For my order no #fl[protected], i had returned 2 items, the refund amount for the same were inr 419.78 & inr 353.76 respectively. It has been quite some time, but i haven't received my refund yet!!

I purchased steve madden shoes from ajio 20 days back and wanted return and started the process online. Their courier person refused to take it and even after several complaints and calls also my return was not picked and money was not refunded. They kept saying we will do and send emails but never did it!

I ordered shoes (Vans) worth 4k and they came in a different box which was completely tampered and didn’t belong to the company of the shoes and had the tag cut off.
