I have ordered a madame sweatshirt of wine color from ajio on 6th jan..on 13th jan they delivered a wrong product ..which was also a sweatshirt of maroon color but from different brand ...i immediately requested for return mentioning that its a wrong product...i even uploaded the images of the wrong sweatshirt and described everything in details...they approved the return pickup..took the parcel from me and started claiming it as a NON AJIO product...they are saying that i have returned them a grey color used t shirt...but when i myself haven't recieved a grey color t shirt..how can i sent them that...i uploaded the pics of the product i recieved from them i.e.a sweatshirt of different brand...i have been continuously calling for my refund from 14th feb...but everytime they say you have returned us a non ajio product...
Only after taking the parcel from me... they started claiming it as non ajio but i haven't sent any non ajio product..I want my refund because i sent back the exact same sweatshirt which i got in the parcel..not grey color tshirt...I am soo annoyed and frustrated by continuously calling and not getting any solution..

I am a Regular customer of Ajio, I have so much money in my wallet, also I have three 4000 worth Returns in process, also my orders are in process, Right now Ajio blocked my account and I’m not able to do anything at all please help me get my money back from Ajio, registered mobile number is [protected]

Ajio refunded in wallet.I want to transfer all my wallet amount in my bank its not possible on myself as i could not get otp... i want my money in my bank from your end... do it now... I have been trying for so many months. I have called many times in the last five month for this issue. Every time they reply through mail, uninstall and install your app, you update your app. Clear cookies and cache from your history and try to login again. I have tried all this multiples times and I am fed up. Still they are replying same thing to try. My money stuck due to not coming otp, I cannot use it in orders without otp... wallet rs 2238 and one of product refund is not issue of rs 1003 .. details showing that refunded but only shipping amount is refunded rs 150.. product amount is not.. total fraud of rs 3241is from ajio company

I have not received my refund of return id #RT49878945 yet. its been more than 3.5 months now. i tried mailing them more than 20 times giving all my bank statements and trying to reach out but no solution was given, the customer care executives are also of no use, they keep on postponing saying that youll get it soon or just hangs up the call on the face.
can anyone please help me ?

I have retuned the 2 jeans long back, but still the status of jeans is not updated in App and refund amount not initiated so far. One of ajio support team member told me that products have been reached to ware house and the refund amount will be credited to my bank before 7th Feb'22. But till date it was not happened.

After that when I reached again to ajio team for follow-up on this case they extended the time limit to 17th feb'22 for resolution.

But till now there no solution provided by ajio and my money blocked from them almost 2 months.

These people has the most pathetic CUSTOMER service. My return id "#RT57610801. The product was picked up but was not been updated in the app. The Ajio team is saying they didn't picked the product. Then who did. The delivery guy asked me the otp and I also confirmed before giving him the product. Now the Ajio team is saying it's not us

I have placed a order on Ajio mobile application and did the payment of 2890 rupees and after 10 minutes I have cancelled the order on February 1st 2022 but still they are not refunding the money. I have seen so many complaints in Google play application reviews also somany customers are facing same issue so please help

Many orders of Ajio are cancelled after shipping through delhivery for pincode 500049. Return pickups are also being cancelled. I received defective products and i m totally disappointed with the delhivery service from 2 weeks....

I placed an order from ajio Order ID : FL[protected] on 2nd feb 2022 and return the same product next day because it is fake product of puma. Now they are not refunding my amount by saying that its a non ajio product and our team will call you next 48 hrs to resolve your query. Refund amount is 1850.91 Return ID : #RT58237510
on their website it is showing
Your return verification will be completed by8th February 2022
Your refund will be initiated by Monday, 28 February .
Sir i am tired of calling again n again to their customer care and they are not helping at all.

I ordered shoes from ajio, and having not any satisfaction with products I decided to return .After return against return ID#RT58210700, MY money got in ajio wallet cash, and on ajio app it shows "transfer to bank" button, filing all procedure to transfer regarding bank account details and after that it shows successful, but Myself got no money in my account and no money got deducted or transferred form ajio wallet. I had tried so many times but the result is same . After that I had suggested from customer care executive to write email on [protected]@ajio.com, but after writing so many emails I am still getting messages to resolve the problem (Complaint id-COM[protected]) and after two weeks I got no money no transfers in my Account.

Please help me getting my valuable hard earned money.

Delhivery courier services are not good they are sending to new joiners for exchange or return. new joiners don't have knowledge on how to scan a barcode for return item and exchange items.so this my concern please look into this.

I ordered a shoes worth Rs.3299 I returned the shoes and it was successfully picked up and delivered to their warehouse by Delhivery courier partner but still they are not issuing my refund. The order I'd is - #FL[protected]

This is fraud and fake company, please take action against them they are fraudsters

I returned ajio product and was waiting for the refund but I didn’t got one it shows that refund is initiated and it also shows that refunded but I haven’t got any money.

I have ordered Large size Tshirt from Ajio but got Medium size and I have returned it but still it's telling that it's not received my return product is with delivery company.

It's very frustrating and not expect this kind of service from Reliance brand.

I had given the wrong address by mistake. I called customer care for assistance. He said he cannot change the address ( which I understand) not even cancel. He asked me to cancel when the parcel comes. The delivery person just left the parcel with the guard and went away. To this customer care person's response was - It's your headache. I have the recording of the call as well. I want to cancel the remaining products, but the delivery men are just leaving the parcel with the guard. Never has this happened with any online service. This was the worst experience ever. I want to cancel the remaining products.

I ordered a few items, had some reward points which I used and the rest amount I paid by G pay, the amount got debited but the order has not been placed and now my reward points are also zero so they have used both my reward points and Google pay money but have not taken my order. I took a lot of time to select an order so I want the order confirmation since I've already paid, need my exact order asap

Its been a month i m not getting my refund i ordered 1 jeans and due to some reason i returned it as its original packing i called more than 10 times on coustomer care but every time they are saying it will take couple a days to resolve your problem but they r doing nothing about my refund plz help me regarding this issue

I orderd 2 items on 5th feb 2022. I did'nt received any of my items, it was showing "delivery unsuccessful - return complete". But i never cancelled the orders and i havent even received any call or text regarding the remaining orders. So where is my refund for these four items?? I want my items delivered or else refund of my items

I ordered NETPLAY TSHIRT but my money deducted order not confirmed.till today i didn't received my money.
