        I just now ordered puma shoes worth 1684.48 rs and payment completed. Money is also debited from my account but order is not placed! I'm highly disappointed and worried! Literally crying! I need my back!

                Ajio,

                I ordered the product on 20th April 2022, Gold coin of 5k, but after the some days order shows delivery delay Order#FN[protected].
                I called the customer care they gave me complaint no# after the few days I received the mail on 6th may your refund will initiated so on so on, but today is 17th may but I didn’t received any refund or the product, I called up many times or mailed mutiple times but not resolution till yet worst customer support

                  I ordered a dress on Ajio whose delivery was delayed. I bought it specifically for one event, and it got delivered much after the event, despite the app initially saying it will be delivered earlier. I purchased something else directly from another store for the event and requested ajio to cancel this dress. The app said I should reject the item when it is delivered. The delivery executive from Delhivery refused to leave without giving the parcel and taking the “happiness code”, he persisted at my door for ten minutes. I took the parcel and scheduled a return. It was to be picked up by 29th of April, that didn’t happen, no executive was assigned. I wrote an email to Ajio on 3rd of May saying no one picked the item up. They said they will resolve the issue by 10th of May. I didn’t see any progress by 10th so I sent a mail again. They scheduled a return pick up and replied to my mail saying it will be resolved in two days. On 11th May the return was cancelled by themselves without calling/emailing or asking me in any manner. Since then neither have they replied to my emails, the app says “issue resolved” without any progress. The service is pathetic.

                    They haven’t arranged pick of my returns and are giving me same lame excuses whenever I am calling, cancelling the returns sending me I opted for return to be cancelled messages, they dont send any return pick details only register complaints.

                      Hi, I placed an order a few hours ago for two wallets via your website and paid 1033 rs, which has successfully been paid via upi (Gpay). I have been trying to refresh and check my orders since I made the order but there is nothing, no message or email either. This is pathetic, please solve this asap.

                          I have ordered fro. Ajio. They delivered wrong size and wrong colour.when requested for return. #RT67201955. The delivery person is not taking it back saying the colour is different from the pic.snd for this reason only I am returning. I'm complaining from past 2 weeks as nd no proper response fro. Ajio. Now a days their service is not good.they are cheating people so much

                            The product was broken and hence returned it. Ajio has initiated refund but the status is failed. I have followed up multiple times and sent my bank transactions and paytm transactions and yet they refuse to reinitiate the refund. When I call and explain the issue to customer care, they simply disconnect the call.

                              Return ID RT67262056 And order id FN[protected] The product description says set of 6 mats but only 2 mats were delivered. They closed online return option the very same day it was delivered. I called several times and emailed in the last 20 days finally a person came to pick up the product and refused to take it as he could not scan the product. When I call the customer care they simply disconnect the call. Ajio is cheating the customers and making money by delivering faulty, damaged products and refusing to refund.
                              Please help.

                                I had an online account with Ajio which I used to order products from them however they had sent many products to me which were not upto the mark and were defective and they even refunded my money for them however recently they have deactivated my online account without any prior notice and my account had a balance of Rs 600 which they never refunded to my bank account before deactivating my account. When i contacted them multiple times they asked me to send emails on their customer service id and till date they are just asking me to wait and have not refunded my money yet.
                                I have even provided my bank account details to them for the refund of the money still they did not refund it yet. They said they will refund by 12.05.2022 but still no refund yet.

                                    This complaint is regarding the Ajio(RT[protected]. I raised return request on the same day I received the shipment as product were incomplete and small in size.
                                    The courier service never called me and when I reached out to Ajio over chat they asked me to wait Till 12 th May so that this pickup request get cancelled and new can be created.
                                    On 12th May I requested reps to create a request again and then they said 15 days are over. They cant pick this up now.

                                    I want 10 lakh rupees as refund and I wasted my time and effort over this for almost 15 days and due to the harassment they did to me by providing wrong info.

                                        I have placed order of 3 tshirts 2 of teamspirit brand and one from dnmx, which was delivered on 31st march, when i opened package i received wrong product (sandals of hi attitude brand), so i retuned it.
                                        I immediately raised a complaint on their app for which they asked me for the images of wrong product, shared the images.after 17 days they sent the same wrong product item again and said that you should return this product, so there is no return option the return window was closed .then i again raised issue and they are continuously mailing me that they are working on the issue but its been 45 days they have not refunded my money.i have all the proof and that wrong product also.request you to kindly teach good lesson to ajio, and cheating there customer. They have sent me wrong product, and there customer care number also not working.
