have not provided the resolution ts will not be returned.

                                        Also, they have taken 5.5k for the wrong products...
