I was asked to self ship my return items by ajio team, which is a complete gamble in the online shopping stream. There is no meaning in shopping online, when you have to personally take the pain to deliver the items to the warehouse located in a different state altogether, by coordinating with the postal services yourselves.
My experience with ajio has been extremely pathetic.
I have around 5000 blocked with ajio on account of the self ship ### they required.

Though the return items were self shipped by me on time, and received by the ajio warehouse, i havent got the refund within the agreed timelines.
I am forced to waste 2 hrs of my time daily on account of following up with the so called CUSTOMER service team of ajio, where the resolution for the problems arent found, instead, they keep me waiting by assinging a complaint ID, and take another 10 days to respond further.

I just hope my refund amount is received asap

        I ordered clothes today on ajio but gave the wrong address by mistake. Now im trying to change the address but unable to cancel my order as it is throwing axisfaultexception error over and over again. Kindly help

          I ordered a product in December which never showed up. The delivery got cancelled. It was a prepaid order.
          I complained several times. They initiated the refund request on 25th February.
          It/s 22nd March now still didn't receive any refund.
          This is the Acquirer reference number they provided saying the refund has been initiated :

                    I have ordered 3 products of RS. 5882.90 2 of them came with irregular fit and 1 with different color. So I returned them but DELHIVERY logistic service personnel wrongly followed their procedure due to which my product has been Stucked at Gurgoan centre and my product is showing as not picked up yet still in process for pick up. I talk to them one of their executive. He said I cancelled your return so that your product will reshipped to you and he cancelled the product, but neither my product arrived nor my amount. I have called them about 20 times from when I created the request and now they don’t even pickup my call. I also to their senior personal named as Prashant and Deepak they assured me that I will get the resolution within time period but it is approximately 1 month passed but I haven’t got any response from them. I got penalized for rs 500 for non-payment of amount and I have to pay the pending amount.
                    Kindly refund my amount Please !!! I have all the proof against the fraudulent activities done by the company. Please !!! I request you to help me 😭😭😭😭😭😭

                      My order ID is FL[FL[protected]] and suddenly my account has been blocked with no prior warning and notification. After speaking to the customer care I was told that the account has got suspended because of too many returns, yet the customer care guys assured me the problem will get resolved (Complain No.:- COM[protected]); I was also told to write an email and attach the products which was suppose to be returned (which I did). I had been requesting them to at least give me an access to return the products which I do not want to use any more. I want to return it but the company is not providing access to do anything about the same. The company is denying from returning the products even in return period. I mailed them but they are not ready to listen anything. Also, the return period is about to get over (already they had kept me engaged for 5 days). I am attaching herewith, the screen shot of my email conversation with the customer support team of AJIO.
                      Kindly, resolve the issue.

                        I had ordered pack of beanies with order No-FL[protected] .After I received my order, I didn’t like it and I had requested for Return with Return No-RT60505615 and according to return, your courier partner has been picked up my order successfully.This is the acknowledgment slip of your courier partner.Please let me know the status of my refund.                           I have purchased Netplay chinos and returned because of quality issues .iIts been 1 month they haven’t refunded even though I dropped mail and called several times. So stop using this app.1 number fraud.

                            Hello, i have ordered for a jewellery item on ajio and all i got was an empty box. I registered a complaint with ajio on 5th of march and it was informed to me that by 14th of march i would receive a resolution. It's today 17th of march and i haven't received any resolution. I tried to contact the customer care multiple times and they are telling please wait further for 24 hrs and again wait dor 24 hrs... I asked them to tranfer the call to the senior and none of the time the seniors or supervisors were available. Also one ofthe agent created a call back request from the supervisor and the request id was also provided to me and promised me that I'll receive a call in 24 hrs and as expected neither did it happen. I lost my 3000rs and also the trust in reliance and ajio. Attaching the complaint id and the order.

                              I returned the product that i recieved and did not recieve any refund and after the day on which refund initiation was promised i talked to customer care and they claimed that the reason for refund cancellation was that i returned a non ajio product as in i did not return the shoes i recieved.

                                Hi,

                                Recently I went on a shopping spree return to office and placed few items. Out of them I have received one item which is a size mismatch and one a poor quality item. I have tried to create return for both of them, but they keep getting auto cancelled with message `Hi ****! We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FL[protected]/FL[protected]. Do continue to shop with us.". This is not just once, it happened a total of 4 times for both the orders. I talked to customer care and they keep saying that it's a technical issue and asked to created a separate orders. But it just keeps happening.

                                It feels like they are deliberately cancelling returns in the name of technical gliches.

                                      Hi. I ordered a DA MILANO laptop bag from Ajio app. I returned the product due to size issue. However. Due to missing EAN number, customer care executive asked to initiate return under the reason product mismatch. I did the same and the product was duly picked up on 22nd Feb. It has been almost a month and no refund has been initiated. I have raised complaint with their social media, call center as well as email support team but it has not been resolved. The product is worth 10, 688 and it is a big amount for me, eagerly waiting for the refund to be processed by Ajio team.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had ordered footwears from Ajio. Next day Ajio deactivated my account stating there were high returns. However, there were no returns for one week before ordering. Ajio deactivated my account soon after ordering prepaid products worth Rs 10000 or more. I cannot check because I cannot access my account.
                                        My problem is that the day my account got deactivated, I called Ajio customer care to not deliver any product and refund my money since order was prepaid. However, Ajio kept on sending sub-standard product, duplicate products. I requested again to stop delivering the products and refund my money but they said that this account was deactivated.

                                        If they were to deactivate my account, they should also have cancelled my order and refunded my money. But Ajio is refusing to take back their sub-standard quality products. And these all are footwears that are not even fitting and I have no use.

                                        I have been writing to customer care of Ajio however automated replies are being sent. Ajio is not picking my call too.
                                        Ajio is a fraud company. Please be aware before ordering.
