I have raised a return request - RT67833776
on 19th May'22 but hasn't been picked up yet. I raised this concern couple of times on helpline which helped in creating a complaint.

    I initiate a return in ajio a day after receiving the shoes now they said i need to self ship it. but since they only said after the return window days past they said they cannot accept anymore. I guess ajio is scamming buyer about their faulty and defective products. then i[censored] return it they will prolong it and they will blame you. this is unfair for as a consumer and liable customer

      I have ordered footwear which costs bove 3000/-. I have raised return request on the day product was delivered. They are not picking the product and not even refunding my money. When ever I called the customer support, they are asking me to wait for 2 more days. Instead of resolving the issue they are repeating the story everytime.

            Ajio blocked my account n I'm nt able to login or create a return request... I have new orders with me n they have blocked account after I received the order now what shud I do keeping the orders which don fit me there was no communication of the blocked account until I contacted the customer Care

                I have ordered 6 kurtas and made a replacement of all the 6 kurtas as the size was not fit as expected. However the pickup attempted successfully on 27/05/2022 where i have received only 5 kurtas among 6. The issue is i have informed the delivery man that in this packages there are only 5 kurtas and the 6th kurta(AVAASA MIX N' MATCH- Woven Straight Kurta) is missing, he assured me that he will inform about this incident in his office and i will receive the replacement product on a later date. On 28/05/2022 another delivery man reached my place and asking me to hand over the product first then only he will deliver the replacement product of that 6th kurta. I immediately made a call to the previous delivery man, he is denying that pickup has been done for the 6th kurta. They are asking me to provide the cancellation OTP which i donot want to go with
                Kindly please look after my issue on urgent basis.
                Why should i cancel the delivery, i have already handover the old product on 27/05/2022 all the 6 products, untill i get confirmation mail from AJIO that the product got received to them i wont go for cancellation its clear.

                  I have received the product without the price tag but only a tag in which no price details were mentioned also it didn't contained the customer's original receipt. As the quality is very poor and doesn't fits me I wanted to return it but the delivery agent denied to take it saying the order has no price tag
                  What can I do in this case
                  Was it my fault ajio didn't checked if it had original price tag or not

                        I have ordered dresses from ajio. Size is too large so i have initiated the return. They are coming on holidays like Saturday and sunday . Who the hell will be there in office Saturday and sunday. Simply marking attempted pickup, customer care people are not responding properly. Please take the action. Otherwise why consumer complaints forum? Just to show off. You have not resolved my previous complaint also

                          I ordered superdry grey colored sweatshirt from Ajio on 25th March.
                          I received superdry grey colored sweatshirt, but design and pattern was different. So i return it and was picked up on 5th April and refund was promised till 22nd April. I never got any refund and when i raise a complaint with them, they said the seller said its a non Ajio product and they are keeping a follow up with them. It was funny because i also told them that its a superdry sweatshirt but product is different from what i ordered. I got a call 30th April that te refund will be initiated within 4 working days. When i asked them to send me an email for this, they told that i will get an email only after refund is processed. On 5th May i got a message on Ajio app that they have refused to initiate the refund due to their return policy.

                            I had ordered a Caprese sling handbag costing me RS 1748. The product had not been delivered to me yet but I had received message that it was delivered on 28th May 2022 at 7PM. I was at home. No delivery agent had called me or had come to my house. The order is prepaid.

                            I had complained to Ajio CUSTOMER care today complaint number COM[protected]. But the CUSTOMER agent didn't specify at all as to whether the order will be cancelled and i will be refunded, or the product tracked and will be delivered. .
                            Also the CUSTOMER care agent couldn't speak any language other than Hindi .
                            I find it unacceptable that such a big company as Ajio owned by a family who regularly showoff themselves as the richest in India get away with ### CUSTOMER service.
                            At the very least this company should be prohibited to do business in the non Hindi states untill they invest in a all inclusive CUSTOMER support. Also more important than this is the fact the CUSTOMER care agents don't have a clue on the company policy on wrongly delivered products. It seemed that the showoff company didn't have a policy in place to deal with this.
                            When I checked their company feedback page, I saw numerous similar complaints of prepaid orders not being delivered. Fake products being delivered etc. Too bad I didn't see it previously.

                              I bought a Nike precision 5 basketball shoes on ajio online shopping and they gave me a first copy of it. When I tried to return it they are saying that the colour is mismatched so we can't take it back.
                              My 3, 211 Indian rupees got dumped

                                Pathetic service provided to customers. Worst customer care service. I tried calling them but they have kept my number on hold mode. Also, I tried returning the product but the return window has already been closed prior the last date. And when contacted them regarding the same, they didn't give satisfactory reply and instead asked me to email the images of the product. Poor service providers!

                                  The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered two jeans and one top which were delivered to me . So far so good . When I want to return/exchange the products as the size is larger and also it is before the return window, the option to place return order is not shown. Reason was that it was not updated in the app that the product was delivered and return option is not working.

                                  It occurred on: 25/04/2022

                                  I want ajio to provide me option to return the products. Since it is before the return window, I want to return them now. Enough of this waiting period.I have raised complaint to return them and delivered status before the return window itself.

                                    I had to self ship the few products which i wished to return.
                                    I was being promised that after receiving the product, Ajio will refund the courier charges to me. But its been more than 7 days and I havent received the refund of courier charges yet, although only product charges are being refunded. I raised a complained that i have not received the courier charges. I mailed them several times and even tweeted abt the same.
                                    i was being promised that by 25th May 2022, i would be given a resolution, so when i followed up on 25th may, they extended to 27th May and when on 28th i followed up, they have informed me that they need more 2 days.

                                    I am doubtful regarding their intention of refunding my courier charges.

                                    I have already shared the delivery slip with Ajio on their customer care mail id as instructed by them in order to get the refund of the courier charges.

                                      I have received the refund of the products but courier charges are not yet refunded.
                                      SInce past 7 days i am being following up, still havent received any resolution.
                                      They informed me that by 25th May, they will resolve the issue and then extended to 27th May 2022 and now still saying more 2 days.

                                      I dont think they have any intention to refund the courier charges i paid on behalf of Ajio and which they promised to return me

                                        I ordered a dress that was delivered on 16th May. Due to a size issue, I placed a return request on the 17 May (#RT[protected] which was supposed to be picked up by the 24th of May. I waited till 24th May but nothing happened and on 25th morning I received a message from AJIO, “Hi Heli! We’re glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FN[protected]. Do continue to shop with us.” Attaching the message for your reference. This is where the issue started to begin. Return request (RT[protected] was canceled from team AJIO but the message said it was me who changed my mind and that's a lie, I never changed my mind. I quickly contacted AJIO on Twitter and they said it was a “Technical issue from their end.” Attached is the screenshot of our conversation. They gave me a complaint number COM[protected] which is of no use nobody contacted me.

                                        I once again placed a return request on 25 May (#RT[protected] and the pickup date is 31 May. Today is 28 May I am getting no updates on this matter. The last date to return is 30 May. While I had other products to return and they all were picked up and refunded within 24hrs why is it taking forever to pick up this product? This same question I asked to AJIO Twitter team and email team but to my surprise, they were not ready the give me a proper answer and a specific date. They just gave me a complaint number COM[protected] which is of no use. I even tried calling on AJIO customer care number twice but all the executives are extremely rude, they are not professional and they take things personally one of the executives hung up the call in a middle of a conversation.

                                        The last date to return is 30 May and I'm concerned that they'll just say that the date for return has passed and I'll be stuck with the dress I don't want. Please understand my frustration over this matter and help me as soon as possible.
