I ordered a shirt on 12 May through phonepe, money deducted but order is not placed.

This complaint is regarding the Ajio(RT[protected]. I raised return request on the same day I received the shipment as product were incomplete and small in size.
The courier service never called me and when I reached out to Ajio over chat they asked me to wait Till 12 th May so that this pickup request get cancelled and new can be created.
On 12th May I requested reps to create a request again and then they said 15 days are over. They cant pick this up now.

I want 10 lakh rupees as refund and I wasted my time and effort over this for almost 15 days and due to the harassment they did to me by providing wrong info.

I have placed order of 3 tshirts 2 of teamspirit brand and one from dnmx, which was delivered on 31st march, when i opened package i received wrong product (sandals of hi attitude brand), so i retuned it.
I immediately raised a complaint on their app for which they asked me for the images of wrong product, shared the images.after 17 days they sent the same wrong product item again and said that you should return this product, so there is no return option the return window was closed .then i again raised issue and they are continuously mailing me that they are working on the issue but its been 45 days they have not refunded my money.i have all the proof and that wrong product also.request you to kindly teach good lesson to ajio, and cheating there customer. They have sent me wrong product, and there customer care number also not working.

I have placed a return request on 11 th April 2022, And the return pick up date was 16 th april 2022 and it was over . SINCE FROM ONE MONTH IVE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY ASKING AJIO TO ARRANGE A RETURN PICK UP FOR THE DEFAULT PRODUCTS WHICH THEY DELIVERED, BUT THEY ALWAYS GIVING A FAKE PROMISES THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE PICKED UP IN A WEEK AND AFTER A WEEK RETURN REQUEST IS AUTOMATICALY CANCELLED BY THEM, LITERALLY AJIO MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMERS BY...

My concern is with my order of 15 face masks. It has been shown in the picture that 10 printed cloth face masks are there and only 5 are disposable. While I received 10 disposable and 5 cloth printed.

If I would have known about this. I wouldn’t have ordered only as I don’t need to buy disposable masks from ajio. It is very cheap and readily available in any chemist or general store.

I placed a return request on 28th April 2022 . And the return pick up promise date was 3th may 2022 and it was over . But I haven't received any pick message or mail and I haven't received any AWB number yet . When will my product be picked up. I want my refund. I called many times and everyone giving me same excuse and I don't want your sorry I want my refund . I am literally frustrated from your service. I can't wait anymore now. I am waiting from 7 days nothing happened . Why you fooling your customers like this . I want my money now . Never get any resolution on time. I am mentally disturbed from your service.

I have received a wrong product. Please see the details attached:

Product name- embellished kitten heal sandals. I have no option to get the product returned on my app. It’s blank. No customer care person is helping on this.

My money is not refunded

I ordered 5 items, one of which was not a good fit. I returned and informed of nothing stating that I might not get the refund. They only refunded Rs 73/- and completely refused to pay the pending amount. Now they say that my refund is expired and they can’t refund the amount I have paid. Even though the product was returned the very next day. Very disappointed! Now I don’t have the product that I paid for nor do I have the amount. Didn’t expect such fraud from a company like Ajio

I've ordered a product on 1st April, got the product on 8th April, since then I'm trying to return the product it's been 1 month I'm struggling for this but there is no update on it. I've paid also but they don't even give proper response.
Multiple complaints has been registered out there.
Return I'd #RT65923226 Marked as delivered and I want to return it.

Money is deducted from my account paid through gpay but the order was not confirmed for three products. Help me with the issue

I have placed prepaid order ID#FN[protected] on ajio on 24 april
But the address was accidentally the old address were i lived 2 years ago the given contact number was not in use I tried to cancel the order but on ajio when product is shipped I can’t cancel the order I contact the customer support and told every thing they said don’t worry delivery boy will cancel the order. On 29 april i got a notification that my order is delivered so I contact costumer support they said i have raised the complaint and it will be solved before 6 may but today is 9may but i have not received my refund . So plz help me i need my refund

I have bought a product in ajio and i have canceled it and the refund was initiated immediately from ajio, its been 11days but still i didn't receive the refund, when i checked with ajio customer care they gave me a reference number. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

I have ordered a pair of shoes for myself while ordering the stock was present but after ordering the status of the product was shipped for 6 days and after that they cancelled my order and not responding to my complaint and it's shown as resolved complaint now the product is out of stock

Today the delivery guy had called in the morning and told take the order I was not there available so I told please come another day since I had dentist appointment all of a sudden it was an emergency He started telling me I have to take it now and had a ride behaviour towards me
Alright I let it go I just called AJIO care and told please get it delivered after few days so AJIO sent a message agreeing to deliver after few days. Now next time I’m not available in the house. He dint even call and he’s at my doorstep forcing my house members and being rude with them when we hVe requested after few days how can he come to my house with me being unaware of it it’s so unsafe he was very rude to the person and started forcing to take the order which got my house members pissed the delivery guys job is not to go to peoples house without called and being rude with the the orders express bee is the delivery source. His name was Chandrashaker KG pura please take strict action as I’m a 20 year old girl and just to think that if I was in the house would he have done the same thing coming to the doorstep without calling and being rude to me.
