I ordered red tape shoe and returned it the wishmaster came directly to my home saying pls return shoes from ajio I returned and he has bot updated or what ever the thing has happened I have not received refund I have all the proof of the complaint conversation they are not providing refund amd from their end they initiated again a new request for return how is it possible if product is picked up then again how it can be done amount is 971/- pls look into the matter

    I have placed 2 order from levis from jio one was a jeans and another one was a jacket, for jeans the fit was not nice so i returned. But for the jacket, I ordered a red puffer jacket hut inspite they sent me a levis blue denim jacket. I immediately raised a complaint on their app for which the asked me for the images of wrong product, i shared the images and they picked my item. After 1 month they sent the same wrong item again and said that you have returned wrong product and didnot refund me. I got the package in a very dirty condition, they even removed the price tag along with it. I again raised the issue and they are continuously mailing me that they are working on the issue but its been 6 months that they have not refunded my money. Recently they sent me a mail stating that the return window has been closed. I have all proof that i have raised the return request within time. I raised soo many querries which is still showing unresolved in their application. (Eta 27dec 2021) Requesting you to kindly teach a good lesson yo ajio for theft and cheating with customer. Attaching all the proofs I raised the return because I received a wrong item. They have sent wrong item and not refusing to refund.

      I am writing this post regarding the ajio Order ID# FN[protected].

      I received the product on 14th April, 2022. The size was bigger and I have created an exchange order ID# EX[protected]. The exchange order was tried to be delivered to me by the delivery partner but he was not able to scan my old product and the product was not delivered. I intimated the same to the ajio customer care and they created a return order from their end. The return request was cancelled automatically after sometime without any confirmation. Again I called the customer care and they created another return request and it also got cancelled.
      I was trying to return the product from the past 15 days and now the return window is closed.
      I again reached out the customer care team and mailed the backend team explaining the issue, they are saying that the return window is closed and cannot take the product.
      AJIO is failed to pick the product from the me even though multiple return requests created within the return window period, and now they say that return window time elapsed. What type of business is this ?.
      Please take the product and refund the amount ASAP.

        I purchased Sandals from ajio and due to the issue of size I returned them and after some days a agent has came and collected my pickup order and confirmed that pickup done
        After many days passed by they re not updating the return accepted session and showing that partially refund initiated
        This was bad behaviour of ajio

            This is regarding my refund issue one from Ajio called me and said you have to do a payment 3 times and then you have to enter the amount you should get like that I paid 11, 000 Rs /- and there after they were not even responding please help me to get my money back.

                  Ajio Order #FL[protected],

                  Sent a wrong product delivery. A jeans which is not as shown in Pictures or Ajio website, totally fake product. I paid ₹1919.00 for this Branded Jeans o[censored].S.Polo And I got the different one. Product was delivered in 3rd January, 2022 and still not getting satisfied answers and not getting resolutions for same .
                  Go for a strict action on Ajio. Refund my money and take back this wrong product from my side. That's it.

                    I have returned SUPERDRY - Sportstyle Crew-Neck T-shirt with Order# FL[protected] and Return ID : #RT58227363 on 6 Feb 2022. But till today AJIO is not refunded my money back. I have raised a number of complaints on AJIO customer care, every time they raise the complaint and ask for 7 days time to resolve the issue and after passing the days they close the complaint by themself. My complaint ID are -

                    This is the worst experience i have had with any of the ecommerce website. First, they take 7 days for resolving the issue and create new complaint and take another 7 days with same justification.

                      I had returned a pair of bangles on 6th April 2022 and they have reached their warehouse ( tracked via delhivery). It's been 4 weeks and my return hasn't been initiated. A complaint had been raised and it's resolution date has passed but still nothing has been done.

                      Their is no update. The customer care does nothing regarding it and doesn't connect to anyone having any authority.

                        I returned a track pant of amount 1239.83 but had to close my bank account because of personal reasons before the refund amount was processed. I even shared my bank statement with them as a proof that I haven't received any refund but they kept ignoring my requests. It has been 4 months ever since and I am still waiting for the refund.

                          My Ajio Account is blocked without giving me any information. I am not able to login my account and when I complained their executives told me that they too are not able to see my account details and they can't help.

                          I have my ordered 3 products from Ajio and now I am not able to exchange or return it.

                          And they are not ready to solve my problem also.

                            I placed an order Order ID #FL[protected]( SUPERDRY - Logo Print Pool Sliders ) on 27th March 2022 and there was a colour mismatch for the product.

                            So I placed a return request and waited for AJIO to respond. To my surprise, my return request was kept on hold for some time. When I connected with customer care they told this will get resolved in 2 working days ( multiple calls ).
                            Today the date is 28th April and there has been no resolution from their end and the return window has also been closed.

                            Also, without solving these issues AJIO is marking the issue as "RESOLVED" [attached screenshot]

                            This is such a pathetic service from a renowned organisation as AJIO.

                            please resolve this issue.

                              I have ordered 3 tshirts of teamspirit &dnmx brand, but i received wrong product(heels), so i have returned the product with all the tags, which was picked up on 4/4/2022 so please refund my money back

                                    My ajio app is not working since 4days. Whenever I open the cart the app crashes and it shows we are updating our prices and it keeps on refreshing the page and gets stuck. This is such a big bug in your software and it's a shame that developers have still not able to fix this issue. I have raised the complaint and all I get to hear is wait for 4-5days. Or update the app. But my app is up-to-date and i have even reinstalled the application....

                                    If i don't get a refund i will proceed with a complaint to consumer court and sue the company with penalty charges for the harassment they caused.

                                      So I Create the return request & shared the pictures also .within 3 days my return request as been accepted.. after one week company told that product is nonAjio product so unable processing the refund says the ajio company reshipped the that nonajio product
                                      Please help on this i want original product or my money thats it…
                                      I dont accept that reshipped product..
