The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered two jeans and one top which were delivered to me . So far so good . When I want to return/exchange the products as the size is larger and also it is before the return window, the option to place return order is not shown. Reason was that it was not updated in the app that the product was delivered and return option is not working.

It occurred on: 25/04/2022

I want ajio to provide me option to return the products. Since it is before the return window, I want to return them now. Enough of this waiting period.I have raised complaint to return them and delivered status before the return window itself.

    I had to self ship the few products which i wished to return.
    I was being promised that after receiving the product, Ajio will refund the courier charges to me. But its been more than 7 days and I havent received the refund of courier charges yet, although only product charges are being refunded. I raised a complained that i have not received the courier charges. I mailed them several times and even tweeted abt the same.
    i was being promised that by 25th May 2022, i would be given a resolution, so when i followed up on 25th may, they extended to 27th May and when on 28th i followed up, they have informed me that they need more 2 days.

    I am doubtful regarding their intention of refunding my courier charges.

    I have already shared the delivery slip with Ajio on their customer care mail id as instructed by them in order to get the refund of the courier charges.

      My Order# FN[protected], I was being instructed to self ship the product if I dont wish to keep the product. and then promised that the same refund of courier charges would be refunded to me after receiving the product.
      I have received the refund of the products but courier charges are not yet refunded.
      SInce past 7 days i am being following up, still havent received any resolution.
      They informed me that by 25th May, they will resolve the issue and then extended to 27th May 2022 and now still saying more 2 days.

      I dont think they have any intention to refund the courier charges i paid on behalf of Ajio and which they promised to return me

        I ordered a dress that was delivered on 16th May. Due to a size issue, I placed a return request on the 17 May (#RT[protected] which was supposed to be picked up by the 24th of May. I waited till 24th May but nothing happened and on 25th morning I received a message from AJIO, “Hi Heli! We’re glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FN[protected]. Do continue to shop with us.” Attaching the message for your reference. This is where the issue started to begin. Return request (RT[protected] was canceled from team AJIO but the message said it was me who changed my mind and that's a lie, I never changed my mind. I quickly contacted AJIO on Twitter and they said it was a “Technical issue from their end.” Attached is the screenshot of our conversation. They gave me a complaint number COM[protected] which is of no use nobody contacted me.

        I once again placed a return request on 25 May (#RT[protected] and the pickup date is 31 May. Today is 28 May I am getting no updates on this matter. The last date to return is 30 May. While I had other products to return and they all were picked up and refunded within 24hrs why is it taking forever to pick up this product? This same question I asked to AJIO Twitter team and email team but to my surprise, they were not ready the give me a proper answer and a specific date. They just gave me a complaint number COM[protected] which is of no use. I even tried calling on AJIO customer care number twice but all the executives are extremely rude, they are not professional and they take things personally one of the executives hung up the call in a middle of a conversation.

        The last date to return is 30 May and I'm concerned that they'll just say that the date for return has passed and I'll be stuck with the dress I don't want. Please understand my frustration over this matter and help me as soon as possible.

            Yesterday i.e. on 26th May 2022 I had received few items from ajio. Immediately I informed to the customer care that one item is missing. They taken the complaint. After sometime I'm not able to login to my account. I become suspicious. Contacted customer care many times. Still they didn't resolved. Next day I.e. today my account was blocked. However I had received my missing product.

            On account of size issue I had to return...

            HI, I ordered few items, Tracking ID - [protected]. I have received 3 items and 1 is missing. However in order details its missing item too showing delivered. Even delivery packet also showing 4, and inside there were only 3 items. This is really pathetic to cheat customer. Kindly deliver my missing item or return my money back. Amount 479.

              I had received zouk brand bags from them. I recieved them without any brand or price tag. Quality also I didn't like. So i raised complain to return them. They said because you have received without any tag we won't return it. Then I fought with them. They said you raise complaint again saying you have received a different product and we will return it. But their app is so bad. I was not able to do that. And now they have blocked my account. I have ajio cash also. I have to return my item also. There's no phone call option. And chat took hours everytime. It's torturing please resolve

                I ordered a performax shoes from the AJIO app with order I’d #FN[protected] but recieved a wrong product on 5th may and since then I am trying to return the product but they are not picking up the product. I had made a lot of complaints but my issue was never resolved.

                    Dear Sir,

                    16th April: Order placed. FN[protected].

                    Raised an Exchange because the material quality and Size was dissatisfactory.

                    25th April: Exchanged. The material was really pathetic this time hence raised a return rerquest. As requested by ajio, sent pictures. Return order accepted.

                    1st May: Return picked up by ajio for refund. But refund, not processed.

                    Multiple follow ups for refund. Verbal misinformation provided by ajio agents. Refund date delayed continuously. Countless hours wasted on phone calls.

                    8th May: Ajio app notification confirms “return accepted and refund has been initiated.

                    12th May: Refund not processed. On calling Ajio again, customer care agents provides more misinformation and then hangs up after keeping on long hold. Call length 1 hours!

                    13th May: Apologies and asking me to wait for 2 more days. She promised that refund will reflect in two days.

                    16th May: On call they apologize and ask for one more day to process refund, yet again.

                    17th May: On calling, agent provided me the ARN no:[protected]. With the given ARN No i approached my Bank, where they said no refund or transaction processed.

                    20th May: on calling, they keep asking to wait on call nd disconnects.

                    20th May: I wrote an email to [protected]@ajio.com, explaining that refund has not been initiated for the returned product. i have attached all necessary proofs including my bank statement as PDF. No response received.

                    23rd May: Reminder email has been sent to same email ID for refund. No response again.

                    23rd May: Raised a complaint to escalate the refund denial. They closed it as resolved without giving a call to me.

                    24th May: Reflecting in AJIO app as refunded.

                    24th May: On calling, Rahul - agent responded rudely by saying not to call them again on this matter. We have provided ARN number for you to chase and he said he couldn't help me any more and hangs up.

                    24th May: Raised a new complaint in Ajio app. No response.


                    They are not processing my refund even after promising to do so on record. There agents are conveniently calling each other liar. They’re taking a high-handed approach. A quick internet search shows they’re well known for holding & denying peoples refunds at will.

                      Product sent with Anti Theft Tag

                      I ordered Boxers from AJIO android application, order number FN[protected]. One of the Boxer is having Anti Theft Tag attached to the boxer, due to which i am not able to use the product. I have raised this concern to AJIO customer care but no joy.

                      They are asking me to visit a store, for which i can't visit, Please take your product back and return my money or Send someone to remove the device Tag.

                      I had created a return request for one of my orders more than 2 weeks ago, return id #RT67688504 for a top.
                      Initially the return request got cancelled automatically due to a technical glitch. When I again created a return request, I was told that the order would get picked up on 18th May 2022.
                      No one picked my order up, I called customer care on 20th May 2022 and I was informed that my area is non-serviceable due to which there is a logistical deficiency for pickup?

                      What kind of service is this? This is the first time I had ordered from Ajio and this is the kind of service I have recieved. If my area was non-serviceable, I shouldn't have been able to order the product in the first place, as usually it's mentioned on the platform itself if an area is non-serviceable. During delivery when Ajio is about to earn money from the delivery of a product, then all kinds of logistic deficiencies get automatically solved? And now when I want to return the product due to size issue and get a refund for the same, suddenly the area becomes non-serviceable? And now the customer care asks me to courier the product to the warehouse?
                      I stay at a prime location in Hyderabad which is a Tier-1 city. I do not stay in a rural area or in a remote location. Then why has this issue has come up now, after a successful delivery?

                      The order is in intact condition and in the Ajio packet itself. I want my refund to be initiated, and someone from Ajio to come and pick up the order. If my area was serviceable during delivery, it better be during return and refund as well.
                      It is not the matter of just money but the harassment of customers and lack of ethics by reputed store like Ajio. If basic logistics cannot be managed by Ajio, they better shut down the company.

                      Also, the grievance officer has not responded to my email within the 24 hour time-period. Not picking up my order within the designated time is a blatant violation of the terms of the Return and Refund Policy of Ajio and thus a breach of contract.
                      I just want someone to pick up my order and refund the money to me.

                              Placed a return request on 09th may 2022 . And the return pick up promise date was 19th may 2022 and it was over . But I haven't received any pick message or mail and I haven't received any AWB number yet . When will my product be picked up. I want my refund.i called many times and everyone giving me same excuse and I don't want your sorry I want my refund . I am literally frustrated from your service. I can't wait anymore now. I am waiting from 7 days nothing happened . Why you fooling your customers like this . I want my money now . Never get any resolution on time . I am mentally disturbed from your service.why you harassing your customers.

                                According to which the return was supposed to be picked up between 16th May to 20th May but no one showed up to pick up the product and refund. so we called the ajio customer care and enquired regards to it and was told that the products cannot be picked up by Ajio and as to which we by ourselves only were supposed to courier the products to their warehouse and he hungup the call without consent. And then again we tried talking to another excecutive, he also stated the same reason and hungup asking to do their part of job of self courier the products. We cannot self Courier the products, we desperately requested the excecutives to consider the return but they clearly denied. In this crucial time they have blocked our money, neither picking up the product or providing us with any other best alternative help, Didn't expect this from Ajio, such a bad and pathatic experience, no gaurantee of refund money even if i self ship the products thay can easily change their services at their convenience. Ajio is fooling around many people and blocking their hard earned money, we shop from online keeping in mind of covid outbreak and Ajio is taking a really bad advantage of it. Requesting you to pleasee help me with this issue and guide with what can be done further.

                                  A product - Mabish by Sonal Jain block print skirt and top set was ordered. Order ID: FN[protected]
                                  The product that was delivered was not correct. I raised the issue with Ajio and it has been more than 1 month following up on this.
                                  Everytime I call the customer care they assure me that it will be resolved in 24 hours but nothing is done from their end.
                                  Kindly submit a complaint and get this resolved. Product is worth INR 1000/-

                                    I ordered for kurta but recieved shoes i returned the shoes and opted for refund since the product that i oredered was no longer available n their app they picked up the shoes but their app is not even showing pickedup status
