      I ordered 5 items, one of which was not a good fit. I returned and informed of nothing stating that I might not get the refund. They only refunded Rs 73/- and completely refused to pay the pending amount. Now they say that my refund is expired and they can’t refund the amount I have paid. Even though the product was returned the very next day. Very disappointed! Now I don’t have the product that I paid for nor do I have the amount. Didn’t expect such fraud from a company like Ajio

      I made many calls but nothing worked out. Then I had emailed the company on [email protected]. They took an action and refunded the amount. It will 3days for the transaction to reflect.

        I've ordered a product on 1st April, got the product on 8th April, since then I'm trying to return the product it's been 1 month I'm struggling for this but there is no update on it. I've paid also but they don't even give proper response.

          Hello, I ordered the gold coin but didn’t received the product 20th April 2022, Order summary shows delivery delayed Order #FN[protected]
          I called many times on customer support or mailed Mutiple times but they gave me false commitment dates complaint # mutiple complaint no but I didn’t received any customer support call regarding my order today 17th of may 2022. I received this mail also on 6th may refund amount but till yet no refund received or not product . Please help regarding this

            My name is Abhay kumar
            I have placed prepaid order ID#FN[protected] on ajio on 24 april
            But the address was accidentally the old address were i lived 2 years ago the given contact number was not in use I tried to cancel the order but on ajio when product is shipped I can’t cancel the order I contact the customer support and told every thing they said don’t worry delivery boy will cancel the order. On 29 april i got a notification that my order is delivered so I contact costumer support they said i have raised the complaint and it will be solved before 6 may but today is 9may but i have not received my refund . So plz help me i need my refund

              Hi hdfc,

              I have bought a product in ajio and i have canceled it and the refund was initiated immediately from ajio, its been 11days but still i didn't receive the refund, when i checked with ajio customer care they gave me a reference number. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

                        Return pick up not arranged by ajio

                        I placed a return request on 29th April 2022 . And the return pick up promise date was 6th may 2022 and it was over . But I haven't received any pick message or mail and I haven't received any AWB number yet . When will my product be picked up. I want my refund.i called many times and everyone giving me same excuse and I don't want your sorry I want my refund . I am literally frustrated from your service. I can't wait anymore now. I am waiting...

                        Today the delivery guy had called in the morning and told take the order I was not there available so I told please come another day since I had dentist appointment all of a sudden it was an emergency He started telling me I have to take it now and had a ride behaviour towards me
                        Alright I let it go I just called AJIO care and told please get it delivered after few days so AJIO sent a message agreeing to deliver after few days. Now next time I’m not available in the house. He dint even call and he’s at my doorstep forcing my house members and being rude with them when we hVe requested after few days how can he come to my house with me being unaware of it it’s so unsafe he was very rude to the person and started forcing to take the order which got my house members pissed the delivery guys job is not to go to peoples house without called and being rude with the the orders express bee is the delivery source. His name was Chandrashaker KG pura please take strict action as I’m a 20 year old girl and just to think that if I was in the house would he have done the same thing coming to the doorstep without calling and being rude to me. It’s wrong

                          I ordered 1 footwear and 1 tshirt from ajio on 1st april 2022, the product was not delivered due to unknown reasons. No one contacted me for the delivery. No one attempted delivery. They started return on 12 th april. Initiated refund on 22nd April to my ajio wallet. I had paid some amount from ajio wallet and other was cash on delivery. I am waiting from a month for my order or refund but ajio customer service is worst. No response, no refund. Worst online shopping experience.

                              I placed an order of (T-shirts and boxers) 1708.14-ruppe 0n Dec 2021 morning around 6:28 am

                              The payment was successful(through Mobiwik UPI) but when i was again redirected to the Ajio app for order confirmation there was no confirmation of the order, the order is not even showing under received order/pending payment/refund/processing .

                              And i was submitting my query through mail toAJIO customer support team and they asked Trasncation I'd, PG id nad bank statement too. However I was provided all details as per there requested .even though asking same things as above mentioned multiple times and they said we not found such Trasncation and now asking bout charge pay for particular Trasncation. So I approached to bank for the same they said not not heard such kind of that. Please help me to refund my amount and attcahed screenshot for reference

                                  I ordered red tape shoe and returned it the wishmaster came directly to my home saying pls return shoes from ajio I returned and he has bot updated or what ever the thing has happened I have not received refund I have all the proof of the complaint conversation they are not providing refund amd from their end they initiated again a new request for return how is it possible if product is picked up then again how it can be done amount is 971/- pls look into the matter

                                    I have placed 2 order from levis from jio one was a jeans and another one was a jacket, for jeans the fit was not nice so i returned. But for the jacket, I ordered a red puffer jacket hut inspite they sent me a levis blue denim jacket. I immediately raised a complaint on their app for which the asked me for the images of wrong product, i shared the images and they picked my item. After 1 month they sent the same wrong item again and said that you have returned wrong product and didnot refund me. I got the package in a very dirty condition, they even removed the price tag along with it. I again raised the issue and they are continuously mailing me that they are working on the issue but its been 6 months that they have not refunded my money. Recently they sent me a mail stating that the return window has been closed. I have all proof that i have raised the return request within time. I raised soo many querries which is still showing unresolved in their application. (Eta 27dec 2021) Requesting you to kindly teach a good lesson yo ajio for theft and cheating with customer. Attaching all the proofs I raised the return because I received a wrong item. They have sent wrong item and not refusing to refund.

                                      I am writing this post regarding the ajio Order ID# FN[protected].

                                      I received the product on 14th April, 2022. The size was bigger and I have created an exchange order ID# EX[protected]. The exchange order was tried to be delivered to me by the delivery partner but he was not able to scan my old product and the product was not delivered. I intimated the same to the ajio customer care and they created a return order from their end. The return request was cancelled automatically after sometime without any confirmation. Again I called the customer care and they created another return request and it also got cancelled.
                                      I was trying to return the product from the past 15 days and now the return window is closed.
                                      I again reached out the customer care team and mailed the backend team explaining the issue, they are saying that the return window is closed and cannot take the product.
                                      AJIO is failed to pick the product from the me even though multiple return requests created within the return window period, and now they say that return window time elapsed. What type of business is this ?.
                                      Please take the product and refund the amount ASAP.
