Hi, i have tried to place order for a product 5 times, all the time payment went through but the order is not placed. I have attached the screenshot below...

My order for ombre dryed hooded sweatshirt was not getting booked but amout of Rs. 506 was deducted from my credit card. Please try to re book my order or refund my money soon....

I had placed an order in December. I did not receive 5 out of 6 products. On 25th December i got an email from the company saying it is lost in transit and the next day, it was showing delivered on the app. I am so troubled by the company, they do not corporate. It is a pre-paid order so they have taken my money without sending products...

The refund amount is 1308.52 has not credited & ajio also take my complain but yet not resolved plz help me sir my order id EX[protected] I also share my bank statement with ajio still my money is not refunded...

I placed return for 5 products almost a month ago. once they ask to self ship but a self shipped product came back to me. unnecessarily I had to bear the shipping charges .the customer care keeps raising complaints and for that return gets created but the product is never picked up and again they raise a complaint. Ajio is fooling people i have ordered product since from so long nithar I received the product nor they cancel my order and refund me. They are so smart that they says i can not cancel the order until i received the same but while they don’t send...

My ajio account blocked, no refund of money...

My account has blocked without any reasons and till now not received my refund since 1month....

I returned a product that is not fit me on 27 December 2021 but I didn't get my money back since then. I called customer care several times but they false promised me every time that I will get my refund in the next 2 working days.
It's been 30 days but I didn't get my refund yet....
