Hello, i have ordered for a jewellery item on ajio and all i got was an empty box. I registered a complaint with ajio on 5th of march and it was informed to me that by 14th of march i would receive a resolution. It's today 17th of march and i haven't received any resolution. I tried to contact the customer care multiple times and they are telling please wait further for 24 hrs and again wait dor 24 hrs... I asked them to tranfer the call to the senior and none of the time the seniors or supervisors were available. Also one ofthe agent created a call back request from the supervisor and the request id was also provided to me and promised me that I'll receive a call in 24 hrs and as expected neither did it happen. I lost my 3000rs and also the trust in reliance and ajio. Attaching the complaint id and the order.

    I returned the product that i recieved and did not recieve any refund and after the day on which refund initiation was promised i talked to customer care and they claimed that the reason for refund cancellation was that i returned a non ajio product as in i did not return the shoes i recieved.

      Hi,

      Recently I went on a shopping spree return to office and placed few items. Out of them I have received one item which is a size mismatch and one a poor quality item. I have tried to create return for both of them, but they keep getting auto cancelled with message `Hi ****! We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FL[protected]/FL[protected]. Do continue to shop with us.". This is not just once, it happened a total of 4 times for both the orders. I talked to customer care and they keep saying that it's a technical issue and asked to created a separate orders. But it just keeps happening.

      It feels like they are deliberately cancelling returns in the name of technical gliches.

        My ajio order of one Biba kurti set was not placed but account got debited. The payment was made from SBI netbanking. The order reference no is IGANEVNPPW4. Kindly refund the debited amount.

          My order ID is FL[protected] and suddenly my account has been blocked with no prior warning and notification. I received items and want to return it but the company is not providing access to do anything about the same.The company is denying from returning the products even in return period.I request you to please help me in getting my money back from this cheated company.I mailed them but they are not ready to listen anything.

            Hi. I ordered a DA MILANO laptop bag from Ajio app. I returned the product due to size issue. However. Due to missing EAN number, customer care executive asked to initiate return under the reason product mismatch. I did the same and the product was duly picked up on 22nd Feb. It has been almost a month and no refund has been initiated. I have raised complaint with their social media, call center as well as email support team but it has not been resolved. The product is worth 10, 688 and it is a big amount for me, eagerly waiting for the refund to be processed by Ajio team.

              Hi,

              I had ordered footwears from Ajio. Next day Ajio deactivated my account stating there were high returns. However, there were no returns for one week before ordering. Ajio deactivated my account soon after ordering prepaid products worth Rs 10000 or more. I cannot check because I cannot access my account.
              My problem is that the day my account got deactivated, I called Ajio customer care to not deliver any product and refund my money since order was prepaid. However, Ajio kept on sending sub-standard product, duplicate products. I requested again to stop delivering the products and refund my money but they said that this account was deactivated.

              If they were to deactivate my account, they should also have cancelled my order and refunded my money. But Ajio is refusing to take back their sub-standard quality products. And these all are footwears that are not even fitting and I have no use.

              I have been writing to customer care of Ajio however automated replies are being sent. Ajio is not picking my call too.
              Ajio is a fraud company. Please be aware before ordering.

                I have faced multiple problems with the return of this product rendering my AJIO experience a nightmare. I never expected this from AJIO.

                (1) When I bought this product it came defective and damaged (image attached). I immediately raised a return request, on 10-Mar-22.

                (2) AJIO's pickup partner Shadowfax sent a false message, saying that they "attempted" a pick up. But nobody had showed up at our gate, nor called me. I immediately raised a complaint by calling customer care about this false message. On 11-Mar-22.

                (3) I again received a false message on 12-Mar-22, saying once again that pickup partner Shadowfax "attempted" a pick up. Again nobody had showed up at our address nor called me. Again I raised a complaint by calling customer care.

                (4) This ordeal of receiving false messages and complaining continued on 13th and 14th of March 22 also.

                (5) Today (14-Mar-22) late evening at around 9:00pm AJIO's pick up partner comes, checks up the box and says "I cannot take this since it is damaged". I have the relevant audio and video recording of what he said. I had clearly mentioned that the product is defective while raising a return request.

                What AJIO is putting me through is a shameful and embarrassing ordeal. If they had asked for a picture before coming I would have shared.

                  I returned the products many days ago and still haven't received my refund. I raised complaint many times but still my issue is not being taken seriously.
                  The return ids are: #RT60068523
                  #RT60308296 and #RT60218410. The say the refund has been initiated from their side but it's not showing in my account. I saw thousands of complaints regarding the same issue. If this many people are having same complains than there is a problem in the company. I am tired of complaining so many times . Give me my refund it is of around 700 rs. And I do not want another mail saying that "we have initiated the refund please check with your bank" I want my refund not apologies and also there is no problem with my bank i already checked. If you can't refund just give it in the form of ajio cash atleast I will buy something from that ajio cash.

                            Tracking ID [protected] was not delivered. AJIO updated their status as delivered . Very next day, complaint was raised by me around 23rd Dec ‘21. Then they called me, asked me about the complaint and promised to resolve in 4 working days. After a few days, SMS is sent to me stating that the complaint has been resolved without any mention or explanation as to how it got resolved. This cycle, of me putting repeat complaints and AJIO responding with standard SMS continues for 2 months.
                            Then they shared me a POD of the courier XPRESSBEES as proof of delivery signature. The sign was just a pen marking of a cross mark which wasn’t mine or any family member which I refused it to be my signature.
                            After that the same cat and mouse game continues till today, and they have many executives to continue this game indefinitely.
                            It looks like they cannot be intimidated or will ever agree that their delivery system is flawed, unlike other delivery systems which are OTP based.
                            I did not expect that AJIO would not refund for even small amounts . It seems that the customer care senior managers are totally absent.

                              I have raised the issue so many time. I just saw a thousand of complaints regarding this issue. I returned the products but haven't received the refund yet. They keep on saying that they have initiated the refund but it just doesn't show up in my bank account. They are making all o[censored]s fool. There are so many complaint regarding the same issue. I want it fixed. I haven't received my refund worth rs 700+

                                My account has been blocked by ajio. There was money lying in my ajio wallet which I have no access to now. They are not even transferring it to my bank(balance was transferable).

                                  1. Delivery person is not contacting me to pick up a parcel and updating the status as pickup attempted. I raised a complaint regarding this whose complaint number is COM[protected] whose due data is today.

                                  I am not getting help from customer support regarding this complaint.

                                  I have called Customer care for the 10 th time and they are raising complaints on complaints whose due dates are delaying but not actually working on the complaint.

                                  By this behavior of AJIO, I must say this process and management is very pathetic.
