Tracking ID [protected] was not delivered. AJIO updated their status as delivered . Very next day, complaint was raised by me around 23rd Dec ‘21. Then they called me, asked me about the complaint and promised to resolve in 4 working days. After a few days, SMS is sent to me stating that the complaint has been resolved without any mention or explanation as to how it got resolved. This cycle, of me putting repeat complaints and AJIO responding with standard SMS continues for 2 months.
Then they shared me a POD of the courier XPRESSBEES as proof of delivery signature. The sign was just a pen marking of a cross mark which wasn’t mine or any family member which I refused it to be my signature.
After that the same cat and mouse game continues till today, and they have many executives to continue this game indefinitely.
It looks like they cannot be intimidated or will ever agree that their delivery system is flawed, unlike other delivery systems which are OTP based.
I did not expect that AJIO would not refund for even small amounts . It seems that the customer care senior managers are totally absent.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
