I had returned my two dresses from AJIO and they initiated the refund on march 21 st. But today its April 2nd. Till now there is no response from their side. Please help me out with this and kindly resolve this issue.

    I placed an order of rs1219 for 5 DNMX shirts. Money was deducted from my airtel upi but order was not placed . Please see the attachment as proof and initiate my refund as soon as possible.

        I have order a piece of shoes with ajio its order id is FN[protected] on 19 th march with my credit card in their app they show me your product will be delevery till 24 th march but they make me fool every time every morning they send me a message that we are develring this shoes today but no delevery was attempted and i have raised complain to ajio and their delevery partner also but not one helping me . I am raising this complain because i have made payment with my credit card and i have paid my bill also if ajio return this money to me it will reflect on my card on next month bill so please help me out

          I purchased a pair of heels from Ajio but the size was incorrect so i returned the product by providing my bank account details on 21st march. It has been more than a week, i haven't received the refund yet.

            Recently I have ordered 3 item from ajio and due to some reasons I returned it then I got my refund in ajio wallet, I want to tranfer it to bank account so I send an email to the given email id to enable INPS then I have transferred ajio wallet to bank account but this is 5th day I still I haven't receive money in my bank account and ajio wallet is also empty

                  I have booked an Item[protected] order FN[protected] wherin I have booked for 2 nos and paid the money for 2 but when i checked at home I have received only one qty why is this mismatch in qty?

                  I am very much upset recently also u guys sent me the different product which i didn't order at all..And still waiting for the refund

                  How can 2 dress fit into such a small cover packing?

                  I need immediate action on the same and wanted t be sorted out immediately

                      I ordered one gold necklace and one gold bangle from ajio. But due to bad reviews, I've cancelled it. Now, they have not even sent me my refund reference number. Am I scammed?

                        During sale I have placed several orders from ajio ... But in a large order ... They forgot to put one product yet the product is shown delivered .
                        Also I didn't get any refund of the product I have already returned..
                        I want refund of my amount 1136 rs and 101 rs refund for the missing product that is falsely shown delivered .
                        Also they say they've initiated refund of my other order but it is not showing in my bank statement .

                          I have ordered the innerwear from Ajio .The quality of the cloth was not good. I have applied for return of product. I have returned with proper tags and all within said days. It was said as soon as the product reaches back the refund will be initiated but there is nothing like that. The dashboard says refund initiated and refunded but it is not reflecting in my account.Its been two months. I complained this issue on their site itself. I got an email from them that they already refunded in the given bank account.But there is not a single message of credited amount. the wallet also shows 0 rs. Not gonna buy in future from this site.

                          I ordered a t-shirt from ajio that t-shirt did not look good on me so I return that t-shirt I return t-shirt as it is given to me by ajio I did not receive a refund yet on the dashboard it says refund initiated and refunded I also mailed to customer care 6-7 they give a response but did not transfer money yet they says that in 48 hr it will reflect Ir in 6-7 business days will reflect money in my bank account and also they give me refund reference Id for checking the status of a refund amount I also go to them but they said we cannot do anything in this matter then I mail ajio customer care then they said to me that in 48 hr it will reflect I will never suggest anyone shop from ajio

                            Ordered a sports shoes on 15 March 2022 n d order was delivered on 16 March 2022 wd a order Id no. FN[protected] but dey have not marked d product as delivered in thr ajio system .. so dat I can return d product back .. after several calls to customer care dey are just giving dates n only dates but no resolution .. complaint id is COM[protected] given all possible required pictures @Ajio have asked fr thr. Update to mark it as delivered . complaint was lodged on 16 March 2022 itself ..in thr system dey marked d complaint resolved but it’s not yet resolved n product is still showing packed .. pics are attached fr reference ..Ajio is such a bad platform to solve d customer issues.. faced such issue several times but dis time d product amount is too high n product is not fitting well.. pathetic customer care team😡😡

                                I made purchase of Rs. 2723.43 vide order no. FL[protected] on March 9, 2022. Of this Rs. 958.00 paid from Ajio wallet, Rs. 63 from cashback and Rs. 1702 needed to be paid in cash. However the cash payment taken Rs. 2424 vs Rs. 1702, in excess by Rs. 722.

                                Hope i can get my refund back at earliest.

                                  I ordered a dress from Ajio. I haven't received the dress but I got a message stating that the item has been delivered, but it hasn't been delivered to me. I had paid for the dress using my wallet money. Please either provide me a refund or deliver the item as soon as possible.

                                    I was order some product in Ajio and after 5 days I got call from delivery boy and he told we are unable to delivery your product to your mentioned address and he is talking rudely and behavior is zero... And same address few days back Ajio delivery boy deliveryed product but today delivery boy said we are unable to delivery so totally dispointed... In our place Ajio delivery boys doing something that's why nobody ordering product in Ajio.

                                      I have got wrong product from AJio ORDER ID - FL[protected], at the time of receipt packaging was completely damaged & torn, when complained about it to return I was told it is not marked as derived in system it will take 72 hours to mark product delivered in Ajio system, even after waiting for 3 days, I had to struggle a lot to get the product picked up, called 1000 times to customer support team however useless team, no one was bothered to help. It has been 1.5 months now I did not get my refund,

                                        The worst place to shop.. Horrible customer service.. I spoke to a supervisor named Toheed n he wouldn’t help.. He wouldn’t even transfer the call to a supervisor.. it’s Been 7 days trying to resolve a concern but to no avail
                                        The guys have the audacity to even not reply to emails.. I would also like to say that they r spoiling the name of brands by providing fake products.. kudos to that..!! Need this to be taken into accountability..
