      I have ordered a printed tiered dress, but I received a completely different product from what I was ordered .So I placed a return request and accordingly return pickup was completed on 6th March but I didn't yet receive my refund amount of 950 rupees (it's been 4 days till today 10th march) . Please at this issue and refund my amount as soon as possible. The order ID is #FL[protected] and return ID is #RT60317048.

        THe return of items are rejected with out valid reason

        This is started from 25th Feb 2022 and i had a mail communication with customer care AJIO. They are replying with predefined templated and im sure i will nit get solution if its going like this.
        complaint number is COM[protected]. created on March 3 and closed today without any update.

        After writing again complaint number is COM[protected]. created today and not sure it will solve

          I just paid 1700 via paytm to AJIO for puma sneakers that I have wanted to order.My amount has been debited but the item is still in the cart and order section is empty.Payment at 19:34 on 9/3/22.Please credit the money to my bank or place the order.

            I purchased a steve madden bag on 6 January 2022 and they delivered a wrong product. After so many requests they picked up that product on 7 feb 2022. And till now, they’re just saying that we have raised the complaint and we are looking into it. They are looking into it since 7 feb 2022. Order amount is 3184.35 rupees.                 I had ordered a embellished dress, but when i recieved the article it was without a price tag and very very small to me . So i had raised a return request for the same, but now the company courier partner is not picking up the article without tag,
                I had many times talked to ajio customer care but there is no response . They asked me to share the pics of article which i have already done .

                        Ajio account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.Now i don't have any way to return, track my refund or complaint.The customer service people close the complaint without any resolution.

                        I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely with me. Resolution is something that looks vague right now but your staff needs a lot of grooming. But interaction with your supervisor was a shocker. I didnt call to listen to a radio tape...I expected assurance and validation that something will be worked out. This is crazy honestly.
                        I do not trust your brand/shopping portal and would like to return all the products ordered till date

                        It was my first order and i didnt know that within a week my account will be blocked. I have 8K+ worth of items stuck. I request you to kindly reinstate my account as iw ould like to return everything i ever ordered in past one week from AJIO.

                        I do not trust anything with AJIO. Spare me and return my money
                        I am horrified by such incident and would like you to resolve my issue. The amount is not a small amount and it is really frustrating to go through this. Kindly look into the matter and resolve on priority else i will have to take this to social media. I want return to be created for all the items. I do not want to deal with AJIO. It is a pain

                          Money not refunded after return

                          I have ordered the abaya from Ajio .The quality of the cloth was not appealing. I have applied for return of product. I have returned with proper tags and all within said days. It was said as soon as the product reaches back the refund will be initiated but there is nothing like that.                               I’ve returned my ajio product of return id -RT57451934on 3rd feb.And I’ve called them 40 times and mailed them more than 15 times after they said that my refund was initiated.I have shared my bank transaction details 3 times to them as there was no amount of 389 rupees credited to me from their side.They said that my ifsc code was invalid so i have shared my alternative bank account to them and verified ifsc code of particular bank account which was told invalid still h i have not received any refund.They provide only dates and dates paases.Kindly help me getting my refund back as it’s been a month since I’m facing the problem.

                                  I reached out to the customer care, he told i have returned lot of orders in past.
                                  Also, I cannot keep something which dont fit me good and also i have made some good purchase in the pas aswell.

                                    Pathetic and worse shopping experience on AJIO!
                                    1. First of all customer care is the most pathetic. If you try to call them you are put on auto stating due to covid there are long waiting calls and hence you could try to resolve your complaint on the app.
                                    2. When you raise a complaint on the app the complaint that you raise and a solution that they provide is absolutely pathetic.
                                    3. I ordered a front tie up pants from pop wings in December 2021. However the quality of the product was pathetic. Immediately I placed a request on the app for return. Delivery guy was assigned and came for pick up. But the code on the product and the one given to the delivery person did not match. Hence he cancelled the pickup stating I requested for cancellation. Absolute non sense. I raised a complaint. Instead of solving the issue AJIO just sent the delivery guy and the same scene kept happening multiple times and more than 10 times the delivery guy visited and cancelled pick up. I kept raising complaints but absolutely pathetic service and they kept rejecting. Plus you cannot even talk to service agent because you are not directed to one stating covid issues. Whole world has started normal life but AJIO is living in the 2020 yet. Now I cannot even place a return request because my time for return has elapsed. Again I raised a complaint and the response that I get is we cannot take the return as the return time has elapsed and the product is not returnable.
                                    4. Finally after so much followup they picked up the item on February 19, 2022. But now it has been more than ten days and return has not been accepted and my money is not refunded. Plus everytime I complaint they send an auto message that we will look into this but no resolution.

                                    I need my money back and compensation for the torture that Ajio has given me

                                      I had ordered rayban sunglasses worth 9531₹. But I received non ajio product, wrong sunglasses. So I returned them but the company refused to accept it and reshipping me the same wrong product, its been a lot of time that this happened and I had clicked pictures in the ajio app so I dont have images of the wrong product.
