It has been over a month when I ordered a product from ajio. After waiting for over 15 days i wrote to them about delay in delivery. They replied that the product won't be delivered due to some issue from their side so they would give me the refund. But now it has been more than a month and I still didn't receive my refund. I have sent them over 20 emails and have not got any positive response from their side.
How do I get my money back?

    I have already returned the product ( pick up done on 15.03.2022). It was showing on order page that refund will be initiated on 29th March. Whereas on the next page it is showing that refund is initiated, but still I have not got any amount refunded regarding this order

      I ordered two dresses from ajio which i returned with all labels and tags but did not recieve the money yet..i recived a mail from them due to some technical error they refund it to my ajio wallet but i didn't recieve the money on wallet then i raised a complaint which they resolved by saying they have added the amount on ajio wallet again there is no money i recived in ajio wallet..i want my money back this is really frustrating i called them every time they says wait for some day i just want my money back thats it

        Hello ajio its been month i ordered some products and i had to cancel it and i haven't received any refund yet till now god please help me out. I used cc i had to pay bill. I had complaint alot but there was no response and they are marking complain as resolve which they didn't thats why i had to submit complain here. Thats my order id : FN[protected] .             Product not delivered and my query canceled by saying due to logistic issues, they are not able to deliver product and will refund amount. but I am waiting for almost 1 month for the refund amount.

              I have recently purchased several products from AJIO however due to substandard quality i had to return many of them. the orders were COD and the refund had to come to my bank account. After a few days of return the refund started to show that it has already been transferred to the bank account, however till now I have not recieved any money in my bank.               I have ordered men sandal of CROCS (FLO[protected]) on AJIO online app which was delivered me on 02/03/2022 and when I opened the package I found that it was not the product I have ordered, I received female sandal of same CROCS brand which is totally useless for me. So I have returned the product with the reason and all tag available on product and it was picked up on 04/03/2022.

              After few days we got update from them that there is no tag on product so it will be considered as "Non-Ajio" product and return that product back to me. Actually when I returned product it has tag but they have removed the same and return back product to us.

              Upon calling customer care multiple times they are refusing to take product back and refunding the amount.

              Please help on this.

                  I made the return next day when I received my parcel, and on the website it's showing it has been refunded already but it's not been credited yet into my bank account.i have complaint many times on their customers care service. My return ID is #RT62400002 and the other one is #RT62621717. The amount not refunded from the two is rs 790.19 and rs164.17.

                    Placed an order for 4 items on 24 th March, and i placed a return order for one the product ISNHI bandhani Suit, however after continuous follow up no one attempted for a return, and now I am being asked to do a self return, this whole process is very frustrating and inconvenient for me, i have raised complaints twice and executives gave false information that it will get resolved by 5 th april and 11 th april without providing any information on i have to make as self return due to logistic issues.

                    Isnt logistic issue to be resolved from AJIO side rather than customer suffering because of the system's failure.

                      In response to a wrong product received from ajio today. I had ordered an 15 gmvpure fine silver chip from PNG jewellers on 7 th April 22 worth Rs 1281 but i got a 5 gm ganesha silver coin which is worth less of about Rs 566 also with an invoice in someone else not me it is in name of Neha with address Jana Masjide Sai provision Old Ranjangaon, road, Aurangabad MAH 431136

                      This is not my order and what I had ordered from ajio and PNG jewellers

                      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and get this replaced with my order. This is not at all acceptable from ajio.

                      I want my order of 15 gm fine silver bar /chip ordered instead of this somone else order

                      I am also attaching all pictures of recieved package and contents and what I had ordered

                        Hello Sir,

                        I have attached all the details in attachment.

                        I had purchased jeans and shirts from AJIO (online shopping site).

                        I ordered 4 shirts and 2 Jeans (whose details are attached) which were are returned.
                        I had receivced the items on 5th of February and I placed return for both of them on
                        6th of February as I didnt like the products.

                        On 7th of Feb, the courier person came and picked both items i.e. 4 shirts abd 2 Jeans.
                        I didnt receive any intimation about item picked-up from the courier. I also didnt not take care of.
                        But when I received my credit card statement then I observed that amount for Shirts and Jeans was not credited.

                        Then I launched a complaint to AJIO where they enquired and refunded the amount for shirts but didnt refund my amount for Jeans.
                        Both Jeans and shirts were collected on the same day.
                        I have launched complaint several times but no one is caring for that and are just denying that they didnt pickup and closing the ticket.

                        I already paid my credit card bill and still awaiting for the refund.

                        Please help.

                          I had initiated an exchange request on Ajio on March 18, 2022 (Exchange ID EX[protected]) and was assured that the exchange would take place by March 25, 2022.

                          The status on the app on March 24, 2022 stated that the order was delayed. However, on March 29, 2022 they cancelled the exchange due to "unavoidable circumstances". The cancellation email stated that they would initiate a refund for the product, which they assured would reflect in my account by April 7, 2022.

                          I had written to Ajio regarding the same on April 4, 2022, and in response I was told that the return period may have lapsed.

                          If AJIO is going to take 11 day to process an exchange request only to cancel it later, how do they expect the customer to raise a return request within the stipulated time?

                          So now I have a product that is of no use to me, I cannot return it, and I have not been issued a refund.

                                I returned a DNMX Leather Belt that I purchased from AJIO (RT[protected] on 3rd of March, 2022. I haven't received my refund till now! Whenever I call their customer care, some of them say the refund has been initiated, whereas some executives asks me to wait for two, five, seven days. I have double checked my bank statement several times but they haven't refunded. They haven't credited the amount but they have posted on the app's dashboard 'refunded' which is outrageous! If one hasn't checked their bank statement they wouldn't have known that they have been cheated! It's been more than one month, I'm tired of hearing:
                                'I have raised a complaint, this is your complaint id...'
                                'I have highlighted your issue'
                                'I have raised a token'
                                'Our backend team is working on it'
                                'Pls send your bank statement to our...'
                                from AJIO's customer care executives!

                                  My account was suddenly blocked.
                                  Their customer service numbers never respond.
                                  If one is lucky, one might receive a mail for the sake of just mailing.
                                  No action towards resolving the issue is taken.

                                  Shocking part is they will eventually block the entire account all of a sudden!

                                    It’s been more than 2months now I ordered few products from ajio, I paid the bill in advance, then half of the products were delivered perfectly and in good condition also genuine. Three products were still left to be delivered, when I received the package inside there was used and dirty trouser, and nothing else. So I complained more than 10times to ajio customer care, they just told me they will confirm from the warehouse so wait for 48hrs, and since then all I’ve waited complained again and again, still no solution, then they tell me to return the wrong product i got, but they can’t pick it up i will have to self ship it, I agreed to that too and did it, it go delivered in 3days I confirmed with delivery partner and sent them all the proofs, but now they say they never got the product back. And they cannot do anything, those products i order were worth 13.3k and all they are saying nothing can be done. I’ve been scammed by ajio. Worst online shopping experience ever. I’ve attached few of their mails screen shot, photos of bill, package, wrong product that i received everything.

                                    I never got a call back from them, nor did i get any solution, now they are saying nothing can be done they have shipped all the products right, not just that the wrong product that I received, i self shipped it to them but got no refund for that too.

                                      It’s been a month after returning the products my refund has not yet issued now I don’t even have money nor products, and when ever I call Customer care they don’t respond properly and my complaints (tickets) are getting closed without my consent/solution. It’s a mental harassment for me now. Keep on calling every time and not getting proper response.
                                      I am very disappointed.
